The room was very clean, and the staff were excellent and very friendly. The mini bar was well stocked and the prices were very reasonable. Most hotels today don’t provide a complete toilet amenities kit, so I was very impressed with the management for including this. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bolton. Ultra sauna in a hotel was complete surprise

Very clean room but smelt really strongly of bleach. Parking was very tight if you are in R 1 - 3 as you need to do a three point turn to get infront of room around middle tree plantings. Not a lot of soundproofing between rooms. Next room left early and were not really noisy but could hear them talking and making a cup of tea.

Clean room with all you need. Not sure who travels with dvds and cds - these extras are completely not necessary and just added gimicks in the room making it seem tired.

Good central location but property condition is tired. Some lights not working, sharp tacks protruding through carpet near kitchen area, extractor fan cover fell down in middle of night (fixed by myself). Walls are also paper thin - could hear person next door snoring loudly and people on other side arguing. Fort the cost we paid we expected something a bit more.

Great room. Loved the hot tub. Plenty of room to organise our gear. Very clean. TV was an old model Samsung could have been bigger but we could still use usb. My wife is very particular but love this place. It will be the place we stay from here on out when we are in Palmy

We had a brilliant 3 nights here this week, easy check in. Room was spotless and the cleaning staff were really lovely. We had a broken hob which I mentioned to the manager as I left to go shopping, it was working in my return a couple of hours later, seriously great service. Great room, with everything you need and only a 5 minutes walk to the square. We had the spa pool in our room and was so worth the extra. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Such a great location - walkable to main eating area and square as well as a supermarket on your doorstep if you’re looking to cook or for quick snacks. Staff were very friendly, thank you! Was OK, comfortable, easy walking distance to shopping and supermarket. Probably a little tired, could do with a little maintenance. Just a little tidy up, as the units are of good size and are well provided with toilet paper, tea, coffee etc..
