AC worked great. Room was not very clean. ..especially bathroom floor. Sheets, comforter were all crisp and clean

I have stayed there four times and at least three of the four I've had to ask for a refrigerator and a microwave that are supposed to be in the room , they also advertise breakfast and rice cooker which neither one happened when I was there yesterday first time I asked about microwave I was told to use the one in the breakfast area

The room was not expensive so my expectations were low. However the room was clean enough but we did see multiple roaches in the bathroom. The garbage was not emptied, the tub was not clean. We didn't even shower that's how much my kids were opposed to doing so. We were they for a ight so it didn't kill us however I would never stay there again.

Room was outdated the lights went out almost fell coming out of bathtub. No microwave or coffee maker in room. No hair dryer. My room had a balcony door on the first floor looking out to parking lot. Did not feel safe. I was traveling with my daughter. Will not recommend.

This is just for you to improve, the size of the room is great, but cleaning wasn’t good, I found tags in the restroom, the restroom curtains and tower you can see stain, a lot of noisy if people talking, as well when they are cleaning with loud music and talk in the morning. Cafe machine or water doesn’t work. The reception is not very friendly or polite. I am sorry but I have been in simple hotel but clean and cozy. I am sure you can improve that!
