The pool was not safe to swim in. There were broken tile in the bottom of the pool. Our room did not have a microwave or curtains to block out the light in the morning. The hot water was hit and miss day by day. We were charged $20.00 a day to park without prior notification even thou we had 2 rooms for 4 days.

The properrty felt a little dated and the elevators actually made me a little nervous, even though the inspection stickers said a month ago. Staff was extremely friendly and enjoyed the fact that is was right near the airport. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the two days i was in town.

Pool was closed and looked dirty. When using their parking make sure to get the full details because they will charge to come in and out. The shower in my room only had hot water running. Behind my mini refrigerator the wall had a BIG whole

When we booked on Expedia our room rate was not the price it was when we checked out. Also we were not told there would be $20 a day for parking. The staff did nothing to help us and said it was not their problem. Also on Saturday night they booked two big parties and there was no where to park in their own parking lot but they want to charge $20 a night without a refund. Also cars was broken into on Friday night. Ours was not involved. Very is un safe area and we will NEVER use another hotel from now on we will use an Airbnb from here on out. And we will also not you Expedia do so so. They did not honor Expedia price for the hotel room very un happy and want a refund

While there is parking for hotel guests, I spent on average 20 minutes trying to find or waiting on a spot due to nonhotel guests parking onsite causing severe overcrowding of vehicles. I tried to use my room card to access the parking lot, it was not recognized, only to be told to hit the assist button to come and go. I am quite sure that tidbit of information was shared with the nonhotel guests which contributed to the overcrowded and vehicles being parked where ever. It gets frustrating after a long day. Perhaps I chose the wrong weekend for my stay, but overall the hotel was nice and quiet.

Room was dirty and I had to ask for toilet paper, towels, and sheets for the pull out couch bed. The room phone was also broken and not replaced as requested. Furnishings in the room were old and should be replaced. The pool was empty of water, which was not stated anywhere in the description. This hotel was certainly not worth the money I paid. The staff was friendly enough, but, overall, I would probably not stay here again. A far cry from the Holiday Inn from 10 years ago.

I was thankful that when I arrived at 4am- they held my room. 👍The property is still under renovation. The outdoor pool was not available. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast only had oatmeal on Sunday and grits Monday and Tuesday. The fruit was fresh. I probably won’t stay at this hotel again. There are many other hotels in the area- including holiday Inns.

Run down and dingy looking. The service was poor. I checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday my room never got cleaned so I had to ask for towels. I got overcharged and when I tried to straighten it with the front desk staff they were very rude and uncooperative. I stay at Holiday Inn a lot when I travel this is absolutely the worse one I’ve been to. Will never stay again and will re think others in the future

I stayed in a room on the 1st floor. But curtain was not wide enough to cover the windows. I suffered from the moving head lights of the cars ourside. The room smelled bad as if somebody smoked inside.

Was really impressed with the spacious room Our room felt like an apartment with so much room for my wife and I to spread out. Even though it was so close to the airport which was very convenient the noise level was very low. The staff was very pleasant and helpful we will definitely use your hotel again wherever we travel.

This was by far the worse stay I’ve had. I booked my room 2 weeks in advance and when I check in someone was already booked in the room I originally booked and the staff did nothing to accommodate the mixup. Then the room they put me in wasn’t even finished being inspected and cleaned until 8:30pm. Check in was at 3pm

I arrived to check in at about 9:15 pm after a very long day of travel with my family. Upon arrival we were told they needed us to wait 15min for housekeeping to prepare the room. This ended up taking about 75 min. I expect the room to be ready by check-in time and this was 6 hours after check out time! And the front desk gave us unrealistic expectations about the length of delay - perhaps they did not know or control this but in any case this was a terrible experience.

I enjoyed the quiet and clean location near the airport. The convenience of having an airport shuttle every 30 minutes was a great perk. All the staff were friendly, and I was especially impressed by Krisha, the server at the restaurant on the first floor, who was exceptionally kind.

Best desk reception ever. Tough travel day, tons of plane cancellations meant tons of work for the staff and they handled it like consummate professionals. We’re very kind and understanding and they worked very quickly, considering how many of us were in line when we got off the shuttle 10 out of 10 would book again

As an IHG member I was asked if I would like a late checkout of 3 pm. I find that as a big perk to choosing Holiday Inn. However the staff began banging in the door and threatening to charge another night at 12:30 and continued it even after I tried explaining that I had a 3 pm checkout. It didn’t seem to matter to them. So I left at 2 even after explaining to the front desk.

Staff were friendly and enthusiastic, addressed every issue promptly. Convenient 24 hour shuttle to ATL. Picked property because it was close to airport and freeway, so lots of noise outside - but inside was just fine. Very satisfied.

The shuttle was a bit hard to find if you are flying international ( it’s only in the domestic area) but it was very convenient, clean, and there are a lot of dining areas nearby. The room was also big and really comfortable.

This property is fine but the shuttle from the airport is a total pain. Calling ahead was required but when I was told the van would be there at 8:30 pm, the van had already gone. There are a number of Hilton vans picking people up but they would not deliver to a different property. We were finally picked up by an unrelated driver who took pity on us. It was freezing and we had already had a long day.

The lobby is clean and updated. The room is good. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was easy and front desk staff were polite and checked me in without any issues and with a smile. This is a great choice for a reasonably priced, average hotel that gets the job done and meets basic standards.

Food was absolutely awful. Do not order Caesar salad is simply chopped lettuce with a lump of baked cheese and some fried bread. I am a wheelchair user and I was told that the transfer from the airport would be wheelchair accessible when it was not. I cannot find the driver, coffee, and enough however as he did everything he could to find an accessible shuttle that failed organised a taxi and also a taxi for the following morning through a friend Gloria on the other hand who was taking our luggage, took it to the wrong terminal instead of international, and insisted but it was the international terminal. Apparently she had lost her phone and I suspect she was in a hurry to find her phone rather than ensuring my luggage ended up at the correct terminal where I was Waiting.

The hotel is a 6-10 minute ride to airport (free shuttle to and from). There are dining options in hotel and in the general area. There are places to knock back some drinks and a beer/liquor store across the street. If you want Marriott Suites and you are a complainer, steer clear. Places is clean and staff was helpful/polite. I would not hesitate to stay here again

I had a balcony view of a pool with no water 🤔. The bartender was great! Don’t get the 7.00 breakfast burrito in the store…it’s good but it’s 7.00. It’s cheaper to eat Waffle House across the street than to eat the hotel
