Great location close to train, lake, bus, restaurants. Nice to have small kitchen. Murphy bed in room was a surprise, but comfortable. Breakfast room was under construction, so lobby was cramped in a.m. Free, decent Internet.

From the minute Yassine greeted us we were pleased that we chose the hotel. The location is good and you can get to the Lake and train station easily. Yassine pointed us to restaurants and attractions and organised a travel pass too- nothing was too much trouble. We had booked for breakfast but the hotel breakfast place was closed for an upgrade. However, Florence delivered 5 continental breakfasts every morning of our stay. The food was plentiful! It was actually nice to have a little kitchenette as we made sandwiches one lunchtime and the washing up liquid and cleaning cloths were also supplied. The space was very clean. The aircon took a bit to crank up, and our view of the "park" with the homeless and ladies of the night was worrying but we felt safe despite this.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. This is definitely a budget hotel so you get what you get. But the standards were sub-par. The room was not cleaned throughly at all. There was mold in the bathroom tiles. There was dust everywhere! The mattress was disgusting, it was covered in dust and hair. The facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped, however the rooms were rather small. The area where this hotel is located is not particularly nice and not safe. If you are staying alone I would not recommend staying here! The staff were welcoming but communication with the hotel was limited. Overall my stay was not pleasant and I would not be staying here again.

Good place to stay, love the reception staff, all super nice and speak different languages. There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. Apart from one morning without water that the hotel quickly fixed, I couldn't fault anything. Rooms are small but with everything you need, close to the city center and the train station, perfect for having something to eat as the city can be expensive. The mattress could be a bit better.

The accommodation is currently undergoing renovations however this did not affect our stay at all. Location good, short walk to train and lake. ATMs close by (better rate on cash than ATMs at airport). Reception was friendly. We had included breakfast which was ok, personally I cant eat dairy and dont like pastries for breakfast so my partner ate most of it.

The duplex was comfortable enough for 3 people but the hotel itself isn’t in good conditions. There’s some renovation going on but it’s still not there yet. The cleaning was also below standards as we could even find 2/3 spider nests in the balcony.

El hotel nos encanto! Esta cerca del centro de Ginebra, es muy cómodo ir caminando. La zona es linda, fácil de llegar desde la estación de trenes y fail para ir al centro histórico. La atención fue excelente, la habitación estuvo mas que bien, cómoda, espaciosa, con escritorio, armario, plancha y todo lo necesario. El baño es grande y estaba impecable. También te dan un TK para moverse por la ciudad sin abonar en transporte. Excelente, nada para aclarar.

Do better, stay elsewhere, poor hotel with poor housekeeping. Great location as shown on line. Unfortunately hotel room did not live up to marketing photos. 7th floor room, so had to lug 2 large travel cases up a spiral staircase to reach room. Front desk did assist with 1. Literally nowhere to open, store then use contents of cases, however cobbled together a table & 2 chairs into a bench, which left nowhere to sit & eat. Floors filthy as evident by dirt washing off our feet when in the shower. Room 712 also included free spider webs above door to balcony, and in several locations above the television. Aircon desperately needs an upgrade, barely enough cold air to keep temp below 30 degrees C at 3am, made for a couple of very uncomfortable nights. After first night went looking for housekeeping to see when room was to be refreshed. Bumped into a team only to be told “no no no, housekeeping only after 5 days.” After a difficult translation from French to English I did manage a new set of towels, which felt like a major victory.

Muy satisfechos con la estancia Muy limpio, tanto habitación como ropa de cama, toallas ,cocina y utensilios. Ubicación muy buena. A 1 min. Andando de la estación de buses y a 5 min de la de trenes. 2 min andando hasta una de las orillas del lago Leman. Al centro ( casco antiguo) se llega en unos 10 min andando. Para ir al aeropuerto vale la pena ir en tren, son menos de 10 min. de trayecto. El mismo hotel proporciona la opción de sacar tarjetas de transporte gratis para bus y tren. Lo único que mejoraría son los almohadones, un poco duros para mí gusto, y la moqueta exterior de la zona de pasillo de las habitaciones, que está estropeada. En las fechas de nuestra estancia estaban de reformas, así que igual esto mejora. Personal muy amable y atento. Hay uno de los turnos que hay una chica española. Recomendable un restaurante italiano auténtico ( no engaña guiris) que hay enfrente de la entrada principal del hotel, al cruzar la calle. Precios en general muy caros en toda la ciudad. Supermercado cercano: Un Migros en la estación de trenes y un Lidl a unos 10 min andando,un poco más alejado

Parfait petit appartement pour séjourner à Genève et visiter son centre-ville et les abords du Lac Léman. Le personnel est très courtois et les lieux sont très propres et bien équipés. L’espace est limité et la climatisation n’est pas puissante, mais c’est ainsi partout en Suisse.

We decided to get the room option with a balcony and I HIGHLY recommend. We had a lovely view of the city and Lake Geneva from our room, with nice outdoor furniture as well. It was interesting to have the staircase inside our room, but we enjoyed it. The area was great and walkable and the staff were kind and attentive.

Clean room with beautiful view from the deck. It was well located and had a kitchen. Easy walk to/from the train to the airport. Of note, we did have to climb a small, circular set of stairs to get to our room. Not a problem for us, but could be for folks less mobile.

Photos of the property are completely inaccurate nor the actual hotel! Can hear everything going on in your neighbors room. The wallpaper was pealing and the doors are rotting. Do not recommend staying here.

Great location and excellent duplex with 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, balcony and 2 mini kitchens - perfect for our family of four with teenagers! walking distance to everything and great view from balcony. The road outside is busy as its a city and the windows are not double glazed .

Rooms in 7th floor are incredible unconfortable if you have some luggage since you need to take the stairs and they're extremely narrow. Something they don't tell you until you're checking-in.

The lady working on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. Sadly the room itself was terrible. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotten through water damage and the walls were very thin so we could hear other guests throughout the night. The bedroom door was difficult to shut properly, and needed to be slammed shut. Our main bedroom light did not work so we had to use the desk lamp to light the room. The location was good- close to the station and also Lake Geneva. Overall I would not stay here again.

The bottom of the bathroom door was rotten through water damage and the walls were very thin so we could hear other guests throughout the night. The room was perfect for our family of five and the front desk was very helpful our entire stay. Our luggage was lost on the way and they were able to supply us with toothbrushes and pointed us in the right direction to get necessities until it arrived.

From the minute Yassine greeted us we were pleased that we chose the hotel. The location is good and you can get to the Lake and train station easily. Yassine pointed us to restaurants and attractions and organised a travel pass too- nothing was too much trouble. We had booked for breakfast but the hotel breakfast place was closed for an upgrade. Good place to stay, love the reception staff, all super nice and speak different languages. There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. Apart from one morning without water that the hotel quickly fixed, I couldn't fault anything. Rooms are small but with everything you need, close to the city center and the train station, perfect for having something to eat as the city can be expensive. The mattress could be a bit better.

GREAT location! Tour bus operators were 1 block away; the train station was a short walk and a short walk to the water. The front desk staff were AMAZING. They were so helpful with recommendations and everything. HIGHLY recommend this place.

Clean room with beautiful view from the deck. It was well located and had a kitchen. Easy walk to/from the train to the airport. Of note, we did have to climb a small, circular set of stairs to get to our room. Not a problem for us, but could be for folks less mobile.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. This is definitely a budget hotel so you get what you get. But the standards were sub-par. The room was not cleaned throughly at all. There was mold in the bathroom tiles. There was dust everywhere! The mattress was disgusting, it was covered in dust and hair. The facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped, however the rooms were rather small. The area where this hotel is located is not particularly nice and not safe. If you are staying alone I would not recommend staying here! The staff were welcoming but communication with the hotel was limited. Overall my stay was not pleasant and I would not be staying here again.

This was a good place to stay for 5 days because had a decent little kitchen with fridge and very well stocked crockery. It’s a little aged and it’s in the red light district so is a bit noisy at night. But the front desk staff were great in solving problems. Worth a try.

Prima plek vlak bij station en openbaar vervoer bootjes. Ontbijt kamer goed. Prettig om zelf koffie en thee te kunnen maken of zelfs een maaltijd. Douchen in een ligbad heeft niet onze voorkeur, badkamer mag gerenoveerd.

The accommodation is currently undergoing renovations however this did not affect our stay at all. Location good, short walk to train and lake. ATMs close by (better rate on cash than ATMs at airport). Reception was friendly.
