The check in was simple, the parking was just a few feet from the building/door, the pool was nice, we had 4 people and each had a keycard, they always gave us extra towels or whatever we needed. They checked in daily unless you put up a do not disturb sign, which every room is provided with. There was a tv with plenty of stations to watch. Nobody bothered each other and there were plenty people checked in but it was fairly quiet when we were at the inn. All of the staff were really nice. It does sit next to a truck stop and behind a Rouses grocery store so if you have issues with starting at a loading dock or 18 wheelers then you may not be overall happy but that wasn't an issue for us and actually liked having a grocery store right next door, plus alot of food options from chic fila, McDonald's, Panda, Taco Bell, you name it.

It's what you'd expect for the price. It was clean and the gentleman who checked us in was great, super nice and accommodating. The AC didn't stay cool and made a weird ticking noise that got louder over time. My husband killed 2 roaches within the 12 hours we were there. The pool hours are weird, 10am-7pm.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. location was perfect for my purposes. There was a lot of construction int the parking lot next to the motel and some construction in the lobby but that was well contained and orderly. I was a little nervous at first when I realized it was next to a TA gas/travel center, but it was fine and very convenient to walk to the restaurant in it.

Great value for the money. Although dated, the room/bathroom were very clean. The building exterior is scheduled for major renovations late this year. Staff are always very friendly. This was my third overnight stay and provided me a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable rate.

The room was nice, comfortable and mostly clean. I would have given it a perfect rating except there was someone else’s pet hair on the bed sheets. I had a room on the truck stop side of the building and it was fairly noisy with trucks coming and going all the time - I can sleep through noise so it didn’t bother me but if traffic noise bothers you, ask for a room on the other side of the building.

The hotel is good overall, has a pool and really close to a lot of restaurants but the room had so many flying bugs, I smushed at least 20 of them. Never had that many bugs in a hotel room and I had 3 sitting on me, gross.

The room we stayed in was dirty with insects flying in the room or crawling on the bathroom wall. Worse, there were bedbugs in our room. I was bitten all over the exposed skin, including face, neck and wrist areas. Management refused to send us the pest control inspection report, or provide refund for our stay. Very frustrating for the long communications process.

The building is definitely an older building but the rooms are renovated and kept pretty clean. The bedsheets didn’t have any stains and smelled fresh. The location is conveniently in the middle of a bunch of fast food restaurants, convenience stores, and within east walking distance of a nice grocery store. Right off the interstate and easy to access.

Price was right. They were working on painting the outside. The room was mostly renovated, but the ceiling needs to be worked on, the bathroom door was clawed by a previous pet, and the bed is very firm.

Stayed for one night after the Taylor Swift concert. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is just off the interstate, between a big trucking gas station and a Cane's Chicken fast food place. It was clean, well lit, and I felt completely safe with my two daughters there. The room was clean and nice. It is obviously an older place but they were powerwashing the building while I was there, so they obviously work to upkeep the place. The pool was nice and clean, but we did not swim. The only complaints I have is the bathroom door would not shut all the way, it would get hung up on the door frame, and the bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The AC was super cold, which is very important to a hot-natured person like me. No bugs were seen at all. A great stay at a great price, and well worth the 30-minute drive from New Orleans in order to not pay $1000 for a hotel room on Taylor Swift weekend! Would definitely stay here again!

The host at the front desk tried to double charge me for the room. Instead of finding my reservation, he just booked the room. I gave him my reservation information but he didn't use it. Then the room was hard to cool and the a/c didn't want to cool properly. The room keys kept demagnetizing and I had to keep going to the office to get them redone. This is the first time I have ever had trouble in this hotel. I have stayed here many times before.

Staff was extremely friendly, location was perfect (gas station, lots of food choices) literally minutes away from Mississippi- we used room for sleeping only and it was perfect! They are remodeling- so days can be loud but didn’t bother us we were on the roads by 7!!

After driving all day it was nice to be able to walk to Caine’s or Arby’s. There’s also a super market in walking distance. The location is easy to get to from I-10. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There’s no breakfast but there is a restaurant on the next property and McDonald’s down the street.
