My advance communications with staff were very easy. My Room facilities were very extensive-ironing board ,hair dryer, suitable table for working on or a couple to eat at,. Vey clean and good quality toiletries. My relatives also were booked i -we all appreciated it.

Staff member very friendly. Room adequate although had trouble with tv. That got fixed quickly. But phone also didnt go. Grouting in shower was all discoloured. Toilet leaked causing a slip. Half a loaf of bread left presumeably by prevoous client left at top of cupboard.

Not a place I will stay again. Felt like I was being a nuisance on arrival and I went back to reception to ask for cleaning products as kitchen needed cleaning and the surfaces through needed dusting. The host moved me to another room which was marginally better, so I went to supermarket and bought cleaners. Every day there was something small not done eg, no hand towel or sugar. The worst thing were the drapes….did not block any lights, bed uncomfortable. Hate writing this type of review, but need to be honest.

It was a nice quiet motel. Shower was great and bed was comfy. Very clean but the room needed some things that we think should have been there or fixed There was no clock radio. Smoke alarm was removed from ceiling. Window latch was broken. Toilet roll holder needed fixing. Light over basin wasn't working. Cigarette butts were not cleaned out so it smelt smokey when we entered room. Not nice for non-smokers.

The unit was clean and nice. Only 1 chair to sit and eat a meal with. Only one lounge chair No sky tv. Very very noisy. Probably a wrong location for older couple. Good price . Probablystay elsewhere next time.

I've stayed here quite a few times now and enjoy it every time. It's a convenient location and easy to find. The rooms are nice and clean - I prefer the front rooms with the gorgeous walk in shower, but the room I stayed in this time (with the older bathroom) was lovely, clean and spacious. We had a hiccup with one of our rooms but when we let them know at the office it was sorted quickly with the offer of another, even better, room. My only complaint would be that we had a couple of inconsiderate neighbours at the back rooms but that wasn't the fault of Aspree. I'll be back again!

The room we stayed in was modern and clean so was value for money. The photo of the premises was deceiving as the front of the building is single level rooms not the tower. Although on a main street the rooms were very quiet as set back from the road. The air conditioning however was intimitantly noisy and the bed would have been more comfortable without the electric blanket on it. All in all we had a nice stay and the staff were lovely

Bit noisey but good location Was challenged about not paying about 10 minutes after arrival and had to prove that i had a receipt from WOTIF and show my credit card statement to show i had paid. Bit disappointing

I could put up with the other things if i didn't get charged extra charges on credit card that I don't know what for. Can't get hold of anyone tho. There was people smoking right outside the door, so couldn't open windows. And the noise thru the wall thru the night was not good.

Staff was amazing during our stay. When we arrived at our room we found there was an issue with the window and it didn't close and the lady immediately volunteered to come and fix it and next thing we knew she was there and managed to resolve for us! They made things very easy and I would highly recommend to anyone!!
