This is a lovely historic inn in a quiet neighbourhood in downtown St Augustine. It would be a great spot to celebrate a special occasion. For us, traveling through on the way to southern Florida, it wasn’t the best choice. As an old inn, the water pressure was terrible — shower was a trickle. The internet, while included, was so slow that it was almost non-existent at times. The breakfast was served to all guests at the same time, so by the time it arrived at our table, it was no longer hot. There were some good extras, like parking included and free beverages throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The staff was friendly and the location was great. Loved the onsite parking (though a tight fit!). We didn’t give 5 stars because our shower never got warm in our room. The bath faucet did, but the shower did not and I had to take a bath and rinse my hair under the tub faucet. It wasn’t ideal. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing. Staff was incredible. Jonathan was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable about surrounding areas and places to go. Amenities were great: cookies, water, wine, water, soda, umbrellas and beach towels as needed. Breakfast was so good. My first time at a Bed and Breakfast and the overall experience was so good. I have nothing negative to say at all. If you’re going to St. Augustine, this is where you want to stay!

Upon check in, we were offered fresh cookies, which were very good and shown around and then when we got to our room, we were told that the Jacuzzi tub the Jets were not working the smell in the Floridian room, which is the room that we were in had a very musky, moldy, kind of smell. Also, the frame around the bathtub was rotting. The little sitting room was cute but not functional. The furniture was way too small breakfast was OK. I wouldn’t call it gourmet however it was scrambled eggs, sausage, onions, and peppers layered in a parfait glass and then you tip it over into your bowl. It was tasty, but it wasn’t gourmet. We chose to end our stay after only one night we chose not to stay the second night the smell was a bit much.

The management was amazing but they had construction going on right infront of our room and happend to get saw dust in our eyes. The room was fine the tub kinda grossed me out needs new caulking around it. The eggs at breakfast were really good. But the blueberry pie thing they gave us was no good. Would i stay again maybe not but it is very conveniently located and did the job.

This bed & breakfast is so charming & quaint. Beautifully decorated and so lovely over the Christmas season. Mallory made us feel so welcomed and the location is convenient to everything. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the veranda and breakfast was amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is a gem of a find. I will be staying again when I return to St. Augustine. The breakfast was great, the room was very clean. It’s a very eclectic hotel located very conveniently to all attractions.

It's a beautiful property and a convenient location. The breakfast was great too. The only keeping it from being a five star is the water pressure and the lack of hot water in the St. John's suite, which when I booked was called the Superior Double Room, 1 Queen Bed, Patio, Courtyard View

Professionalism of this staff was stellar. Room was comfortable and clean but HVAC/heater was surprisingly the loudest I've ever heard. Prevented a comfortable sleep. In-room WiFi was erratic and prevented TV watching or onsistent internet connectivity. Needs updated WiFi MIMO equipment.

Lovely inn and charming innkeeper. Only negative: there isn’t room in the bathroom for toiletries. The food (breakfast) was delicious, but we are early risers so having to wait until 9:00 didn’t appeal to us. Great location. Nice quiet setting. Definitely recommend.

The staff made us feel very welcome. Check in and check out was the easiest I've ever experienced. The breakfast, which consisted egg strada and banana nut bread was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Last, but not least the homemade cookies were scrumptious.

Didn’t get to stay on the property as they had overbooked. Found out day of. They were kind enough to find us a nice hilton to stay in but it was no longer walking distance and we obviously wanted a bed and breakfast.

The staff was amazing to say the least. Very happy and helpful. For my first Bed and Breakfast as well as visit to St Augustine, it was a great vacation. You can’t beat the location, shops and dining just a few steps away.

What's not to like about this property? It's close to the Lightner Museum and the hop-on hop-off trolley, making getting to all the popular attractions a breeze. The Victorian style of this Inn is a tribute to the past, with modern touches. And the STAFF. Second to none. Shasha made our stay memorable with her hospitality. I can't say enough about Cedar House Inn. Highly recommend it.

The Cedar House Inn was our first ever bed and breakfast, and the experience was top notch! The hospitality and attention to detail was superior to anything! The quality of service, location, and hospitality beats any resort we have ever been to. Not only do we highly recommend but we WILL be staying again.

Professionalism of this staff was stellar. Room was comfortable and clean but HVAC/heater was surprisingly the loudest I've ever heard. Prevented a comfortable sleep. In-room WiFi was erratic and prevented TV watching or onsistent internet connectivity. Needs updated WiFi MIMO equipment.

The staff was amazing to say the least. Very happy and helpful. For my first Bed and Breakfast as well as visit to St Augustine, it was a great vacation. You can’t beat the location, shops and dining just a few steps away.

This is a lovely historic inn in a quiet neighbourhood in downtown St Augustine. It would be a great spot to celebrate a special occasion. For us, traveling through on the way to southern Florida, it wasn’t the best choice. As an old inn, the water pressure was terrible — shower was a trickle. The internet, while included, was so slow that it was almost non-existent at times. The breakfast was served to all guests at the same time, so by the time it arrived at our table, it was no longer hot. There were some good extras, like parking included and free beverages throughout our stay.

What's not to like about this property? It's close to the Lightner Museum and the hop-on hop-off trolley, making getting to all the popular attractions a breeze. The Victorian style of this Inn is a tribute to the past, with modern touches. And the STAFF. Second to none. Shasha made our stay memorable with her hospitality. I can't say enough about Cedar House Inn. Highly recommend it.

The staff made us feel very welcome. Check in and check out was the easiest I've ever experienced. The breakfast, which consisted egg strada and banana nut bread was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Last, but not least the homemade cookies were scrumptious.

Way over priced.. pictures of property exaggerated. Everything squeeks.. i was afraid my chair would break as my wife and i sat for breakfast. Breakfast was some big loaf of what i thought was egg as it turns out there were no eggs in the dish.it was horrible i ate two bites and was ready to get to Dennys.. will not be choosing this place again.. and wont recommended to anyone i know..

Upon check in, we were offered fresh cookies, which were very good and shown around and then when we got to our room, we were told that the Jacuzzi tub the Jets were not working the smell in the Floridian room, which is the room that we were in had a very musky, moldy, kind of smell. Also, the frame around the bathtub was rotting. The little sitting room was cute but not functional. The furniture was way too small breakfast was OK. I wouldn’t call it gourmet however it was scrambled eggs, sausage, onions, and peppers layered in a parfait glass and then you tip it over into your bowl. It was tasty, but it wasn’t gourmet. We chose to end our stay after only one night we chose not to stay the second night the smell was a bit much.

The management was amazing but they had construction going on right infront of our room and happend to get saw dust in our eyes. The room was fine the tub kinda grossed me out needs new caulking around it. The eggs at breakfast were really good. But the blueberry pie thing they gave us was no good. Would i stay again maybe not but it is very conveniently located and did the job.

Lovely inn and charming innkeeper. Only negative: there isn’t room in the bathroom for toiletries. The food (breakfast) was delicious, but we are early risers so having to wait until 9:00 didn’t appeal to us. Great location. Nice quiet setting. Definitely recommend.
