A Hospedagem informa que tem estacionamento, porem quando chegam lá cobram o valor de 12 Euros da taxa da ZTL mais a taxa de estacionamento 5 Euros, deviam colocar no anuncio que existe estacionamento (que por sinal é na rua em frente ao hotel) porem existem valores a serem pagos. é muito ruim ser pego de surpreso.

This was a good room for our overnight in Pisa. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Morning breakfast was extra but good offering and cost compared to what we would've paid at a restaurant. Parking is the only downside. It was an eleven minute walk to a parking lot near the house.

É la prima volta che mi capita di dovere pagare il permesso ztl per sostare in prossimità della struttura dato che la stessa è in ztl. El hotel está bastante viejillo. Parece más bien una casa de huéspedes. Pero está a 5 min andando de la Torre y el desayuno es bueno. Es complicado aparcar también, aunque está cerca de la puerta de salida de la ciudad y se puede caminar desde zonas de aparcamiento gratuito.

Pros: Great location, so close to Piazza del Duomo, restaurants etc. We had the attic room which was big enough for our one night stay (2 adults and 1 child). Comfy beds and good WiFi. This place should be shut down. There is severe mould issue in the building. It was visible in the walls in my room (very outdated room). Large dark spots, especially in the corners. The paint was coming off the walls too. When reported the receptionist said they know they have an issue but it is ok and according to her it’s not health risk.

A rustic and charming old hotel, close to the tower and various touristy bars/restaurants. The room was comfortable but could do with a good clean and some refurbishment. There are some rickety parts. The same is true of the bathroom, some scruffy bits but my main issue was the shower. There was no proper base, just a drain in the floor. As a result the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor, and half the bedroom! Got my suitcase a little wet! The breakfast was tasty enough, freshly baked pastries and a couple of nice homemade tarts I enjoyed.

1st floor rooms are really noisy, some beds also are completely obsolete, we asked to change for an upper floor room and it was perfect, the staff was helpful so that made up for the bad first nights.

Lovely hotel felt really traditional but the bed was so hard! Also lack of sockets possibly because of being an older building. Very thin walls could hear next room using the bathroom! Didn’t have breakfast so can’t rate that. Was nice that it wasn’t a new build and had some character

The room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the room including kettle and tea making facilities. The hotel was very central and within easy walking distance of the leaning tower of Pizza and plenty of places to eat. Would consider returning in the future.

Rummet hade tv, AC och okej sängar, det funkade även bra att använda hotellets wifi. Blev besviken på att avloppet i duschen var väldigt igensatt, så blev en sjö i botten av duschkabinen när man duschade, dörren till duschkabinen hade också behövt en översyn då den hoppade ur sin styrning ibland när man öppnade och stängde den. Personalen var trevlig och frukosten hade det man behövde. Det var dock väldigt förvirrande att det stod att frukostbuffé ingick i vår bokning men väl på hotellet sa de att det inte gjorde det, så vi var tvungna att betala 7€ per person och dag när vi ville äta.

Due to flight delay arrived after 11pm. Hotel was locked up had to ring a number and eventually was given the code to get in. Key for room at a closed reception. Realised the next morning hotel had emailed me with instructions but that hadn’t come through night before. Beds not particularly comfortable. Room was very clean. Paid for breakfast but they didn’t have it noted but not a problem. Very small Buffett breakfast nothing explained to you just a lady watching your every move but didn’t help at all. Wasn’t even shown where to take to eat. Eating area cold and uninviting. Tables not set, looked unused. Left our luggage to explore when collecting asked where the toilet was told it was out of use said I was desperate nothing offered (surely there must have been an empty room). Pleased I was only staying one night.

Great location near the tower, however we found this area overhyped with poor food compared to our 2 weeks in Tuscany we had just completed and we stayed in Pisa for our last night before our flight having never been before. The lady at reception was very nice and friendly when we arrived. The cleanliness was good but the mattress was terrible. You could feel the springs just by laying your hand on the bed. Heard lots of water going through the pipes during the night. It did the job for one night but couldn't stay there any longer.

We stayed in the top floor, the room had all the necessities. It was hot and the air conditioner didn’t work, but there was a window that let fresh air in. Staff where very helpful in regards to late check in and a map for a tour of the city. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check out to your the city. Breakfast had a variety of options, boiled eggs, cold cuts, bread, pancakes, pastries, fruit and drinks. The stay was good.

Had a very enjoyable stay. The property is off on a quiet side street but only a few minutes walk from the city's principal sites. Best of both worlds. Excellent buffet breakfast and numerous dining options near the hotel. A bit of a ways from the train station and the airport but the taxi fare is well worth it.

Perfect spot for the Tower and other landmarks in the area, less than 10 minutes away, train station 25 mins away, restaurants etc on the doorstep more or less. The only negative point, the metal bed frame was so squeaky, to a point where you are trying to sleep in same position all night, to avoid waking up the whole hotel if turning around.

Staff helpful & friendly. Rooms basic but clean, comfy & have everything you need although shower could’ve been more powerful & I wouldn’t rely on the hair dryer if you’re short of time lol. Location fantastic. Breakfast selection pretty good, I personally loved it as have a sweet tooth but savoury options were decent too plus cereal etc. Complimentary coffee/ tea at breakfast with juices etc.
