Good for a safe and good night's rest but no amenities

Staff at the facility were All very friendly An helpful.. bedroom was setup nice; beds were comfortable, fridge and microwave worked Great… convenient Drive to the outlet stores or Walmart FYI..:we had an a room On 2nd floor there’s No elevator's but we have stairs at our home so it was no Big deal overall Wonderful Stay

Floors in the room was dirty No kleenex in the room Bathroom was dirty cheapest TP I have ever used. No extra blankets in the room No coffee maker in the room had to go to the lobby area and make your own coffee For the price you pay at this place you could get a room (with coffee in the room) and continental breakfast included at other places I wouldn't recommend this place at all

The room is impeccably clean. The staff/owners are wonderful. If you are staying at a hotel by the freeway you are missing out on this gem. It is a quiet place to stay. ONE problem - the door on the south end of the building needs to be lockable and controlled entry. ANYONE could walk into your property at any hour and do what they want. Having signs that say you have camera's doesn't cut it. FIX the door!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was in town on business. It was quiet, clean, and staff was very friendly. They were also able to accommodate parking for my moving truck.

The woman running the inn was charming and seemed to be a one person operation. One of the bedside lamps had a broken switch, but was functional plugging in for use. The bed was comfortable. No insects. Free coffee in the lobby, no breakfast. Great shower.

A nice not new Inn managed by a very nice Korean lady. She was very helpful in checking you in and showing you to your room. The hotel reminds me of an old movie the"Casa Blanca" where the lobby area is the main greeting area. I just hope you would enjoy your stay. It is just a simple quiet INN.

Modern rather new motel. Very clean lobby and rooms. The owner Managers are the ones who clean the rooms. They do an excellent job. I had car trouble and they got a room ready for me at 10am . I will definitely stay again if in the area.

Totally surprised by this mom and pop hotel. Immaculately clean and comfortable room. The room os more like a small apartment but honestly feels like you're visiting your grandparents house. Neat, clean, and comfortable.

Very clean. No huge, ornate lobby, but the rooms were clean, mattresses and pillows were new and very comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. This is definitely my go to in Killeen from now on!

My stay was very quiet & relaxing I stayed in January 19-21 during a very cold winter storm . My room was very warm. It’s a diamond in the rough

I only spent 1 night stayed in my room mostly. So not familiar with the property. My room was very clean plenty of towels, clean comfy bed . I would go back for the price it’s worth the stay

We had to move our employees after 1 night due to roaches crawling over them during the night. We had planned on a 4-night stay. The property is not as advertised. No fault of Hotels.com. Overall, just a really disgusting property. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!

Driving distance to all conveniences. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Staff is extremely friendly. The building on the outside doesn't look like much, but there's more than meets the eye. The room is nice, the bathroom is nice, and the lobby is nice.

The location was a little remote (no nearby restaurants for example), but the bed was so comfortable! The couple running the place couldn’t have been nicer. Perfect stop during a long rode trip.

I have stayed here several times and all was good except the so-called smoking area setup location. We always abide by any and all hotel rules on smoking. Premium Inn has a designated smoking area outside their back exit/entrance door. Because the wind swirls thru there pretty bad quite often, when someone is smokes outside and a guest goes in or comes out of that door the smoke can easily get inside the building which is a flaw of where the smoking area is and NO fault of the guests who smoke in that area. While registering, the person on staff literally told us to go and stay in a hotel that has smoking rooms so she could avoid that scenario again. She kept insisting that after people smoke they bring in the smell/smoke into the building with them which is impossible to get rid off of our clothes after smoking outside. She was very confrontational and we felt very unwelcome there. But, I do like the hotel so we made an effort to listen to her, get our room and smoke far from that entrance which we really should not have to because after all we are abiding by hotel rules to smoke outside in their own designated smoking area.

My stay was pleasant and the front clerk was very helpful!

Charged me extra after check out for nothing. Couldn’t explain to me what charges were for just claimed I damaged the room. Would never stay here again. I would never recommend.

I always stay here when I come to the Killeen area. Its always clean and quite. The staff is always friendly and you can't beat the price!
