Excellent location, just one block to the pedestrian zone, and bus stops all around. Breakfast downstairs was well supplied. Staff were helpful. Rooms are a bit dated and my pet peeve is that the showers should have separate shampoo, conditioner, and body soap - not an all-in-one bottle.

The check-in went to the exact time even though I suspect the room was ready. No HOT water on first day, they said it's a problem and we needed to tell us beforehand if we were having a shower so they could do something to help. They did comp our breakfast but still very inconvenient. Our room also had a shared balcony and some work was being done outside so we had to keep our curtains closed. Location good but not overly positive.
