Hotel is near many dining places, shopping marketplaces and very close to other activities. The building is old however my room was clean, the AC unit worked fine and everything was pleasant. The only complaint or thing I struggled with was the parking lot, not to many spaces and very clustered. Other than that my I am happy with my stay.

No Kleenex, very rough and very small bath towels. When we arrived there were 2 bath, 1 hand and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Requested additional set and it was given. Spout in bathtub loose therefore making the diverter hard to pull up. Toilet didn’t flush with one push of handle. Beds were comfortable. Pillows very hard and firm. Had a nice mini fridge with large freezer which accommodated all of our ice packs. Coffee tasted burned at 7 am like it had been sitting for a long time. Your website indicates that you are pet friendly but there is no grass anywhere to be used and nowhere safe to walk the dog. The manager Raji was accommodating and pleasant. I enjoyed visiting with her and she shared things to do with me.

Everything checked out real good the room was real nice and clean had a little problem with checking in doing to the internet being down but that was nobody's fault things like that happen other than that everything went great I can't really make a comment on the breakfast because I didn't eat breakfast there that morning I was so full from the night before that I didn't need breakfast anyway I'm sure it would have been just fine but everything else was great nice and quiet place very clean I will stay again

I expect better service for the price we payed. They had a makeshift bed frame that squeaky noises when turning in bed. No shampoo, Kleenex, and a 2x4 piece of wood that holds the vanity from falling. Not enough lighting in the room. Cold tile floors no carpet. Cold coffee at the front lobby. I was told that I needed to get my coffee before 9:00 am.
