The hotel really was great. Unfortunately they just had a cyber attack and the casino and restaurants were all closed down during our stay. Not their fault so we don’t hold it against them, just wish we we could have donated some money, lol.

Comfortable modern room with a view in quiet location. Lodge is set apart from casino operations. Thankfully the whole interior is smoke free. The restaurants are at the other end of the facility so you have to walk thru the casino to eat on site. But not that difficult to do.

Clean and comfortable. Great black-out curtains to sleep in more easily. Hotel is a few miles from downtown so once we checked in we stayed put. Nice gym!

Wish they had an indoor pool\hot tub. Our restaurant we wanted to go to was closed Mon. and Tues. So had to go into town for our dinner. (Anniversary). The lady who checked us in ,upgraded our room to a water view at no exrra charge.

The resort was essentially shut down because of a cyber attack but that made it really quiet like the hotel in the shining. The staff were bored but they were great, friendly and ready to serve. They found us nice restaurants in the area and had lots of suggestions for activities.

The room was in poor condition and not as clean as it should be. The bathroom amenities, shampoo etc. were all empty. The only good thing was the shower was good sized and had great water pressure.

The room was old and not clean. The bath products were all empty and there wasn't even a bar of soap to use. We had fish n chips in the cafe that were way over fried and the fries were limp and flavorless. If you just need a place to lay your head for the night, the price is right. But expect much.

Used the hotel as an overnight after the cascade loop and on our way to Whidbey island. Room was clean and functional - we had a bay view room, which is wise as the other side faces a busy road. Dining options are all in the casino and were ‘fine’ for a night. Hotel has a gym and nice grounds for a walk.

It was wonderful except we were in the room with a joining wall with the elevator and it was loud all night . I kept thinking a train was coming , my husband thought it sounded like the garbage truck pulling up in front of the house on garbage day ! Other than that it was great !

We were there to get away and have a good night the people above the us sucked and were up all night making noise and if the fan made some noise or could drown them out would be okay but you can hear everything. No piece bring own noise!!!

We checked in and the room was clean and the staff was very personable. However, being in a wheelchair chair I needed an accessible bathroom. The staff was able to change our room to one just as nice and clean with the necessary bathroom bars. I would recommend the Swinomish Casino and lodge to every and hope to stay there next year when we visit the area for the Tulip Festival.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The restaurant was excellent as far as food and service. The check in desk people could have been friendlier. They also should be more helpful letting you know about hotel room numbers being confusing vs. the elevator floors. I was not told.

We booked the Swinomish Casino because it was central to the activities we had planned, and liked the fact we could do a little gambling and had the convenience of restaurants on sight. They had a mechanical issue the second day of our stay that shut down the casino and restaurants, but luckily not the hotel itself. The frustrating part was that the only notification we got about the situation was a note taped to our door, with no updates, explanations, or timeframes, and when we asked the front desk clerks all they said was that the systems were still down. I had birthday coupons for free game play and discounted meals that I never got to use, and there was no mention of being able to use them at a later time. I believe this is a very nice hotel and casino, and I understand that unexpected things happen, but they could do a better job with their communication skills and customer service.

Property is clean, staff are professional and friendly. Its location is a bit isolated with nothing within walking distance. Not even a swimming pool or hot tube. Arriving at night means driving in dark and quiet small highway. Also we booked through Expedia and got a room right over the building's mechanical units so a bit noisy for sleeping. Luckily we were all tired from sightseeing during the day.

Very nice but the wifi was down and the restaurants were closed during our stay. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. We had a bay view, unfortunately that also comes with a view of the RV park immediately behind the hotel. Shower had great flow rate, probably the best I've ever had at a hotel. Would stay here again.

What a great surprise - we were very pleased with our stay and the restaurant was EXCEPTIONAL. The steak and the fish w/ lobster toppings were incredible. Very clean and safe and the bed was very comfortable. Great location to Anacortes.

Enjoyed the property overall, we don't gamble but really enjoyed the 13 moons and Carvers. Food at 13 Moons is fantastic. 3rd time we've eaten there. Room is nice great beds, microwave, Keurig, fridge. Nice big shower.

Room was fine, comfortable and spacious, couldn't ask for more. Check in and out was fast and friendly. The casino, meh, just another smallish Indian casino. Carvers restaurant, no. Do not eat there. Over priced (for what you get) and just very, very not good. Even the vibe, if you can call it that, was kind of yuk. My "sautéed" vegetables looked and smelled like they had been pulled from the trash and warmed over.
