This was my sixth trip to Dubai, but my first stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray—and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness is exceptional. The facilities are top-notch, with the spa being a particular highlight. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious and kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. Opting for the half-board package with club access proved to be a great choice. The restaurants and club lounge offered excellent dining options, and breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of choices. The only downside was the pebble beach, which wasn’t as comfortable as a sandy shore. However, this didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic holiday. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Rooms are very dark and dated. No alcohol was being served in the restaurants before 9pm indoors which I believe was for Ramadan which is understandable but would have liked to have been informed before. Food wasn't great. Impossible to get sunbeds after 9am by the pool, 10am on the beach.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich hervorragend. Unsere kleine hatte Mega viel Spaß im Kids Club! Das war uns das wichtigste, dass sie versorgt war. Die Angestellten haben sich rührend um jedes Kind gekümmert, Namen gemerkt usw. natürlich braucht man entweder ein Auto oder ein Taxi um vom Hotel weg zukommen aber das ist für uns kein negativer Aspekt. Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Club Lounge was great, and well worth the extra - lovely comfortable, relaxed environment; friendly helpful staff; very good breakfast; good complimentary drinks, snacks and sushi in the evenings. Hotel, pool, beach were great. Safe, clean and beautiful. Only minor glitch was with house keeping: - no snacks in mini-bar for first 5 days of our stay (until we realised that there should be) - glasses never replaced after use; we had to call room service repeatedly - doors to balcony repeatedly left unlocked after cleaning. But the quality of cleaning itself was very good. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.

Lovely hotel but a little far away from most popular areas. The spa is lovely as are the rooms. The pool and beach area are very busy and that’s due to them offering day trippers access. Getting space by the pool is hard unless you get there at 7am which I refuse to do as I am on holiday! But there is always space on the beach. Huge hotel but the food in the restaurants are fantastic but be ready to let that wallet rein free! !

I travel to this hotel regularly during school holidays and it is my favourite for safety, opulence, incredible food and service. My 12 year old loves that I can take him to the gym, it’s easy to travel to marina:JBR area from here & the pool area is busy but good. Value for money is incredible & I can’t wait to return again at Easter. Staff in check in and check out are incredible.

Looks like the hotel has focused more on the outside. Lobby was grand and looked majestic. Restaurants, shops and bathrooms in common areas were immaculate. But the room we had was showing it's age. In the closet the hanger bar was tapped up to sitck on. There was mold on the corners of bathroom door. The seaview was not seen as you wake up in the morning. Instead you just see the wall. They should consider moving the headboard to the opposite wall for a better view. Balcony was blocked by some kind of drain system, which also limited the size of the balcony and the view. Everything was super expensive and probably not worth it. Hotel is not close to anything except the beach. So it was quite costly to go in and out of the hotel. All in all, it was an average stay.

Property pool and spa is amazing. But property very very outdated and disgustingly dirty. Lobby had very old carpeting and very dirty, we saw roaches and bugs on multiple occasions in our one day stay. Rooms also very outdated. Would not stay again. During this trip we also stayed at nearby 5 star resorts like the Atlantis and the Papace downtown where service and property conditions were much better m.

A superb-high standard hotel, with the most friendly of staff. The choice of restaurant and standard of food was way above any other hotel we've experienced. The pool are was very nice; especially the adult only area. The only criticism is the pool, where the sides of the pool could have been cleaned more regularly. This stay was for a special birthday celebration with my wife - it didn't let us down. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Check in was seamless, received welcome drinks from William who was extremely polite and welcoming. The food choices within the hotel are excellent. The only minor disappointment was the beach restaurant. The service was slow and the food wasn’t anything special. Breakfast was very good, many choices. Bare in mind, it can get very busy during weekends and peak hours. That being said, all other restaurants were superb. The room was superb, great sea view and was cleaned daily by staff, who even provided a turndown service each night. Kudos to the housekeeping team who clearly work very hard to maintain high standards. The staff were excellent throughout. Particularly Catalina who always had time for a conversation and went the extra step. Thank you Catalina. The pool area is also nice and there weren’t any issues getting a bed. The beach area likewise. The only comment I will make (no fault of the hotel) is there were a lot of children, which isn’t something you want if looking for a peaceful dip in the pool or a bathe in the sun. I will certainly be staying again, and look forward to my next visit. Thanks again

Excellent stay. The staff at this hotel are amazing. From Earl, William, Kim and the team in the exec lounge to Babu and the guys on the beach they looked after us so well. Hotel itself was spotless and had some great eating options, Tori and Indian were very good. Even though I think the hotel could do with a refurb in the rooms, they were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a very relaxing week, so much so we didn’t venture to any shops just enjoyed the location and being very well looked after.

Stayed in October 2025 (UK half term break dates) . Really enjoyed it , breakfast has lots of options, plenty of things to do around the hotel, staff is friendly. The property was exceptional. I have never had a better customer service. Everything was on time. The room was cleaned twice a day. Everyone was very respectful, the workers made sure they asked if we were satisfied with the services being rendered. OMG! Issue with the bill and wrongly charged cost. We had to depart for the airport at 12:20am so cleared the bill. When handing back the room keys at 12am the front desk demanded more money from us telling us we had not paid some of our charges. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service during our stay was pleasant. We had booked half board, but arrived late on the first day (10 PM), after all restaurants had closed. To make up for the missed dinner, the hotel offered a complimentary room service meal, which we appreciated. However, we were later shocked to find 480 AED (approx. €120) charged to our bill for that very meal. We had written confirmation via WhatsApp from the hotel’s e-butler that it would be free of charge. Since then, we’ve sent eight emails to resolve the issue — attaching all evidence — but have received no response whatsoever, even three weeks after check-out. This lack of communication and accountability from such a high-end hotel is extremely disappointing and has left us with a very negative final impression.

We’ve stayed in lots of Dubai hotels and a few on the palm and this has been our favourite. The staff are amazing! All the food from room service to the restaurants is excellent and the spa is one of the best spas in a hotel. The clientele is also of a high standard compared to some other 5* hotels in Dubai and in the palm. No young people drinking to excess or making noise! The rooms are huge but the only down side is they’re starting to feel a tad shabby but still very good. The hotel is slowly upgrading the rooms tho I believe. Even with this tho, I would certainly rebook the next time we stay.

Another superb stay at the Zabeel Saray, our 7th visit and it always exceeds our expectations. Michael in the club lounge bar is a star and always provides excellent service as does Sunil and the team on valet parking. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. My wife and I stayed in a superior room for a week. The hotel is beautiful and large, with numerous facilities and top-notch service. The beach and pool are nearby and great for cooling off. However, the location is far from the city center, costing around AED 220 per roundtrip with Uber, and taking about 35 minutes each way. Stock mit hervorragendem Ausblick. Super schöner infinity Pool und zuvorkommender Service am Strand. Dort erhält man Mineralwasser, sunlotion und weitere Annehmlichkeiten. You need to be aware that even if half board just about every meal has a surcharge - around £90 per meal for a family of four - excluding drinks (AED65 a beer / AED135 glass of champagne). Das Hotel ist sehr gross, palastähnlich schön, allerdings bei den Zimmern etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Qualität und Abwechslung des Essens im Restaurant Imperium lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, ebenso das wenig motivierte Personal. Leider kann man über das Hotel kein Taxi bestellen, sondern muss einen Privattransport vom Hotel akzeptieren.

Everything was perfect apart from the food. The breakfast buffet did not stand to the five-star level of the hotel. The omelette bar was the only kiosk that performed well. The pastries were soggy and tasteless. Other foods like fava beans, balilah, labneh, bread were near disgusting. The beef bacon was always over cooked, hard and dry. The coffee was horrible. We also dined at the Lebanese restaurant there one night and again inedible… such a shame for a beautiful place. Still rated five stars because the place and staff deserve it.
