nice that they had little wagons to pull your luggage from parking lot to room fit in the elevator to go to 2nd floor. the manager on duty was very helpful, and personable, telling about the hotel history and events in the area. quiet and peaceful stay

Nice historical hotel that could use a renovation. Our room didn't have any control over the HVAC system, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The parking situation is terrible, we had to park a block away, which is terrible when you have to carry suitcases.

Talk about quaint, the Hotel Millersburg is the perfect definition of the word! Everywhere you go in the hotel is a step back in the past. As we wondered through looking around some rooms were open and each room was so different, elegant yet very comfortable. Nice patio to relax in the back. Ease of waking to some small shops, places to eat, or just have a drink. This is not the place for you if you want a pool and exercise room but if you want relaxing and a step back in time, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a difficult time trying to find where to park. It turns out the hotel shares a parking lot with other businesses and it was across the street. I ate in the sports bar in the hotel, the food was very good. The hotel was very old but beautiful, they had quilts displayed on the walls. No refrigerator in room, ice machine out of order but the bar provided ice when requested.

The hotel was very neat. Old and nostalgic however the rooms had no climate control at all, very warm in our room at night. The bathrooms were very dated with old toilets. The hotel was very clean. Parking is bad have to walk a long distance to unload your vehicle. The beds were very comfortable.

We checked out 30 minutes after arriving. It’s gross. It smells extremely old, possibly the worn down ‘antique’ furniture. Gaps under each door so you could hear every foot step, anyone talking quietly pretty much anything and everything. The carpet is very old and dirty throughout and needs to be replaced. . The onsite bar closes at 8pm also so you can’t enjoy have a few drinks on site at night.

Our room was beautiful, comfy bed, large bathroom and everything was spotless. The lady who checked us in was extra nice and we loved talking to her. The whole hotel is wonderful ! We’ll be back!

I think the owners have tried to make the experience unique, but overall I felt it was unkempt. There was an odor throughout the building that was not good. The outdoor patio area has great potential, but is lacking upkeep. Unfortunately,I would not choose to stay here again.

The room was very clean and beautiful, though somewhat small. They have bigger rooms that the staff allowed us to look at, but with it just being the two of us, this really was not warranted. The "antique" feel of this historical place was awesome and worth the stay in itself. The staff was also nice and very helpful during our stay and the pub downstairs was a nice addition for an evening nightcap.

Noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s right by the main road and you hear semi trucks passing and Jake braking all night long. Since it was off season most rooms were empty so I asked to be moved to a quieter room and the attendant told me that all rooms were noisy and that’s just how it is. Our room was directly facing the road with two large windows. I cannot imagine that an inside room wouldn’t have been at least a bit quieter. It was three miserable nights. I cannot recommend this facility.

Jamie, the onsite manager was a true gem. She upgraded us twice with no change in our original price and she was very welcoming!! We got room 214, which is their 2-story suite and it was well turned out and had lots of space, with 2 extra beds and rooms. Jamie spoke with us about the area and hotel and made sure we had everything we needed. The other staff members took time to make sure we were taken care of and spoke with us about the history of the hotel. Not to be forgotten were the Tavern Restaurant ladies who were on point with their service and were very friendly. The hotel itself was fabulous; each room was individually decorated with period decorations and furniture. We were allowed to view the rooms that were not occupied as well. Definitely a place to check in and stay and hang out. We'll be back for another visit.

This hotel was a very unexpected and pleasant surprise. It is a very unique renovated historical hotel and it has been painstakingly restored with period pieces. Each room is uniquely different, as we saw when one of the housekeepers offered to show us a few they were cleaning one morning. There is an awesome 2 story one also. Very cool. The beds were very comfortable, linens were soft and the bathroom was very large, Jamie at the front desk was so friendly, as were all the employees. We didn't get a chance to eat in the attached tavern, but it sure did smell good. There is a nice courtyard that had a band playing one night which was popular. The entire town is very quant. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area and would gladly stay here again! So much nicer than the chains,

Room was large and clean. Large bathroom, great shower, Beautifully decorated. Old and historic. And the price was right! But just one thing: The staff went home at 4 PM. If you get there after 4, then there is a process you need to follow to get in. I believe there should be someone there to check people in until at least 7.

The property was awesome! Room was stunning and everything is pretty close by. The Manager called us and let us know we would need to self check in which was super easy but we never saw anyone and checked out on our own. I even had to grab my folio myself after looking through papers behind the reception desk. It was really awkward. Other than that we would stay again and again!

This is an amazing historical building. Front desk personal Jamie, was awesome, helpful, happy and kind. Had a beverage only in the restaurant, but the server ( Heidi ?) was celebrating her birthday the next day, and was super sweet and cheery !! Great location, good price, clean, and in walking distance to great coffee place - Broken Grounds- and great antique store - Starlight Antiques- along with other great shops.

Hotel is quaint-room was clean bathroom all worked.instead of being a chic boutique inn this gave off the vibe of a tired out of date hotel. Staff is thin, restaurant is permanently closed- after 8pm, the doors are locked and one needs a key to get in the door. Parking is shared with the town, it could be problematic. The hotel would be a great candidate to be converted into some modern condos.

Received phone call to check in early because the check in lady wanted to go home. Doors locked at 3:00 pm, so we needed to unlock doors and retrieve to the other block to enter. Could not get t.v. to work first night and we had to use our own network. No tavern or restaurant as advertised on internet. Second night, there was no internet or t.v. and no one was there to explain what the issue was. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because the manager did not care. We did not feel safe at this place. The rest of Millersburg was very welcoming.

Great service good and professional people and EXTREMELY friendly. Parking is the only issue that needs to improve, but being downtown may hinder the options for the Hotel. The restaurant is a good option after a long day of sight seeing. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN !!!!!

I received a courtesy call that our room was ready and we could check in early if we would like. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming when we checked in. We enjoyed getting to know a little about the history of the hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay again while in the area.

Beautiful hotel with some original wall coverings. Filled with creative quilts, old photos, and beautiful antiques. This is a relaxing, calming space. Not for those whose enjoy the modern. Very cute courtyard with tables, and umbrellas. Central location for all your Amish country shopping. Bed with extra pillows very comfy. Been here before, perfect for a fall adventure!

Beautiful country charm hotel is done in a Victorian style and is very clean and comfortable we felt safe in the area we walked right across the street for dinner and enjoyed the little town before venturing out the next day into all the surrounding area filled with Amish villages and towns

What a great place to stay. Was built in the 1800's, all rooms are different, decorated nicely. Large and comfortable. About 15 minutes to Berlin where all the Amish stuff is. The hotel is at a major intersection so lots of semis turning so can get a little loud but otherwise a great place to stay.

This is a unique old downtown hotel and the interior furnishings are clean and interesting. This area is safe for walking. The hotels restaurant is not operational right now. I will stay again next year as long as the price is competitive with the surrounding chain hotels. The romm I rented is not the room in the photos.

The hotel was probably in much better condition prior to Covid. However, the reviews we had read were not current and thus lacking for us. The restaurant had good food but they closed at 6 pm so the staff could go to the county fair. Also, it was not open for b’fast leaving only one place available on a Sunday morning.

I liked the quaintness of the hotel and the integrity of the older building being kept up. The room was comfortable, beds were very nice and everything was was clean. Two slight complaints...the toilets in the building are small and short, not exactly comfortable for older and or larger people. The toilet in our room was between the shower wall and the outer wall with limited room to manuever while also dealing with a tiny toilet. Perhaps there's more handicap accessible rooms with normal toilets we'll look into next time. Secondly, the parking is not really convenient. There's a small parking lot behind the hotel but parking was impossible in the evening and we ended up parking further away and hauling our luggage further than desired. There is a rear entrance so that was helpful. The tavern was excellent.. nothing fancy, but the two meals we had there were delicious!!
