It’s very new, quiet on the upper floors, comfortable bed. Double check if your room has a window if you want one. Great outdoor garden space on ground floor - biggest I’ve seen in any London hotel, rare for budget hotel. Rooms are small but all budget hotels have small rooms. Shower was decent size, good water pressure, actually nice and hot, with good shower head.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here at the Point A Hotel, Liverpool Street. The staff all were very welcoming and acknowledged me instantly each day. They have a mini shop in the lobby where you can ourchase hot drinks, snacks, plugs and umbrellas. The dining area for breakfast was very nice, and although the breakfast wasn’t included in my package the way their continental breakfast was presented very neat. There are also areas within the dining area where you can quietly work on your laptop etc, it gave me a type of cafe vibe, and there is a wonderful garden too. I stayed for 2 nights on the 4th floor and my room was very simple, clean and functional. The shower room was absolutely fantastic and very clean too. What’s great about the location is that it is a stone throw away from Spitalfields market, Bricklane and very easy to get around central london via bus, tube and overground. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Needed to stay close to Liverpool Street Station, so this was ideal. Reception service is automated, but there were friendly staff on hand to assist. Room was a compact, “no windows” space - exactly as I had booked, which was clean and reasonably equipped, though be aware it’s difficult to work from the room, as there is no desk/seat combo!

Great location for transport links, we didnt eat in the hotel so cannot comment on that. Knly negative would be no tea/coffee facility in the room, you had to go downstairs and pay for one.

Location: quite good but up an alleyway or street. Surrounded by restaurants and near to the Liverpool Street Station. Hotel Room: Small room. Double bed. TV screen will limited channels. Shower was ok. There is no room for luggage. There is a hairdryer and a chair. Aircon is loud and actually quite poor at maintaining temperature. Cleanliness is average. Blonde hair on bed and erm. Blood stains on white duvet. Disgusting. Customer service: very good and polite.

No tea making facilities nor water in bedroom. Suffered damp and mould smell in room. Hall carpet in LG level uneven with Carpet missing the skirting boards. Shower nozzle leaked/ sprayed out of top. Shower leaked so bathroom floor sodden. Not a nice experience. Z hotels 10x better.

Terrible experience, holes and metal spring sticking out of the mattress and generally unclean after contacting the hotel I have been advised this is not covered within the hotels refund policy. The room condition is completely unacceptable

There were used tissues in the cupboard next to the bed. The room didn't smell great. The remote control for the TV was covered in something sticky. There wasn't any hot water. The staff seemed nice and friendly. I wouldn't stay again.

The is more room in a phone booth than in the room. Basement location and no window!!!!!!!!!!! No water, tea or coffee in room. Bed uncomfortable. Ben linen and bathroom very nice. Way too expensive for this shoebox. Read the small print / I never saw in the description, but it had no window!!! You can do better.

Small room but nicely designed. Double bed quite small. Lighting is modern but overly complicated to work with touch screen panels and mood lighting. Noise can be heard from underground trains, but only a distant rumble. Self serve check in, a bit of a pain but worked OK. Expensive breakfast. No bar and no drinks making facilities in the room. Location good for Shoreditch and the city etc

The room is a lot smaller than i thought, tighly packed in with other rooms only a thin wall away, and its very noisy in the location we stayed - the bins being collected at 5am was good fun (I know this cant be helped by the hotel). The room was very clean, and very modern, however, which was a great touch. It would have been great if there was tea making facilities though.

The room itself is clean, compact and comfertable for one or two nights stay, however, there is practically no sound proofing so woke up multiple times through the night with noise from the street, even with earplugs in. No real amenities, which is expected with the price, however, the handwash and shower gel/shampoo are exactly the same and have a terrible smell.

Was expecting more from this hotel. Arrived early and had forwarded my information to them for express check in they asked me what time I was arriving at... Still didn't make any effort to accommodate early arrival. But the worst part was charging £3 to store bag. It's actually £3 each bag. Before check in. And after i checked out another £3 This is scandalous. And I did say do I have to pay another £3 even though I did at check in... They didn't care less when I said I'm going to give a bad review for this crazy money grabbing experience. So I will never use them again as a result. It might be a small thing but there you go. On check in, the one member of staff gave us a card key to a room that was already occupied. Very disorganised and would have been even more embarrassing, fortunately the guest was not in the room at the time. New room the air con stopped working at night and couldn’t change rooms due to being fully booked. A charge for luggage storage, when this should have been waived due to the earlier member of staff incident

The location was perfect, it was very easy to get around London and explore. The room was clean, comfy and just what we had expected when booking online. Unfortunately, during our stay our AC stopped working in the room overnight. As we were on the lower ground (with no windows) it got quite hot quite quickly. The member of staff on the desk that night was so apologetic and helpful. He gave us a key to another room where we could sleep for the rest of the night without having to move all of our stuff with us. They also offered us free breakfast the following morning. As we were checking out, they asked if they could do anything else for us but we were very happy with their service. I would happily stay here again!

The best Point a I have stayed at. Imran was very helpful on the front desk. Some long black hairs on my towels, no hand towel... those were only negatives. I'd love you to give 1 complimentary hot drink on arrival..... We used to get a hot drink included which was fabulous. Very happy with the stay. Breakfast was nice. More spacious than other Point as I have stayed at.

I did not experience a peaceful stay due to excessive noise and disturbances throughout the night. The adjacent room was creating disturbances throughout the night which was extremely disruptive and caused me to have a restless night! They were banging on the walls, loud music & sounds from TV and shouting/screaming. A I checked in at 11.30PM and already was exhausted the moment I checked in, hence why once I was in my room in bed, I was too tired to even request to change rooms and was in bed by this time as it was past midnight. In addition, the thought of even having to change rooms in my nightwear made me feel uncomfortable. I spoke with receptionist the next day and she advised me to email the hotel. I contacted the hotel on 18th May, I received an initial response, I have further chased the email twice for correspondence and have not heard back - it has been over a month.

There were used tissues in the cupboard next to the bed. The room didn't smell great. The remote control for the TV was covered in something sticky. There wasn't any hot water. The staff seemed nice and friendly. I wouldn't stay again.

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station. It’s just around the corner from Spittlefield’s market. The room was small but had everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast was continental style, but still good value. The only negative was having to walk along a narrow deserted street alone when I came back from a night out, felt a little worried. However, I’d definitely stay again and bring my husband as my bodyguard! 😂

Overall everything was good, room was in a good condition and clean, however the room was small and felt cramped for 2 people, the toilet wasn’t great as it was designed for a disabled person, the sink was low and the shower wasn’t great, I wasn’t informed of this when paying for early check in also the room didn’t have a window. The breakfast was good but there was no hot meal option

Breakfast was a little expensive about 16 pounds per day, if not included in the booking. I had to walk all the way to the station just get a cup of coffee. Wonder if they can fix that?

Great clean and comfortable Hotel with lovely beds, nice towels and the mood lighting is a great touch. The room is small but you have everything you need and it’s clean and modern. Nice buffet breakfast with delicious fruit and yoghurt, a great selection of pastries and tea and coffee. The staff are polite and helpful

Everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was a highlight, location was fantastic and had no issues whatsoever. The room is pretty small but all I needed was a bed, fun lighting was a bonus too. Will definitely book again :)
