立地が良いです。観光の場合もですが、隣に朝早くから営業しているカフェ、その隣にパン屋があり、スーパーマーケットも徒歩3〜4分のところにあります。 ただ、ホテルにはエレベーターがなく、荷物も自分で運ぶ必要があるので、大変でした。 また、星の数に見合っていると思いますが、部屋が狭く、スーツケースを広げっぱなしにはできませんでした。ポットもなく、お湯が欲しい場合は受付近くの共有スペースまで行く必要があります。 でも、部屋やバスルームは清潔でした。

C'est inadmissible qu'Hotel.com me fasse payer le séjour au Marmotel qui n'a pas pu se faire du fait même que cet hotel n'avait pas d'ascenceur, condition écrite dans la démande de séjour et incontournable pour permettre le séjour d'une personne se déplaçant en fauteuil roulant. No elevator, you have to leave the keys at the front desk when leaving, staff at the front desk was not always willing to help and the bed was not comfortable at all. Although our experience at the hotel wasn’t the best, the location is really good!

Very convenient location for Arc de Triomphe. I felt the person at the desk was a little bit abrupt. Maybe because my French was limited and his English was equally limited, we had trouble communicating effectively.

凱旋門の近くに泊まりたくて、一番安かったこちらのホテルを選びました。中庭向きのシングルルームで窓が廊下側にしかなく、部屋も狭かったですが、水回りはきれいに改装されていました。荷物が少なかったため階段しかなくても問題ありませんでしたが、室内に金庫がなかったのは不便でした。 それでも立地は良く、シャンゼリゼ通りにも不安なく歩いていくことができました。中庭の小さなサンテラスで食べた朝食のクロワッサンとバケットもボリュームがあって美味しかったです。 寝るだけの利用なら全く不満はありません。リーズナブルにパリの名所を楽しむことができてよかったです。

In order to leave the hotel you have to leave your room key! Also the stairway is quite small and your stay may or may not be a couple floors up in case you have heavy luggage it is something to consider as they have no lift.

Decent hotel for the price. Definitely 3 star quality...not exceptional but served its purpose. Loved that I could check in at noon after a red eye flight. Staff for the most part were friendly with the exception of 1 staff member correcting my french in a bit of a rude manner. I genuinely tried my best with my limited language. The rooms are very basic but very clean and offer mini fridges which is nice for a few groceries. Very close to arc de triomphe and walkable to eiffel tower which was great for tourists. I stayed at the courtyard level which is also where the breakfast is served. Very quiet aside from about 6:30am-10:30am when breakfast is served. Fortunately, jetlag had me unbothered but good to note and maybe request a room on an upper level. Overall a fine stay. I got what I paid for which was a bed and what I felt was a safe accommodation.

Prix maximum pour confort minimum. Matelas fatigué, oreillers atroces, chambre spartiate, clim non fonctionnelle, megot de cigarette dans la jardiniere de fleur sur le rebord de la fenetre, oreiller supplementaire dans l'amoire a meme le sol, douche au joints moisis, equipement sdb minimal, pommeau de douche tellement entartré qu'il ny a plus que 4 trous qui coulent, serviette tellement fine qu'on pourrait voir a travers. C'est un voyage dans le temps cet hotel mais pas dans le bon sens du terme.

Petite chambre sombre en sous-sol donnant sur une cour encombrée de matériel, juste devant la salle du petit déjeuner (vue plongeante dans la chambre) et à côté de la chaufferie (bruit de fond permanent). Partie salle d'eau moderne et fonctionnelle, partie chambre très limite (impossible de charger les photos). Je suis restée 4 nuits : Lit non fait (juste couette rabattue), table et sol pas nettoyés (salle d'eau OK). Personnes de l'accueil agréables.

The pictures of the rooms are not what they seem. Room was in ok condition still needed painting. Room was very small. No tv unless you pay for that. Not worth the money spend.

There is no elevator so your left to carry baggage up narrow staircase. Rooms face busy street that doesn’t slow down with traffic noise and the rooms are not sound proof. A bit difficult to get sleep. However close to high end shopping places and cafes Not cheap to shop or stay in area but if your after high end bands they are everywhere

This hotel is in a great location within the walking distance to famous landmarks and metro right by the entrance. If you are planning on staying there you do need to specify what kind of room you would like to have because some of them do not have any city views.

La chambre est propre mais minuscule, le personnel du restaurant est bruyant des 7heures du matin alors que la chambre est à 10 mètres à peine de la salle à manger. les couteaux ne permettent pas de découper les tartines sans les broyer! Il n’y a ni fruit ni œufs ni charcuterie. La salle de bain est bien. Les prix sont tout de même attractifs pour le quartier.

It was a good (and a stones throw from the Arc d’ Triumphe) until the last morning when the front desk thought I hadn’t paid for the continental breakfast the day prior (I had) and the clerk the day before hadn’t put it in the computer. Once it was settled I had actually paid, I paid for that mornings continental breakfast but didn’t take the receipt (my bad-I wasnt thinking) so the kitchen staff treated me as if I was lying about paying. Another guest walked in the dining area and was greeted with “bonjour!” and I was greeted with “did you pay?!?!” Then they called the front desk to make sure. It was VERY insulting! Staff was terrible overall. I go to Paris every year and I wont stay there ever again. Avoid and stay somewhere else you’ll be better off.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! My flight arrived early and they allowed me to check in hours early. There’s a lot of negative reviews for noise but I didn’t feel like it was any louder than any other hotel I’ve stayed in. There is no elevator, it’s an older hotel, but recently renovated. They have usb charging ports so you don’t need an adapter. The rooms are small but I wasn’t doing anything but showering and sleeping. The staff speaks English if your French isn’t up to par. Overall I’d stay here again just for location and convenience! The staff even offered me a free breakfast at check out. No elevator, you have to leave the keys at the front desk when leaving, staff at the front desk was not always willing to help and the bed was not comfortable at all. Although our experience at the hotel wasn’t the best, the location is really good!

The best thing about the place is the location - right beside the train station and 5 5-minute walk from Arc de triumph. I loved it. Decent hotel for the price. Definitely 3 star quality...not exceptional but served its purpose. Loved that I could check in at noon after a red eye flight. Staff for the most part were friendly with the exception of 1 staff member correcting my french in a bit of a rude manner. I genuinely tried my best with my limited language. The rooms are very basic but very clean and offer mini fridges which is nice for a few groceries. Very close to arc de triomphe and walkable to eiffel tower which was great for tourists. I stayed at the courtyard level which is also where the breakfast is served. Very quiet aside from about 6:30am-10:30am when breakfast is served. Fortunately, jetlag had me unbothered but good to note and maybe request a room on an upper level. Overall a fine stay. I got what I paid for which was a bed and what I felt was a safe accommodation.

I would compare this property to a motel six, the location was in a good spot, but the rooms are very dated and small and they’re continental breakfast was nothing for the cost. La chambre est propre mais minuscule, le personnel du restaurant est bruyant des 7heures du matin alors que la chambre est à 10 mètres à peine de la salle à manger. les couteaux ne permettent pas de découper les tartines sans les broyer! Il n’y a ni fruit ni œufs ni charcuterie. La salle de bain est bien. Les prix sont tout de même attractifs pour le quartier.

This hotel was ideal for a short stay in Paris. It was only a few minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe, the metro and the train that takes you directly to Disneyland. It also has some lovely restaurants just minutes away. The staff were helpful. We availed of the continetal breakfast on one of the mornings of our stay and it was lovely and just €9. The room had all we needed with bathroom products, a hair dryer and a mini fridge. The only issue we had with the hotel was that it was quite noisy. You could hear people in the corridor and a group of men talking loudly in the corridor woke us up at about 6am. Other than the issues with noise this hotel was ideal for a short stay in Paris.

Older hotel, but well maintained. My air conditioning didn’t work the best, but having the fan on kept the room comfortable. Breakfast staff and front desk staff were helpful and sweet despite the language barrier, for the most part. Easy to check in and out. You have to keep your key at the front desk everytime you leave due to their old key system.
