Great room and staff. 7th floor lounge was amazing with great drinks and food. The parking was not good, very small spaces and tiny lot.

I would recommend this hotel. It was a bit more $$ than others but I feel it was worth it. We arrived in the morning well before check in and our room was ready! It was so nice after having a super early morning flight to arrive to a clean room on a high floor with a great view. Shout to Adonis for a smooth check in process!! Room was large, updated and well appointed. A nice touch is they provide you with two mini bottles of water and a cozy bathrobe. Waterfall shower head has great water pressure. The entire staff were so accommodating and made some great recommendations on places to eat. Tiffany was our girl!! Took care of us and we appreciate her and all the night staff. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a great place to grab a beer at “State of Beer”. We were in town for Galaxycon and we had hoped to get a hotel closer to the Convention Center but it is only a 16-17 minute walk and the area is very safe. The only things I would point out are: 1. Train tracks right near hotel and train went by at 3:00 am blaring the horn 2. There is a fun bar right next door with outdoor seating. It gets very loud at night. We were lucky our room faced the other side of the hotel but we did hear other guest complaining about the noise. The hotel did provide ear plugs which was nice. 3. No swimming pool. I guess I should have checked that when I made the reservation. Nowadays I just assume a hotel at this

Cons: No free onsite parking. To park on site is 15$ a day. I would just think for a hotel where you pay over 300$ they would have free parking or validate parking. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels and they all have validated the parking. No free breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. No spare sheets or blankets in the rooms with sofa beds, so have to call down and get them. Pros: Good location, very clean, the staff was friendly and nice, the room was attractive, and had modern furnishings. Little touches like a personalized Welcome message on the TV. Bed was comfortable

The property is cramped. No room to leave the car while checking in. Signs out front indicate all street parking is for Uber/Lyft. It feels like the building was designed and built in a rush with lower materials and quality control. Bathroom sink had low water pressure. Bathroom door would not close. Toilet ran constantly until you get out of bed and jiggle button. Windows are thin and road noise is disturbing. Sprinkler/smoke detector strobe light is right above bed and flickers randomly all night. Parking deck is weird and has random plastic humps everywhere that you will trip on. Mattress was mediocre at best. For this price tag I would expect much better.

Picturesque rooftop bar serving great food and spirits. The staff is so pleasant and willing to help with any request. Located at the top of Glenwood avenue, it’s a short walk down to a great variety of restaurants and bars. The nightlife is relaxed and eclectic. I will definitely be back. Hope the Char-grill is still there for my late night snacks.

Stayed there for a Christmas party. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and short walk or rideshare to a wide choice of dining and nightspots.

Would like to see complementary coffee in the lobby, which is more convenient than going to the seventh floor or taking time to make our own in the room. Also, we really liked having parking on site, but we were not aware there was an additional upper deck that was available by going around the other end of the hotel. Lower level was tight parking for a truck/suv.

Beautiful property in a great location. Parking was a struggle and it cost $15/day. Seems steep for a hotel that can’t even offer parking to all of its guests. I would return to the hotel, however, if I was staying for an extended time I would find free parking elsewhere.

Very clean hotel with very friendly and professional staff going above and beyond for their guests....the hotel aswell as the rooftop bar was such a great experience with excellent service at all times making the birthday weekend perfect for us!

A new and very clean hotel. We were advised to get a room facing the back of the property as the rooms that face on to Glenwood Avenue can be noisy at night. This is a popular bar and restaurant location. Rooms facing the back neighborhood were much quieter.

Our stay was great. The rooms are extremely clean, and the hotel looks nice all around. The only downside is the price. It is a little bit pricey, but that might be because of its location.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was super nice and helpful. One thing I would have preferred a bathroom door that locked and blocked light.

The rooms were nice and clean. But it just wasn’t something I was looking for. I wanted something higher end that wasn’t catered to mainly business people. It would be a good place to stay for someone who was traveling alone but it wasn’t ideal for a family stay.

The HVAC systems in the rooms are not controlled by the thermostat. First room was 66 degrees and the room they moved us to was 76 degrees. Neither room thermostats controlled the HVAC. The staff was responsive, the facility was not.

Tv kept playing a prerecorded voice recording over and over for the hotel. The remote buttons would not work. The channels and YouTube on tv would not stream.

Parking sucks. Front desk staff- except for one lady- not knowledgeable at all. And I now have an extra $630 worth of charges I am trying to get knocked off my card. Too many nice places to stay in the area to come back here.

The hotel was nice however the neighborhood where the hotel is not so great. It was loud till 2:30am, I mean loud music and people. I was told that the area is allowed to stay loud like that Friday evenings. After the music is out by 2:30am, people and motorcycles etc in the area were still making noise well into 3:30am. I was up till them, there was no way to fall back asleep. If you plan to stay here for Friday night (not sure about Saturday night because I only stayed one night), just remember this

The hotel was beautiful and clean, my only problem was the restaurant. They have a breakfast buffet and they charge $17 per person. We got there this morning around 10AM and they had not refilled any of the items on the buffet. The fruit have been picked over and it looked rotten. All the pastries was really hard and picked over. If they are going to charge that much for a Buffet, then it should be refilled until 11 o’clock when they stop serving.
