What an absolute gem, so pleased we booked to stay. Free parking around the back, easy check in, Craig and Anthony were so friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and communication by email was excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet, the bathroom was also spotless with a good shower, there was even a fridge in the room which was a bonus along with complimentary water and Iron Bru! The B&B had a good size kitchen where you helped yourself to breakfast, bread, cereal and pastries, butter and jams, there was also different pots if you wanted to cook anything. Right on the tram line and lots of different cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Fully recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back!

Good value and well located - just a 2 minute walk to the tram stop. Free tea, coffee, mineral water, biscuits provided. The room was pleasant, and I was grateful for the free upgrade upon arrival! I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly welcome on arrival. When we had an issue with the TV it was looked at promptly. Good breakfast selection to be able to help ourselves too. Good location near the tram stop.
