Well situated close to the metro. Car park daily charge is extra and was expensive. Despite air conditioning, lots of bites overnight from mosquitoes. Killed a few first night in my room but the hotel needs a more active pest control plan. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Nice clean rooms and very helpful staff; it's also right next to a metro station, which is very convenient. There's an area near reception where you can refill water bottles for free and buy snacks (very useful if you're feeling peckish late at night). Breakfast buffet is excellent, albeit pricey (but you can get vouchers for 5 Euros that you can use towards the price each time you choose not to have your room serviced).

Excellent accomodation for a week-end in Brussels. Thon Hotel EU is located directly on metro station Malbeek and only 15 minute walking from Grand Place. Room was spacious, extremely clean and all comfort. Hotel decication to eco-sustainability results in an enhancement of customer service. They also provide water to guest which is a perk that after a long day walking makes the difference! Staff is super, I commend on Vincenzo who is extremely professional and kind and provided all useful info that made our stay even better. Sauna and gym facilities are amazing and well looked after! Definitely reccomended!

The room was well laid out, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and there were great amenities available. The hotel was modern and welcoming. We used the spa and the well-equipped gym. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

This hotel is a real good value considering its location and all the amenities. I very much appreciated how sustainability oriented they are, making it easy to rent a bike, a station to refill your bottle, etc. the staff is very courteous and helpful. I would stay here again.

Clean comfortable modern room in a quiet area. Firm bed but mattress was comfortable. The pillows were a bit small for my liking. It would have been nice if the mini bar was stocked but the complimentary bottled water was welcomed. Unfortunately the drain the shower was blocked which was a bit disappointing for a four star hotel. Overall a pleasant enough stay.

Fijne kamer en uitstekende ligging ten opzichte van het centrum vanwege nabijheid metrostation. De buurt zelf is nauwelijks interessant. Minpuntje: de douchedeur in de badkamer sloot niet goed waardoor de badkamervloer drijfnat werd. Daarom douche maar vermeden. Ook schimmel in de badkamer (ventilatie niet goed). Verder alles onberispelijk schoon en net.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great. The food is also really good. We did the breakfast and it was worth the money. It was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had before. Very nice hotel in a very good location. Room was very spacious, shower room as well, added bonus of under-floor heating. Our only critique was the hardness of the mattress, but as we only stayed for a short time we didn't enquire if there is an option for a mattress topper, but for a 4 star hotel I imagine there is.

Welcome reception was amazing. The front desk person Andrew was super pleasant, professional and helpful. The upgrade that we didn’t expect but received was an amazing experience and was greatly appreciated. Andrew went out of his way to provide us with all the details of amenities available in and around the area as it was our first time traveling to Brussels. Fantastic everyone that worked there went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. Especially William at the front desk was such a star explaining our needs to the other staff and making sure we had a lovely stay. Would really recommend and will stay again in the future. So happy perfect hotel for work trips in EU settings.

Hotellet er flott og ryddig og rommene er bra. Eneste som absolutt ikke fungerer er servicenivå baren. Ikke ønsker de å hjelpe. Må stå på bare for å få bestille.og da har det så langt etter flere besøk fortsatt ikke lykkedes å få akkurat det som jeg har bestilt.

Perfect hotel for a brief stay in Brussels. Incredibly convenient to Brussels Midi train station by metro. The same metro station right outside the front door got us everywhere in the city. The hotel and room were incredibly nice and quiet. And the friendly staff gave us the late checkout we needed to get to the Grand Place and see the amazing historical city before we had to check out and catch our train. Would definitely stay again.
