First time staying in a holiday park cabin and it was a lovely experience. The booking was done last minute and I was able to upgrade without any hassle. The staff were absolutely lovely, the grounds were well lit, the cabin was warm, good bedding, clean, practicle and stocked with the necessary items for a comfortable stay. I had a lovely rest and would certainly stay again. Highly recommend, incredibly friendly and supportive staff, it was a wonderful first time cabin experience.

Spent two nights, Room 15. Bed upstairs was very comfortable. We would stay again. If there is any improvement to be made would be our unit could do with a full-on deep clean. It looked like the carpet was only half pie vacuumed and walls need wiping down where marks are showing. The floor outside the shower needs urgent maintenance because of water damage, the linoleum was spongy to walk on. Batteries in remote controls need changing too. Outside the entry door of the units we think a leaf blower or a broom is needed to get rid of the build up of dirt etc. Not a good look.

We liked that it was a large family suite. Had wifi and netflix, great parking. We did not like that it was very very noisy due close to road/traffic noise and noisy guests who were having parties, were extremely noisy and arguments during late at night/early morning. Party and loud noisy on one night and arguments on the second night. Overall I would rate this property as a 2.5 star due to noise and guest issues.

We found our room was extremely noisy. High road noise and a very loud helicopter taking off and landing at the hospital across the road. The helicopter operated both nights of our stay.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The customer service is virtually non-existent; it seems they only care about charging for the room without considering the guest's needs. They do not respond to emails or communicate in any effective way. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I loved the way I was treated when I had to rebook day after day because my husband was in hospital and I had no idea or warning as to when he would be discharged. Truly grateful for how easy they made it for me. Glad there was food available nearby. Thank you

I had rung the manager to say we had a high chance of arriving after the 9:00 pm office closure, but unsure due to cyclone damaging bridge on way there - might not get thru etc. He said no problem, he would leave the door unlocked and the key inside. When we got there it happened to be just after 9 pm - being after office closure, we parked up and went straight to the room - door was locked. A few minutes later the manager appeared. His first words were not "welcome" or "how was the trip" or "glad you were able to get through from your damaged city". Instead it was "you said you were coming at 10:30 pm". I had said no such thing but he wasn\'t worth the argument. How rude not ask how we were after our trauma back in Napier, but instead focus on the time he thought we had said we would arrive - I had said I didn\'t know, that it could be late. To me, if we were arriving any time after 9 pm, it did not really matter - the door would be open. But no, it wasn\'t. How was I to know he wouldn\'t leave the door open till exactly 10:30 pm. The room was nice and spacious, the kitchen well laid out, the bathroom a nice size with all we needed, plus extra towels. The 2 bedrooms (we had the apartment suite) were great (couple and a single). The lounge was good but the couches uncomfortable. The worst was the bed - I woke up with a sore neck and bones. Would stay again if they had a different manager/owner.

Fast and easy service, room clean and tidy. Breakfast at Zest was awesome. Our beds a little on the soft side for our liking. Wallpaper in our room needed a little attention as it was peeling in places. But overall very comfortable and we will be certainty booking again in November
