Nice hotel in the centre of town. Very quiet and comfortable bed. Stairs to the bedroom were a bit steep and may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Parking was good although a little expensive.

All of the staff were so pleasant and accommodating, they were amazing. The breakfast was just perfect as well, and in such a beautiful space. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Leiden.

Stayed 5 nights

We stayed in the loft which was situated in a separate building up two flights of very steep narrow stairs. There was a great view from the lounge area over the canal. The bathroom was cold and there are no heaters there. Staff were excellent and very helpful. We did not have the breakfast as we had our own kitchen. The dining area is very smart shame they no longer operate their restaurant. All in all a great location in a fascinating city.

Stayed 3 nights

A very nice hotel with a service and friendlyness that stands out. Breakfast is combined buffé and ala carte wich works well. The room could be slightly cleaner but it was still within limits for a great stay. They dont clean and resupplye coffee/tea every day without you letting them know its needed. This is the only thing i can come up with that could elevate the stay further. Location is excellent, central but just outside so you can have a nice quiet sleep without noise from restaurants etc.
