Amazing hotel, beds were a little hard and we were told valet is the only parking option, which was fine until we had to wait 30 minutes to get our car one day. Overall though very nice and will stay again.

Elevator was broken, someone started drilling in the hallway across from my room @ 7:30am, the hotel was evacuated for some kind of water pressure problem (the alarm only sounded in half the hotel), and the god damn power went out. 0/5 never again

Greeted with a welcome cocktail. They have flavored water and coffee in the lobby. Large room. Hallway was really cold. Great bar area with entertainment on Friday/Saturday night. Gym had 2 treadmills, elliptical and a peloton bike. They didn’t have a water machine but had water bottles which was nice. Food in bar was good. Great Bartenders. Will stay there again.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was beyond helpful, rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel bar/restaurant was also 5 star. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel. T-Mobile center is a block away, as is Power and Light. Perfect location for both. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed a week after a water main break. Our first room had absolutely no water pressure. They moved and upgraded us to a suite which was absolutely beautiful and spacious, but we had zero hot water. So basically we NEVER got to shower. For a 4.5 star hotel, they definitely need to upgrade their mattresses. My husband and I both rolled to the middle of a very worn out bed. Thankfully we only stayed a single night. The restaurant and bar onsite are wonderful!

We were disappointed to see trash in the restaurant women's bathroom flowing over at 9:00 time of opening. We waited 10 -15 min after restaurant opened for a server or bartender or anyone, had to go ask at the desk. We were given warm water while waiting for the server. Lots of issues getting our bill printed at the restaurant. Our experience at the bar the evening before was great, Ish is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lonnie's Reno club. For the price per night, we expected better cleanliness and breakfast service. Overall it was good, we did however expect great to fabulous.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel room was very clean and it had an upscale feel to it. The lobby is intimate and inviting. There is coffee in the morning and water in the afternoon and evening to enjoy in the lobby area. Loved our experience.

The rating would have been excellent, but it all got let down on the last night with both a half day Wifi outage that also took out the TV so allowed no in room entertainment. No offer of alternatives given. Also to top this a client wedding turned into a ruckus of crying door slamming and shouting to 1 am.

It’s just mediocre. Not a great value for the money, compared to the luxury hotels at this price point. Only one working elevator most of the time, and it is absurdly slow. Very very ridiculously slow. Very noisy between rooms… We could hear conversations and everyday noise from upstairs and next-door neighbors. Just one sink and vanity in the big, upgrade king bed rooms.

The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City.

The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. This hotel refused to give us a room for a different day or to return our funds when we booked for the wrong night. Terrible and unethical service. The night staff kept saying call the manager and the manager never responded to me directly. Told the third party site we booked through that they were keeping our funds when we booked and called the SAME DAY of booking to correct the mistake. We were not booked to check in until the next day, so they could have sold this room to someone else. Instead they kept our funds and the room was empty (maybe). Thus feels like theft to us and we won’t ever book here. BUYER BEWARE!

Something we weren’t prepared for was how loud it was going to be on the street at night. We will bring a fan or sound machine to drown out the noise next time. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so great! Super close to the power and light district which was our favorite part.

Room was clean and comfortable. Located within walking distance to venues in the Power and Light district. Car valet service was efficient. As with big cities, significant number of homeless in the area. Our television did not work. When the desk was told they said there was not maintenance staff to fix it. No attempt was made to compensate us in any way for the failure of that amenity.

The staff in the dining and bar area were distracted and the service was poor. The front desk service was great. The valet was a nice treat, although it was a little pricey at $38 per night. The rate for this hotel seems out of order for what presented as an average hotel. I won’t return.

The American Reserve restaurant was amazing! On Sunday morning the maid on the 6th floor was knocking on doors to clean the rooms a little to early way before check out, which disturbed our sleep and it seemed a few other guests as well. Be better if it occurs after check out time.
