No AC in rooms. They offer a shuttle but they don't have a shuttle... asked to move to another room they said no but the next day they'd have more availability. The next day I went to try to get another room they said that wasn't possible to do. They suck my stay here was terrible I've never had a terrible experience and I surely don't like to complain but NO AC????
