Stayed 1 night

I don't think the room hadn't been cleaned properly as I found a woman's hair scrunchy on the floor next to the bed when we arrived. The shower basin must have been clogged somewhere as the water would not disperse and it was nearly overflowing after 2 minutes in the shower and taking 10 mins to drain away. We also spoke to a couple in the lift as we were checking out and they were on their 3rd room due to the ceiling falling in on the bed. They showed us pictures that's why I mention it, fortunately they were not in the room at the time. I'm sure they will be posting a review about their experience. Only booked for 1 night, but I wouldn't stay again. Its in a prime position as well, but does need renovating.

The location was excellent room was clean but very dated. No air conditioning and it was very hot in the property. There is a small fan in the room but this made no difference. Parking was convenient and £8 per 24 hours. Only one elevator that was very slow and had to wait. Check in staff very pleasant and helpful.

Room 215 may be they should look inside the shower maybe the Wobbly toilet roll holder could be replaced to save chasing the toilet roll around the bathroom the other thing was it had nasty plastic glasses in the bathroom one of which had a big crack in it but overall 70 quid stay it was pretty average.

Stayed 2 nights

Had a 2 night stay, for a weekend away with the husband. Bed was comfortable, could of been a little cleaner in places. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed when the heatwave was on, and staff helped to accommodate the heat in the room by finding a portable fan for the room. Would definitely go back, as a great sociable place to stay. The bingo everynight, and shows on was alot of fun. Close to the harbour and Princess gardens. With lots of shops, pubs and restaurants around.
