Very convenient for central London and the South Bank…Tube station 25m away…..Lacking in breakfast option, compared to the Point A in Kensington where I stayed in Nov’23, and any seating/lounge area, but otherwise ideal for a short break..!!

The location was extremely convenient, with a tube station just across the street. The staff were kind and informative. The neighborhood didn’t feel super safe but the hotel has tight security—a small entryway with keycard access. Once in the tiny lobby, there is another keycard access point to reach the elevator. The tortured floor plan serves as another security element, as finding my room wasn’t very intuitive. The single room I had was so small that I could barely move around—not recommended for more than one human at a time. The bed was medium and the pillows were flat. Towels were clean. Housekeeping is only offered every three days unless by request. The showerhead pressure was weak and it took me twice as long to wash and condition my hair as it did in any of the ten other location I visited in the British isles on this trip. No breakfast available because of the microscopic property size. Overall, a no-frills experience at a no-frills price.

Our rooms are very neat. Seemed newly renovated with high tech gears for the entrance and lights. Staffs are very nice. Will recommend specially once the adjoining cafe is managed by the hotel and probably breakfast included.

This hotel is under extensive renovations with a floor or two offered to their guests. So imagine the noise, dust, time to reach your room because construction workers needed the stairs/ elevator. Weve received a room with amenities for disabled and unable to shower, the bathroom sink wont drain, TV remote missing. The noise was unbearable and stayed up all night because pf some loud guests even if we reorted to the reception desk....so overall the worst experience with this specific hotwl as we have been staying to another Point A hotel in London but totally different experience. We were unaware of the renovations taking place above us in hotel. So please Expedia connect with us asap. Thank you, Daniel Mechici

We knew going into our stay that this would be a small, budget hotel. However, due to the maintenance of the facility our experience was not very good. I would not recommend staying at this property. We were informed going into our stay that the hotel was under construction, and it would be noisy from 9am-5pm, but the hotel didn’t tell us the the A/C wouldn’t be working. This seems like something you should inform guest of, they didn’t supply a fan for our room until I asked. Additionally, our key card for the room continuously stopped working. We had to get our key card fixed about 5 times during our stay to get into our room. We don’t know why, we weren’t putting the card near our phone or other cards. Lastly, the lights in the room kept malfunctioning and turning on and off when we weren’t touching them. We woke up early one morning because the lights randomly turned on. We were also woken up one morning by a hotel employee coming by and telling us to flip a switch in our room?? Did not explain what the switch was for. I would really recommend not booking here and finding a different budget accommodation option.

Excellent location! Walkable distance to the Big Ben. There is a Costa right below the hotel so you can have breakfast there. Train station just crossing the street. However, there are 6 floors and the elevator only gets to the 5th one. You need to use a short stairs to get to the 6th floor. Other than that everything was perfect! Totally recommended!!!

Staff were great; my ‘single’ room had all I needed - but boy was it small…! And no tea/coffee making facilities feels a bit sad - but there are shops closeby if you want to buy yourself a drink (and Costa is RIGHT THERE in the day!) It’s more than ‘adequate’ - but I’d maybe just expect a bit more for the money I paid?!

This is an excellent option if you don’t intend to spend much time in your hotel room - which often happens on a London visit. The room space is economical. You need to get on with a travel companion or be on your own. But it is clean and comfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities but a Costa next door. Great location, and handy for transport links.

Very surprised at how decent this place was. I booked a room without a window as I was only sleeping there. Room is very small but very compact and very clean. I had a double room but I was on my own and it was just perfect for my needs. I came in late every evening and the staff were very pleasant. I was able to get a hot drink from the machine Free of charge. I will definitely be staying here again great value for money

The room was pretty dirty and had a hole in the wall. Surfaces looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, we found a stain on our sheets, the pillows were totally flat, and the lighting was very dim. The room was very small, which isn’t a huge deal because we weren’t planning to spend a ton of time there anyway. The area felt dodgy. During check in they told us “Let us know if you need anything, we don’t clean every day.” There’s no “do not disturb” sign so I’m guessing they only clean after you leave (if at all). You can also hear everything through the walls so I couldn’t sleep due to people walking in the hallways and police sirens driving by frequently. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is decent. Good location, central to the centre of London, London Eye, and The Oval. Chicken Palace across the street is also excellent. Its small but that's okay, as a tall person (6'4) my only struggle was the shower. Room got dusty quickly and the main storage place - under the bed was no different. Having said that I thoroughly enjoyed the room and my stay.

Disappointing, I have stayed at most of the Point A hotels now so know what they’re about, I usually love them for comfort, value and cleanliness but this one but this one fell flat on all counts. It felt extremely unwell kept. The sink was blocked, the room smelt absolutely awful (smelly feet smell!) and a fire alarm went off in error at 6am meaning we didn’t get a good nights sleep at all. We did bring this up when we checked out but nothing offered by way of goodwill for the bad experience which was disappointing. Will stay at a different Point A next time I’m in London, even if the location isn’t as convenient.

We booked a last minute stay, after an issue with a booking elsewhere, so we were very grateful for the room availability. The bed was very comfy & Air con great. The room was very compact & would not be suitable for someone tall. Three sides of the double bed were against walls, so someone had to climb over. For us, it was great for 1 night, but we would have needed more space for a longer stay.

The room was small, but highly efficient. I had enough room for my luggage but couldn’t have it spread out all over the place, but that’s kind of a good thing. It made me more mindful of unpacking and when it was time to go, it was much easier because most of my stuff remained in my luggage. The shower was small and had a phone booth type door but who cares? I just needed a place to sleep in a place to shower. The staff was absolutely fantastic. It’s a bit busier but a central location and I walked everywhere. There is a tube station real close, but I never needed it. There were 24 hour shops directly across the street and coffee within a stones throw. When I am back in London again, and I’m looking for just a place to sleep in freshen up I absolutely will be staying there. Very economical, very clean, everything I needed.

These Rooms are TINY! Just big enough for the Double Bed and approximately 12" of space beside it to walk. Sit on the Toilet and my knees were touching the wall. We couldn't dry off in the bathroom after a shower...Staff were pleasant and the location was good.

So, when people say the rooms are small, take them seriously. You cannot walk around any of the double bed because the walls are on 3.5 sides of it. There is just an opening to jump in! We had to put our suitcases on the bed during the day and close them up and set them by the door at night! The bathroom was small like a cruise ship. If you don't care about the size, the room was very clean and the AC was great. It was a little loud with sirens during the night, but we were so wiped out we slept fine. The location is very good. I still give a rating of 5 because I knew it was small going in and I chose it based on the location.

Horrible experience dealing with the staff and manager who liras to me on several occasions about swapping my stay to another day. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had from a hotel. I clearly made an error when booking and they clearly could help and on two occasions in writing told me they would swap my stay to another date and I could pay on top of it, but treated me very very poorly and just strung me a long. Recommended you avoid and very very poor management on their part. Never had an experience so poor with a hotel before.

This is a great hotel, my first time to London. I booked when I got to the airport, got to the hotel OMG the staff were soooo nice didn’t matter who was on duty they were all very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and up to date. Small rooms but it was good enough for me. Considering you will be 10 mins walk from the eye and Big Ben.. buses run in front the hotel on a regular and the tube is just across the street. You can also walk to the war museum. Just a few blocks from the hotel is a street lined with great restaurants..love love this location.amd it’s a safe neighborhoods and they have stores across the st for late night snacking .THANK YOU.

We were also woken up one morning by a hotel employee coming by and telling us to flip a switch in our room?? Did not explain what the switch was for. I would really recommend not booking here and finding a different budget accommodation option.
We knew going into our stay that this would be a small, budget hotel. However, due to the maintenance of the facility our experience was not very good. I would not recommend staying at this property. Very surprised at how decent this place was. I booked a room without a window as I was only sleeping there. Room is very small but very compact and very clean. I had a double room but I was on my own and it was just perfect for my needs. I came in late every evening and the staff were very pleasant. I was able to get a hot drink from the machine Free of charge. I will definitely be staying here again great value for money

This hotel was very conveniently located for us. It was walking distance from the Waterloo train station (where we arrived into London from the cruise terminal in Southhampton) and was across the street from the Lambeth North London Underground (Tube) station. So, it was easy to get to anywhere in London from this place. It was 10 minutes to walk to the Westminster Bridge with its classic view of the Parliament building. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very small which is typical of London hotel rooms unless you pay a lot more. This was reasonably priced and fine for our purposes.

This is a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is perfect for the traveler who just uses the room to sleep and shower. We are on the go all the time so we don't need luxery. Charming neighborhood with plenty to do and eat in the evenings. Very safe! Acroas the street feom a grocery store which was a plus for us. Close to all the London attractions. Bathrooms were extremely tiny but expected that.

This property is close to all of the amenities and about 500 meters away from a hop on hop off bus stop. There are many dining options and pubs nearby. Tesco is around the corner and there is a coffee shop next to the hotel. I would stay here again if I visit London as it was quite convenient.

This hotel is great for reasonably priced room right in the centre of London with Lambeth north tube station across the road and Costa next door.But the hotel do a great coffee cheaper than Costa and quality of the coffee is good . Staff are also very polite and helpful

The location is good. Walking distance to public transportation, Westminster, supermarket, restaurants, etc. But it's right next to a busy street. You can hear cars honking, siren shirking all night long. The double bed is placed against the window next to the street. The bathroom is the smallest I ever stayed in. If not for the shower space, it's not much bigger than an airplane toilet, economic size. The room is clean and with everything a hotel room should have, but very tight. The hotel does not provide coffee/tea or water for guests in their tiny lobby. They charge 2.65 GBP for a cup of coffee made from a coffee machine behind the counter. The front desk personnel are friendly. One of their front desk personnel was kind enough to give us a free cup of coffee when we leave 6:30AM when the coffee shop next door is not opened yet. They do not change towels, make beds, or clean rooms unless you stay over 3 nights.

The location was extremely convenient, with a tube station just across the street. The staff were kind and informative. The neighborhood didn’t feel super safe but the hotel has tight security—a small entryway with keycard access. Once in the tiny lobby, there is another keycard access point to reach the elevator. The tortured floor plan serves as another security element, as finding my room wasn’t very intuitive. The single room I had was so small that I could barely move around—not recommended for more than one human at a time. The bed was medium and the pillows were flat. Towels were clean. Housekeeping is only offered every three days unless by request. The showerhead pressure was weak and it took me twice as long to wash and condition my hair as it did in any of the ten other location I visited in the British isles on this trip. No breakfast available because of the microscopic property size. Overall, a no-frills experience at a no-frills price.

The property is well located. Just a few steps to the subway station also it is near to the train station. The room is small but it has all that you need for a short stays. The staff always was kind. Staff were great; my ‘single’ room had all I needed - but boy was it small…! And no tea/coffee making facilities feels a bit sad - but there are shops closeby if you want to buy yourself a drink (and Costa is RIGHT THERE in the day!) It’s more than ‘adequate’ - but I’d maybe just expect a bit more for the money I paid?!

This is an excellent option if you don’t intend to spend much time in your hotel room - which often happens on a London visit. The room space is economical. You need to get on with a travel companion or be on your own. But it is clean and comfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities but a Costa next door. Great location, and handy for transport links.

Great for what i needed on a night for work. No windows but I knew that. No tea of coffee in the room which is a set back but manageable. Air con was great in the London heat and the room was really clean. I couldn't turn off the ambient lighting so that was a little annoying but would definitely stay again for a budget requirement.

Poor staff attitude, arguing amongst themselves. The hotel stank, stagnant and rotten sewage smell. The elevators stinks and doesn’t work well. The hotel was fairly grubby and wasn’t maintained. The rates do not match the quality that was provided.
