We had an amazing time here. The service was top-notch, and every staff member we met was kind and professional. Andrew provided outstanding service, making sure we had everything we needed. He helped us arrange transportation, recommended the best local eateries, and always greeted us with a smile. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel’s facilities. It has a spa, a restaurant, and a well-equipped gym, which was perfect for me as I like to work out while traveling. The gym was clean and had all the necessary equipment for a good session The restaurant was also fantastic! The food was flavorful, and if you love Vietnamese cuisine, you must try their Bun Cha, it’s absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!

We had a fantastic stay here. The hospitality is unmatched to any other hotel we’ve stayed at. We let them know we’re here for my friend birthday, and to our surprise they had the room decorated with balloon and a special birthday cake. Incredibly clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing and offers a huge range of fresh foods for any taste palette. The massage services at the Vita spa were also 10/10. The staff was so helpful, they booked us tickets to the water puppet show and offered lots of local tips. Would recommend this luxurious stay without any hesitation.

The best kept secret in Hanoi. The hotel is excellently managed and centrally located. Really well isolated from the cities noise. The staff is super accommodating, friendly and efficient. Andrew made our stay exceptional, he was very hospitable and helpful. The morning buffet offers both an international & traditional breakfast. The Spa facility and treatment were very professional.

Perfect vacation with great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, solid massages at Vita Spa and night drinks at the bar. The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful. I'd like to personally thank Mr. Toan who showed us to our room and helped us with great dinner recommendations in the area. He also ensured we had a take away breakfast to have at the airport which no other hotels we stayed before did. Thank you Toan and the rest of the amazing staff for making our trip extra special

I had an incredible experience at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and ideally located in the Old Quarter. The staff are incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with warm smiles and going above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. I had dinner at Bell Pepper restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. After a long day exploring the city, I also decided to try their spa. Mrs. Thuong, my therapist, was so professional and welcoming. Her massage techniques were incredible, helping me relax completely after a tiring day. The combination of great dining and a top-notch spa made my stay unforgettable.

The spa at the hotel is outstanding. The treatments are varied, from traditional massages to relaxing facials. I chose an aromatherapy massage, and it was absolutely divine. The therapist was skilled and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout. It was the perfect way to recharge before heading out to explore Hanoi again.

The staff are stand out at this hotel, making sure that we are organised with our trip and making recommendations for where to eat etc.The breakfast was included and also very lovely, with plenty ofVietnamese and western offerings.The bed was very firm, which I prefer, and I slept really well here. It’s nice and quiet at night.Spa room was perferct & very convenient, foot massage & facial care was perfect.

Staff were all great. Although it was one of the more expensive hotels we’ve stayed in, its age is showing. The first room we got smelled so bad (bathroom drain) we were given a larger room on the top floor. The street noise is hard to escape but earplugs helped.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the rooms immaculate and refreshing them daily. We stayed for several nights in this hotel. The room was clean but decor a bit dated. At night, we had a room facing the street, and could hear the honking from bikes and cars all night, but I got use to it.BUT, I had the best hotel stay experience in this hotel! The staff was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Every morning, I look forward to the friendly smiles of the staff at breakfast. They were also super efficient. The pho was so good! And the breakfast area is very cosy. Lovely stay.

1. I booked a "Deluxe Double Room, Balcony" for 2 nights and I expected there must be some kinds of city views no matter which floor the room. However, I was assigned to Room 108 which the balcony is facing the wall of the nearby building (i.e. no any view at tall). Any room at a higher level with window will have a better view than it. That, what is the reason I have to choose for a room with balcony. The actual provision is totally different from the website photo. If the Hotel consider still it is a "Deluxe Double Room, Balcony", please specify clearly in the website. The Hotel was unable to change the room for me on the 1st day. 2. The neighbour had a bright lighting switching ON during night time only and facing the balcony. The curtain at the room was too thin and could not block the light. 3. The window at bathroom was obstructed by a screw (due to deformation of window OR poor installation workmanship) and hence could not be close normally. This is 1st floor. Stranger is able to climb into the premises through this window easily. 4. The worse was that there were cockcrow and dog barking at 5am at neighbour. As Room 108 is located above the kitchen of the Hotel, I could also hear the breakfast preparation sound and staff talking at 6am. 5. Finally, the Hotel helped to change to another room with balcony at higher level (though the view is only roof of the building) for my 2nd night. It was sad to hear that the Hotel realized the noise issue but still assign 108tome

Brilliant hotel and had a fantastic time. Made Hanoi even more fun to know that had somewhere in the center that was an oasis of calm to retreat back too. Room are clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread of good and they make it a point to change the spread on daily basic. All the staff member would great you and help with your request throughout your trip to make sure everything is alright. In my case, Qun Anh (Elsa) helped us with my stay, and I saw her each morning at breakfast, she gave me a gift when I was leaving for the airport. Keep up the good work! We will stay at this hotel for future trips to Hanoi

We recently stayed at Hanoian Central, as our first introduction to Vietnam. Arrived late at night, greeted at airport by private driver, organised by hotel. Promptly driven to hotel and were warmly greeted by staff with drinks and fresh fruit. After checkin, we were shown to our room. Top floor, double room, balcony. Very spacious and huge bed. We were super happy. Room had everything we could want. Spa, shower , stocked bar fridge, etc. Breakfast was perfect, there was great variety. The wait staff were lovely. To anyone looking for accommodation at a reasonable cost, in a great location, Old Quarter, short walk from night market, Hoan Kiem Lake, … this is a great choice. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a warm welcome by the front desk staff especially Molly who was so attentive and wonderful during our stay there. Prior to arriving in Vietnam, we were in contact with Tommy who helped us with booking a package tour to Halong Bay as well. He was prompt, patient and wonderful to liaise with. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also yummy. The hotel is very well located as well. The beauty of this hotel is the staff members who really make you feel at home (especially Molly).

Stayed in 2 different rooms and what a difference! The superior room was quite small with a window but had limited views. After returning from our Halong Bay tour, we were upgraded to a balcony room with a beautiful street view overlooking the Old Quarter. Though it was a bit noisy at night, the experience of watching the lively streets from the balcony was truly wonderful.

Check-in was smooth and reception was very helpful showing the location of the hotel in relation to the Hanoi Old Quarter, some places of interest and local food/restaurants. Room is clean but a bit disappointed with the balcony rooms, we booked 3 balcony rooms at a higher rate but the balconies are facing the neighbour that we can touch the wall of the neighbour.

1. I booked a "Deluxe Double Room, Balcony" for 2 nights and I expected there must be some kinds of city views no matter which floor the room. However, I was assigned to Room 108 which the balcony is facing the wall of the nearby building (i.e. no any view at tall). Any room at a higher level with window will have a better view than it. That, what is the reason I have to choose for a room with balcony. The actual provision is totally different from the website photo. If the Hotel consider still it is a "Deluxe Double Room, Balcony", please specify clearly in the website. The Hotel was unable to change the room for me on the 1st day. 2. The neighbour had a bright lighting switching ON during night time only and facing the balcony. The curtain at the room was too thin and could not block the light. 3. The window at bathroom was obstructed by a screw (due to deformation of window OR poor installation workmanship) and hence could not be close normally. This is 1st floor. Stranger is able to climb into the premises through this window easily. 4. The worse was that there were cockcrow and dog barking at 5am at neighbour. As Room 108 is located above the kitchen of the Hotel, I could also hear the breakfast preparation sound and staff talking at 6am. 5. Finally, the Hotel helped to change to another room with balcony at higher level (though the view is only roof of the building) for my 2nd night. It was sad to hear that the Hotel realized the noise issue but still assign 108tome

from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated like old friends. The front desk welcomed us with cakes and tea, and helped us plan our short stay in Hanoi without being pushy. The hotel accommodations were great (clean room, nice amenities, great breakfast buffet) but what really stood out to us was the staff and level of service. They helped to coordinate many transports (local taxis and even booked our overnight train tickets to Hue). This truly is a stand-out hotel. Staff are superb. Always smiling, helpful & professional. Definitely some of the best I've encountered. They looked after our luggage on our side trip to Halong Bay/Ninh Binh & greeted us with welcome drinks both times - and remembered us, asking how our trip was as soon as we came in. We also booked airport transfers with the hotel which worked really well & took the stress out of the travel.Breakfast was delicious - I loved the freshly made a la carte options as well as buffet with fresh fruit, cereals, breads, pastries & hot and cold selections.The location is great - literally a few minutes walk from the night market, train street, Hoan Kiem lake. The hotel is an oasis of calm from the hustle & bustle outside. The location of Hanoian Central Hotel couldn’t be better. It is right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to famous attractions, markets, and street food spots. This hotel is really exceptional. Top location - Heart of the city, very close to the restaurants and Hoa Kiem Lake. Very clean, nice interior, tasty breakfast. But the real reason why this hotel is so unique is the staff. Our contact person was Elsa. She speaks excellent English. All the staff members were very helpful. The quality of their services exceeded our expectations. We will choose them again while being in Hanoi.

They looked after our luggage on our side trip to Halong Bay/Ninh Binh & greeted us with welcome drinks both times - and remembered us, asking how our trip was as soon as we came in. I had an incredible experience at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and ideally located in the Old Quarter. The staff were so friendly every time we came and went. Tiffany on reception in the mornings was especially helpful in advising us on our checkout process, 10/10. The bell hops were always friendly and professional also. The rooms were clean and in good condition. We liked the style of the rooms and decor. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was great.

The hotel in situated well, amongst the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter, close to so many shops, spas and eateries as well as Hoan Kiem Lake. We could walk to the water puppet show. Grabs were so cheap and available for the linger walks to the museums and Hoa Lo prison.
