Parking was secured and close to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot water and A/C were lovely. Although the area is walkable, it's not the safest street to walk on due to traffic.

We had a fantastic time at Arenal Country Inn! It was a great base for exploring the area, the room was incredibly comfy, there were so many birds to see, and the breakfast was perfect. Definitely recommended.

Room had no hot water. Staff came to fix it and walked all over our room with muddy shoes. Fixing it took a long time. In the morning we went to shower and once again no hot water. What a disappointing experience
