Very good stay - hotel standards very high - staff extremely pleasant at all levels - greeted everyday with a smile at breakfast in the restuarant by Kusum who was very busy and efficient in her work ! Thank you Kusum Unfortunately the pool was out of action during my stay - but the view from the roof pool area was excellent ! Food was good and my only complaint is that the evening meal seating arrangements were not well organised, and that this felt need of improvement ! The distance from the Metro was about 20 minute walk but cheap cost taxis would be a good alternative.

It is Indian natinalities dominance hotel an itd looks like a former 5* hotel run down one the 3* level over the period of time. The roof bar is still nice with view over downtown Dubai. It's very expensive to have drinks there tho.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not live up to its 5-star rating. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet mainly features South Asian dishes, which is absolutely fine—but this should be clearly mentioned on their website so guests know what to expect. The buffet staff themselves were very kind and welcoming, but the lack of transparency beforehand was disappointing. Front Desk Service: The front desk service was the most frustrating part of the stay. Almost every request was met with “come tomorrow” or “we’re working on it,” and then the next staff member would claim there was no note or record of the issue. When I called about our broken kettle, they said they would send a replacement, but no one ever showed up. The following day I was told they already knew it wasn’t workingu and simply had no replacement available. It felt like no one was actually attending to guests’ needs. The only person who truly helped was Padma. Near the end of our stay, we mentioned the kettle situation to her directly and she immediately took care of it. Her service was the one bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. Housekeeping: Housekeeping staff were polite and did a good job throughout our stay, which I appreciated. Noise Levels: Before booking,I saw a review mentioning loud music, and I wasn’t sure how accurate that was. After staying on one of the higher floors and still hearing music clearly at night, I can’t imagine how loud it must be on lower floor

godt hotel og stor swimmingpool, venlig personale, godt og stort rum med udsigt til skyskraber. Stranden er ikke så langt væk, men det er ingen hotelbus, som kører der. Det er lidt larm fra swimmingpool sent om aften, hvor det er høj musik.

The stay was OK, bed was not so comfy, bathroom had only tub for bath and no shower. Hotel location was OK, surrounded by residential apartments, parking was free and accessible and was available all the time.

Its quite noisy every night until 3am - at the 6th floor you don't really hear the clubs in the basement - but you hear the party on the rooftop through windows. Needed to wait ~1hr for a Burger in Estrellas - the bar wasn't even crowded. The salad got delivered after 10mins - not together with the burger. Thats very odd. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel with a unique style found on very pricy hotel rooms at other locations. Rooms, especially faucets, toilet, bathtub etc. are not in its best shape

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff, but thats the Only thing good with this hotel. The hotel faccilties are under below mid. The room we had was alright. The gym and the spa are very small. There is a nightclub in the under Ground of the hotel that plays Music until 03.00 p.m!!! And no one informed us about that during the check in. The clientell are 90% Indian/pakistani. The food at the hotel is Indian based. The area where the hotel is located looks like mini Delhi. If you want to have a very mid experience while You Are in Dubai, you choose this hotel, but i recommend to stay away.

Städningen och personalen var utmärkta, vilket bidrog till en positiv vistelse. Tyvärr var parkeringen och hotellets huvudentré problematiska och resulterade i att vår hyrbil blev skadad. Förbättringar på dessa områden skulle göra upplevelsen ännu bättre.

The property isn’t very clean for a 5 star Cushions had stains on them but the rooms themselves were cleaned properly by housekeeping The service is great by the house keeping they’re all lovely Front desk staff were ok On final checkout they were incompetent and didn’t write down how they took a deposit from me which for a 5 star hotel is poor. And I’m still waiting for this refund

Had so many problems I wouldn’t come back tbh it is just weird vibes they be calling the room multiple times asking if we need room service as we didn’t have the number, shower had the worst smell , water was leaking from the bathroom, they gave us a new room no drinks in the fridge, no toothbrushes, shower caps or something like that Hotel Can improve Hotel is giving old as well I don’t know wish it would be better

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon, expecting a 5-star experience to explore the city, but the managers and owners must admit that this hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel. Perhaps it offered 5-star service in its early years when everything was new, but it's now very outdated and has lost many of its qualities, especially in terms of hygiene in the rooms. The staff are helpful and positive people. The location isn't great, but it's not bad either. Would we stay again? We won't . Would I recommend it? I think it's expensive, even for Dubai, in terms of price-performance ratio. The thought that we could have stayed in a more upscale location by paying 10-15% more than we paid here was the thing we thought about most during our vacation.

Horrible horrible breakfast - same menu everyday except for Indian section which also did not taste good. Our bedroom toilet was also getting clogged & flooding out but no one came in time to fix it, lived in a dirty bathroom for 3 days. The room service also did not clean the rooms properly, just made the bed & changed towels - nothing else. Bad experience overall, definitely not worth paying the price of a 4 star

Hotel check in process is slow and room is a little bit outdated. Shower is awkward as you need to stand on top of the tab and there is no barrier around it to avoid spilling. There is no door between toilet and shower as well.

Nice room but weird there wasn’t a shower. Went to the bar downstairs and they didn’t allow me to use my discount from the VIP perk. Breakfast was ok, buffet dinner was average at best. Overall was good value for money with the highlight being the room and rooftop pool.

Nice hotel the rooms are very spacious with big soaker bath. The rooms had smart tv to stream from phone which is nice. Room service very good quality. The bed is very large like super king but it is comfy but could be better seems to have many layers of toppers that made it a bit lumpy. Apart from that a great comfy stay, friendly helpful staff all around the hotel.

Everything is excellent except the internet. In this day and age where remote work is so common, I could not take a single conference call which made it super frustrating. Called and complained and a lousy IT engineer showed up. Lost all hope of remote work and had to take next couple days off until I flew back to the states.

It is supposed to be a 5 start hotel. Well, I guess when it was built it had the standard. Rooms need to be renovated, has the charme of a 3 star hotel. Very positive was the friendly staff of the hotel. Very, very negative... It was noisy all the time. In one night there was loud music until 4 am. Had to call the reception twice to stop it. Its quite noisy every night until 3am - at the 6th floor you don't really hear the clubs in the basement - but you hear the party on the rooftop through windows. Needed to wait ~1hr for a Burger in Estrellas - the bar wasn't even crowded. The salad got delivered after 10mins - not together with the burger. Thats very odd. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel with a unique style found on very pricy hotel rooms at other locations. Rooms, especially faucets, toilet, bathtub etc. are not in its best shape

The room wasnt ready when We got to the hotel. I had just came out from a surgery and needed a bed. I could barely stand on my feet out of pain. And They used a very long Time to Get me a room. The room smelled a strange and horrible smell when We got the room. And also the breakfast was terrible. With small variation. And We drank from plastic cups for breakfast. Very good stay - hotel standards very high - staff extremely pleasant at all levels - greeted everyday with a smile at breakfast in the restuarant by Kusum who was very busy and efficient in her work ! Thank you Kusum Unfortunately the pool was out of action during my stay - but the view from the roof pool area was excellent ! Food was good and my only complaint is that the evening meal seating arrangements were not well organised, and that this felt need of improvement ! The distance from the Metro was about 20 minute walk but cheap cost taxis would be a good alternative.

My visit here was terrible. First day my fiancé luggage didn’t get to the room after 3 hours. I eventually went to get it. Power was off another day for 4 hours. I called three times and nobody showed up. Happened to grab a cleaner and he helped me out. The mini fridge didn’t work for the first three days. Someone finally changed it. It’s a shop owner that kept hounding us to buy fake bags and etc. On my last day I had a few charges that didn’t seem right but at that point I was over it. While checking out porter takes my bags. Get downstairs waiting on taxi for 30 mins and bags still wasn’t there. It was just a horrible experience. And last the bed was hard as hell. Food was nasty but the spa was amazing. I would recommend the spa.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not live up to its 5-star rating. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet mainly features South Asian dishes, which is absolutely fine—but this should be clearly mentioned on their website so guests know what to expect. Está en un lugar lleno de gente de india, Pakistán…no hay muchos Supermercados cerca ni restaurantes que te transmitan confianza para comer. El hotel en general está bien pero en cuanto a la insonorización y la limpieza es un poco nula.

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon, expecting a 5-star experience to explore the city, but the managers and owners must admit that this hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel. Perhaps it offered 5-star service in its early years when everything was new, but it's now very outdated and has lost many of its qualities, especially in terms of hygiene in the rooms. The staff are helpful and positive people. The location isn't great, but it's not bad either. Would we stay again? We won't . Would I recommend it? I think it's expensive, even for Dubai, in terms of price-performance ratio. The thought that we could have stayed in a more upscale location by paying 10-15% more than we paid here was the thing we thought about most during our vacation.

Almost all of the food items were Indian dishes, with very limited variety for other guests. This was a great hotel that was close to everything. The pool was great and doesn't get too crowded. I tried the hair salon on site, the staff was great and did their best to manage my curly hair. One con was the limited options of food for lunch at the main restaurant. If you are a picky eater you will find yourself ordering from room service to get easy thing likes french-fries, pizza, chicken as they are not options at the buffet. Breakfast was great a lot of options. The room was overall clean and exactly as pictured. The sheets are not changed as often as you'd like unless you ask during your stay. Overall a great staff everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Nice room but weird there wasn’t a shower. Went to the bar downstairs and they didn’t allow me to use my discount from the VIP perk. Breakfast was ok, buffet dinner was average at best. Overall was good value for money with the highlight being the room and rooftop pool.

Nice hotel the rooms are very spacious with big soaker bath. The rooms had smart tv to stream from phone which is nice. Room service very good quality. The bed is very large like super king but it is comfy but could be better seems to have many layers of toppers that made it a bit lumpy. Apart from that a great comfy stay, friendly helpful staff all around the hotel.

Our bedroom toilet was also getting clogged & flooding out but no one came in time to fix it, lived in a dirty bathroom for 3 days. The room service also did not clean the rooms properly, just made the bed & changed towels - nothing else. Bad experience overall, definitely not worth paying the price of a 4 star

The hotel looked beautiful and clean in the photos, but unfortunately the reality was very different. As we usually stay in 5-star hotels, this property did not meet that standard at all. Our room had a musty smell, and there was mold in several areas of the bathroom and shower. The bedsheets and pillows also had visible stains and did not smell fresh or clean, which was very disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful, but overall our experience was disappointing, and we regretted choosing this hotel.
