The location sucks!!! It’s way too noisy day and specially at night. We stayed for 5 nights. One night the music was basting until 4:30 am. That night we only slept 4 hrs. The shower is hot, bed comfy, towels are old, there was an AC that didn’t work, no fan, the “cleaning” consisted of making the bed, the breakfast was ok, it was usually beans, eggs, toast, some kind of meat and veggies. They also had ham, cheese and some fruit. Coffee and chocolate 24hrs at the cafeteria. Very small gym (boxing bag, spin bike, bench and a set of free weights). If they are able to reduce the noise issue, we might consider staying again. I wished this app would allow to upload videos for people to understand how loud this place was.

Este hotel esta en un sector popular en la PLAZA GARIBALDI, a 400 metros del PALACIO DE BELLAS ARTES y a 1 kilómetro del zocalo. Se puede desplazar a estos sitios turisticos pie de día y hasta las 8.00 pm sin ningún problema. En general es un buen hotel económico con buen desayuno muy cerca a los que debes conocer en el centro. Si tienes vehículo es perfecto ya que cuenta con estacionamiento gratis.

En general el personal es atento y amable, había calles cerradas y se preocupaban por acompañarnos por transporte y orientación al cliente. El problema es que el cuarto estaba mal aseado. El piso tenía cabellos pegados y estaba chorredo. La base de la cama estaba sucia y debajo de la cama también. Había cucarachas en el cuarto. El personal estubo dd 10. De eso no tengo queja.

La estadia fue tranquila, sin embargo la habitacion proporcionada tenia un fuerte aroma a un tipo de veneno y era por que en efecto habia cucarachas. El servicio a la habitacion solo se limitaban a tender camas y cambiar toallas; de lo demas, habia basurita incluso de huespedes anteriores. Las toallas proporcionadas eran tan viejas, que podias ver a través de ellas y al usarlas parecia que se desintegraban poco a poco las llaves para ingreso a la habitacion de desconfiguraban constantemente e incluso un chico de recepción me hizo dar 5 vueltas porque no asignaba correctamente mi habitacion a la tarjeta de acceso. La regadera totalmente vieja, poca precion de agua y sarro que obstuian la salida de agua. Creo que estaria mas molesto si hubiera pagado el total sin descuentos de la habitacion por noche e incluso hubiera pedido un reembolso e ido a otro hotel.

No A/C. I asked several times throughout my stay for a fan but they refused. The heat is unbearable and there was mold in the restroom. They turn off the lights in the garage area at night and Ubers refused to drop me off inside the hotel at night because of this. The WiFi is really slow and the breakfast server was rude to us. My final complaint is the noise level but I love mariachi so it gets a pass

Amazing location right in Garibaldi Square! It feels very safe with the tourism police around, and the staff couldn’t be nicer — so friendly and always ready to help. Really made the stay feel special!

Unfortunately, my stay had some issues. 1. The bed was well made; however, housekeeping, apparently forgot to sweep the floor, 2. They need to fix their lock system… It was very difficult to get into my room each and every time and on one occasion I had to go to the front desk for help. 3. I had no hot water in the morning. In discussions with the staff, this is a common issue for early showers. 4. The air conditioner was leaking water unfortunately this was on my shoes. Per the staff, I should not have used the air conditioner. (seriously that’s what they told me) I thought about not leaving a review however, when I exited the hotel, another guest followed me out and said that they had heard everything that I had said at the front desk and they had pretty much the exact same experience

Staff was rude. Not accommodating at all. I booked about a month ahead. In my reservation and by calling in I requested a crib. Also called a few days before my arrival and no crib was given. They said I need to ask for it. I did in 3 different occasions. Do your research before going to this area as the area is located in a horrible location. It was very run down and you go with the impression oh it’s a nice looking hotel the area should be decent. No it’s not!

Worse thing was the noise that would not stop until midnight or beyond. The area is not very safe either. Towels need changing, they are almost transparent. The room key was filthy. Definitely below expectations ans I do not recommend it.

The property inside was nice and clean, but as soon as you walk outside, it's a different story. If you don't mind the noise all night and want to be in the Plaza Garibaldi square. I guess it's ok. The price was descent, and for the breakfast included with the price, it was good.

In general we have had a good experience. However there something needs to be improved. The main issue we had was with the super limited breakfast, there were only a few options and they were not delicious or they had no taste. They could make something that international guests enjoy, too. At least boiled eggs please !!!! Their services during the breakfast was very average, too. Not enough cups, bowls, etc and you had to wait someone might recharge it sometime. And finally non of them speaks English !!!!
