I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay in the Aurora hotel, friendly staff, my single room was quiet, clean, cosy and comfortable. Hotel in a central location and I had no problem with parking. I had dinner and breakfast both cooked freshly and I will definitely recommend people to visit and I’ll be returning soon

We had a lovely stay at Aurora, check in was seem less, the lady that greeted us is the owner along with her husband, very nice, hardworking couple. The building is a bit older, parking in the lot is tricky but on the street no problem. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

We love the cozy atmosphere, the completely charming family who run it, the comfort, and the fantastic restaurant. We loved the food when we stayed here in 2012, and chose to return for this trip. Same lovely people and Enrico, the owner, is still the stellar cook. This must be the best Italian food in Scotland. We’ve come to love Nairn, and explored more of it this time. I would love to do it again.

Beautiful hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Perfect to visit Inverness, you reach it easily from Stirling/Edinburgh. The owner is really kind, she helped us a lot. There's an Italian restaurant there, I didn't try it but by looking at the menu, I'm sure it is amazing.

We felt the front area of the hotel was a little tired and we were not sure what the bedrooms would be like. When we got to the bedroom is was very clean and comfortable, there is a new bathroom fitted and the bed and linen was very good quality. There was a good choice of tea and coffee on the tray. The food was superb! Wonderful choice well prepared for dinner about mid price with big portions especially the starters! The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We will be back.

The room was very cold at night time, the heating had come on earlier but not for long. The toilet had toilet paper in it when I arrived and it was difficult to flush anything due to a pump being fitted to the toilet which didn't work well and was extremely noisy for adjacent rooms I would suspect. The toilet had a bad draft due to a sizeable hole in the flooring beside the sink pedestal. Staff were all great though and location was good also.

The owners were exceptionally friendly. The room was big and airy with comfortable bed and excellent bathroom/shower. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. Overall very good value for money! The only downside was our room was quite noisy as it overlooked the main road. Would certainly stay again(with a different room!)

The town of Nairn is lovely, we were able to walk around in the evenings and enjoyed a walk along the beach. The hotel staff was great, lovely family atmosphere. We had the large room which was very comfortable for a family of 4. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant which was excellent.

The English Breakfast served daily during my three day stay was prepared perfectly. The room was clean and quiet for sleeping after a long flight. The staff was super friendly upon arrival and check-in was seamless. I would recommend others to stay at this hidden gem in Nairn.

My granddaughter and I stayed here for 3 nights and we Loved it. The owners are absolutely fantastic. They are so sweet and friendly. They told us places of interest to go see. My granddaughter wasn’t feeling well and they were amazing to us. I highly recommend this place. The food was amazing.
