We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for a week in London. Our room had one double bed and one single bed and was spacious enough for two people. The room was very clean, with enough power outlets and a small fridge that worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, with no interruptions during our stay. The bed comfort was average but acceptable. The bathroom was quite small, although the shower pressure was good. There was also a fan in the room, which was useful and effective, although it was a little far from the beds. The main thing to be aware of is that the room is located in the basement. It could get quite warm at night, so we sometimes had to open the window, which meant hearing traffic and police sirens from the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also a major advantage: a Tube station is about a 10-minute walk away, Westfield shopping centre is around 15 minutes away, and other public transport options provide easy access to central London. One unusual point is that check-in takes place at another hotel located further away. This is clearly indicated in the booking information and on a notice at the hotel, but it can be slightly confusing, especially for foreign visitors. Overall, thanks to a promotional rate, we found the value for money good, and we would happily stay here again for a week in London.
