Inn on St. Ann, a French Quarter Guest Houses Property

The price was good the staff was friendly. I loved the little courtyard. The issues I had were that my bathtub drain clogged on me 2/3 nights and I ended up having to move to a new room. Mario the maintenance guy was great got me into a new room within 30 minutes of making the call also he was very apologetic about the issue and he had the best attitude. 5/5 on staffing being friendly.

The location and the room were wonderful! But if you’re looking for a more modern hotel with a staff at your beck and call? Look somewhere else! I really enjoyed start there because of the vibe, but it could use an update for sure. Just depends on what you want from a hotel in Nee Orleans. I liked it but can see why others would not.

The location is very convenient and walkable to different tours, authentic restaurants and sightseeing places.

Was on a motorcycle trip and stopped in New Orleans. The stay was fine. The only problem is that no one is there to check you in and no one at front desk most of the day. You have a phone that the door to call and staff walks over from another hotel and checks you in. It is close to everything. I enjoyed my stay. The info where to park once after checking in was helpful for those who don't mind walking. Not made for being handicapped. I enjoyed my stay.

Since we arrived no one to check us in , had my special needs son with , we were dropped off at the property , someone eventually told us to walk couple blocks to another hotel . There theybrrr helpful , but said we were moved to another property , another mile walk almost at night . I assume a full refund is being issued ?
