Writing The front desk manager and staff at this hotel go above and beyond. I live in Calgary and had a Mother’s Day gift delivered by Uber to my mom in Edmonton, and the front desk manager made sure it looked like I had personally delivered it myself. That level of care and kindness meant more than words can explain. The manager remembered both my mom and dad from previous stays, and my dad recently passed away at Christmas. The compassion, warmth, and genuine humanity shown by the staff during such a difficult time was something I will never forget. As a social worker and business owner, I truly understand how important frontline staff are. The front desk team and the people who keep the hotel clean, sanitized, and beautiful are often the most important part of any stay. They create the experience, and this team does it exceptionally well. If you enjoy a little gambling, want great food, and want to feel welcomed by people who treat you like they’ve known you forever — even when they’ve just met you — this is absolutely the place to go.

Nice staff, the rooms are comfortable. Beds were nice with the pillow top! Would stay again for the price!

Nice clean & spacious suite. Awesome bed. Had a great sleep. All staff were very friendly. The Steak & Shrimp dinner I ordered though in the restaurant had to be the worst meal hat I can remember. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate about staying here again.....just wouldn't eat there.

This is a small hotel with a restaurant, casino, underground parking and nice sized rooms. The staff are always friendly anywhere in the hotel. This hotel also has a showroom that brings in entertainment at least once a month. I stay here 3 to 4 times a year. Located in an area with shopping and quite a few restaurants.
