Spent 4 days here for a baseball tournament. Staff was super nice. Especially Kyle at the front desk. Putting up with a crowd of 16 year old boys was hectic but Kyle was so accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The outside pool was amazing. We'd stay here again for sure.

Great price well maintained had all the right stuff as well as a van to take you too and from the Kentucky expo center and airport driver is friendly and polite. Wish it had more eating places close to it subway and a donut shop only as well as being a one way street makes it somewhat inconvenient.

This facility advertises an airport shuttle but it only operates between 7a-6p. To be 8 min from the airport that has flights come in till after midnight and have no evening shuttle is ridiculous. I am a flight attendant I barely ever have early flight returns. Ubers are $30 at night for that 8 minute ride. I was offered to be paid back for the ride but after realization that no manager would be there until 7a when I had to be at the airport at 5a that was quickly rescinded.$50 in Ubers and I stayed there all of 6 hrs on New Year’s Eve. Please do better

On the downside to our experience, we weren’t too happy that the hotel advertises a shuttle to/from the airport (main reason we chose this hotel) without mentioning it only runs from 7:00-7:00. For us the hours were so limited we couldn’t use the shuttle at all giving us an Uber expense we didn’t anticipate. Upon check-in I had to ask why do Expedia quotes never match the hotel quote upon arrival? Somehow it seems the hotel always ends up being more for some reason🤔 Anyhow, to close this review on an ‘up’ note, although the hotel was a bit dated we were VERY grateful for the comfy beds and equally grateful for the friendly staff who made us feel welcome & also made us breakfast and coffee in the morning.

Stayed here for an event at the nearby Expo Center. The room and the building itself and the grounds were all clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was surprisingly quite considering how many younger kids there were there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from. Provided shuttle ride to and from the Expo Center each day, which was a pleasant surprise since I had not noticed that when I made the reservation. Saved on parking fees and stress, considering the traffic along the route. Didn’t have a chance to try the pool (outdoor) or the fitness center but both seemed well maintained and well equipped. Overall, a very positive experience and very satisfied with the stay. Would definitely stay here again if I needed to travel to the area.

Property was very clean, linens were newer and spotless, choice of firm or soft pillows, all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, breakfast was above average with fresh fruit and hot bacon, sausage, and eggs. Convenient location to airport without the noise. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk personnel was as professional as they come and helpful in everyway. We checked in our room and noticed the toilet and shower area was not clean, we advise the front desk and was immediately moved to another room only to discover the bed linen was dirty. The front desk came through again with new linen and all was well.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was nice. My room itself, however, on the first floor was dingy and smelled bad (kind of like chlorine and mold). The bed was comfortable, but the AC unit ran loudly and constantly, but never cooling off the room, so the room felt sticky.

The free breakfast had a lot more options than most hotels, which we loved. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room and bathroom were very clean and so was the hallway and the rest of the hotel we walked through. One of the best hotels I’ve been to!

The facilities are great. The employees at this hotel were helpful and attentive. What isn't great is the number of cockroaches inside of my room, and the lack of concern over such an issue. In fact, Hotels.com shut down my ability to connect to customer service via chat.

That staff was great.. the beds were horrible.. the breakfast was good.. we found a bed bug right before check out on the curtain. The staff gave us a refund and was kind. When contacted hotels.com.. I was hung up on 3 times

This hotel isn’t exactly near the airport. There are a cluster of hotels that are directly across from the airport— this hotel is not. The area around the hotel is sketchy. The room was not very clean. The bathroom floor was dirty. There was a large stain on the chair obviously made when someone sat down in a wet bathing suit at least I hope that’s where the stain came from.

A fine place to stay. No complaints. That staff that we interacted with were all quite nice. The room was very comfortable, nice beds, nice duvet, plenty of surface space to set things. The shower was nice. The fridge was nice sized if you needed to store cold beverages or left-overs. I would stay here again

Hotel seemed to be updated just enough. You can tell it was an older hotel in an older part of town. But it was a one night stay and it served its purpose. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from . Bathrooms are extremely small .

Bathroom needs a update. It was small. im a bigger guy (6', 260lbs) i had to almost stand in the shower to close the bathroom door. But other then that. Nice clean hotel. Honestly nocer than i expected for the price.

Broken chair. Also, a staff member entered my room with a key/card at 9pm without knocking. I think she may have been looking for a place to nap. My key cardfailed to open door after breakfast. And, there was a half eaten item in the fridge when I first arrived. Try typing on the computer when Chair piston is Broken.

Got to the hotel on Friday night. Went to check in the girl in the front took my card for incidentals. Looked the next day she charged me for an extra night when I had already paid. Went to get it corrected Saturday morning and the lady in the front said that girl had no idea what she was doing and she refunded it. Now it’s Tuesday and the charge has hard posted to my account with a different amount now. Called this morning to have it fixed and no manager was available have been waiting for several hours for a call back. Worst experience ever and will never be back to this location.

Checked in at 3:40pm and our 2 rooms were not ready. Heard staff ask manager “what has housekeeping been doing all day?” Waited over 20 more mins snd they found us 2 rooms. Asked for do not disturb signs and was told they would bring to our rooms and never did. Also never any towels out at pool, had to ask each time. Not good customer service attitudes from front staff…i know its a crazy busy weekend but no need to be rude and always on your personal phone not wanting to help your patrons

The staff were incredible. So thoughtful - the shuttle drivers who drove us back n forth to a music festival nearby - with all the crazy traffic and people. The woman in charge of the breakfast - keeping food stocked, walking around asking if anyone needed anything else, the front desk friendly staff. Also the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was overpriced for a hotel of this type but all hotels overcharged around the music festival so value for money was low but I understand why.

Will and his staff were very kind! They offered shuttles when available and allowed us to have a late check out due to our evening flight. They were able to recommend places to eat and were just personable and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again! I have to add the beds were super comfy and the coffee/pancake machine were delicious!!

Great stay! I arrived at midnight to a very friendly front desk person who greeted me with a “Good morning!”, which took me back a bit since this was the end of my day, not the beginning! Check-in was quick and smooth. Room was clean and well furnished. Bed was comfortable, with a selection of both soft and firm pillows. The soap and shampoo supplies were the standard pump bottles instead of small bottles. One slight drawback was the lack of bar soap in the room for facial cleansing or if that is your preference over body wash. Breakfast was good, with a large variety of hot and cold items. I opted for biscuits and gravy and sausage, with both turkey and pork sausage available. The coffee is served from a machine that freshly grinds the beans and it was excellent. Overall, this was a great stay, with the location about a 12 minute ride share from the airport. I would highly recommend.

I’m giving it a lower review due to the deposit not being returned. They said it’s been released almost a month ago, however, it still hasn’t hit our bank. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was kept full.

Breakfast on a sat morning was suppose to last until 10:00am. At 9:20am nothing was refilled eggs. Sausage and no pancakes. This was a disappointing experience. After I have had good experience at other holiday inn express’s.
