Absolutely loved this place and would absolutely stay here again should we travel back to Venice & surrounding. It was so nice to get away from the business and have this nice & quiet repreive. The apartment was lovely- clean, quiet and spacious. The only thing that would've been nice would have been to have a sofa or a couple of chairs in the living area, along with the dining table, since we were a family of four. That is simply a suggestion and in no way would hinder us from staying here again. We absolutely loved it and the process from check-in to check -out was seamless! Thank you, Al Redentore!

The entire trip stay was handled very well by the staff with a key less entry and access to the apartment. The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessities and we had a perfect canal side view.

My family loved our stay here. It was quiet and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and had 2 bathrooms and 2 nicely decorated bedrooms. Also provided was a bottle of still water and a bottle of carbonated water. The ceilings are a bit low so might be a problem if you are tall. There is also a small washing machine in the apartment with a drying rack which was very helpful. I didn't feel comfortable emailing a photo of my credit card so they sent me a link for online payment. The openow app for door entry was easy to use. The location is only a few minutes walk from between Redentore and Palanca vaporetto stations, and vaporetto #4.1/4.2 and #2 run every 12 minutes or so. You can't really get to the main city any other way so definitely get a pass. Check the tide forecast, we arrived at high tide and sidewalks were flooded. There is a small grocery store just a few steps away, a bakery, and several very good restaurants.

Wonderful! The location in Giudecca is perfect - less than 4 min (and no stairs/bridges) to the Redentore vaporetto stop, which serves lines 2, 4.1 and 4.2, making for an incredibly easy trip to San Giorgio Maggiore, San Marco or Murano or from the train or bus stations. The apartment is modern, perfectly furnished and with everything you need in the kitchen. I loved the fragrance of the toiletries and the view of the canal! It's also nice to be offered the option to store your bags free of charge at the main location next to the Rialto bridge at the end of your stay (super convenient for the boat to the airport or heading back to the train or bus stations). I guess only complaint would be to be offered more tea/coffee capsules, as those were only supplied at the beginning of the stay, with a note that they won't be refilled.

Vi blev fanget i Venedig og skulle bruge en overnatning, stedet her var stort, kunne rumme os alle 5 og var fornuftig i pris. Samtidig så det jo fantastisk ud. Der er dog en del spildplads i værelserne, dørene binder og vandet smager og lugter af klor, men det er jo nok fordi det ligger i Venedig og vandet skal renses på en billig måde. Lejligheden er godt udstyret og der er masser af plads, samt 2 badeværelser, den ene med badekar den anden med bruser. 2 sovesofaer og en dobbeltseng. Stedet ligger på den separate ø, så vi havde en ekstra udgift ved at skulle tage taxi båd derud og en bus båd retur morgenen efter. Jeg kunne dog stadig sagtens booke et ophold der igen, for selve stedet er flot og det er rent, og selvom vi kom sent og ikke havde alle vores dokumenter med os, da vi ikke havde planlagt en 2 dages tur til Venedig, så bevar de venlige at lukke os ind, give os kode til døren og lod mig sende alt hvad vi kunne af dokumenter efter indtjekning. Tusind tak for det! Ps. Der er lidt lavt til loft i nogle af værelserne. 😅

Nous avons un excellent séjour à Venise. Le logement est parfait , très propre et très spacieux et au calme. Le personnel de la réception de l’hôtel qui gère ce logement est d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Hotel room was very large and made for a great space to accommodate our family, however there were a few things that needed to be improved if this is to actually be a Luxury hotel. Lighting was poor, very very high humidity with any AC running, we had to turn it all off at night to sleep comfortably. there wasn’t much in the way of luxury with the amenities. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was nice to have but the one room had a pull out couch not an actual bed and in the “master” bedroom it was not a King Size bed as indicated on the ad it was 2 x twin beds pushed together, which did not make for the best evening sleep. Location was good island was peaceful and a great jumping off point. Large space if you’re traveling with a large group or family but I wouldn’t stay again.

Nos fue muy bien. Pero honestamente. Nosotros nunca habíamos ido a Venecia así que nos hubiera gustado que las instrucciones para llegar fueran mas claras. Pues no teníamos ni idea como tomar el taxi bus, como pagarlo etc. Y se nos complicó más pues llegamos casi a las 11pm con 3 niños pequeños. Por otro lado nadie nos hizo limpieza del cuarto. No se si en realidad nunca se ofreció dentro de lo contratado. Pero para nosotros que somos extranjeros estamos muy acostumbrados a tener ese servicio. Sin embargo el lugar es precioso. estupenda vista, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida por mail... solo añadiría tener comunicación vía whats app y tener mas consideración paras las instrucciones de la gente que sea su primera vez en Venecia.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, everything worked as it should. Felt right at home. The view from our room was spectacular. The staff responded quickly to even the smallest of needs. There are a few markets, and several cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved our time here!

The location in Giudecca is perfect - less than 4 min (and no stairs/bridges) to the Redentore vaporetto stop, which serves lines 2, 4.1 and 4.2, making for an incredibly easy trip to San Giorgio Maggiore, San Marco or Murano or from the train or bus stations. The apartment is modern, perfectly furnished and with everything you need in the kitchen. I loved the fragrance of the toiletries and the view of the canal! It's also nice to be offered the option to store your bags free of charge at the main location next to the Rialto bridge at the end of your stay (super convenient for the boat to the airport or heading back to the train or bus stations). I guess only complaint would be to be offered more tea/coffee capsules, as those were only supplied at the beginning of the stay, with a note that they won't be refilled.

My family loved our stay here. It was quiet and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and had 2 bathrooms and 2 nicely decorated bedrooms. Also provided was a bottle of still water and a bottle of carbonated water. The ceilings are a bit low so might be a problem if you are tall. There is also a small washing machine in the apartment with a drying rack which was very helpful. I didn't feel comfortable emailing a photo of my credit card so they sent me a link for online payment. The openow app for door entry was easy to use. We were very happy to be on the island of Giudecca. It is much quieter than "crazy" Venice but still had nice places to eat. Once we figured out the vaporettos it was easy to get over to the main island. LOVED our view of the canal!

We had the problem that our other apartment was cancelled and this one was the next available with washing machine and options to cook. The lady in charge was amazing, apartment was clean and quiet and from Guidecca there is a nice view.

Excellent department in Venice. If I come back to Venice I would go again to this apartment. Great location, you can take a vaporetto and few minutes to reach San Marcos square. The only negative it was that comparing with other department's the check in process it was a little complicated.

Very nice, clean spacious modern apartment with kitchen. Great space for families traveling together. Great location convenient to restaurants, sights, shopping. Easy and quick to hop on water taxi/shuttles to cross water to other islands. I only gave 3 stars for staff bc you don’t really see anyone, it’s all self service. But the day we arrived, our guide talked to a woman who worked there who did help us with some questions. Also key is electronic on an app on your phone so you need to keep your phone charged or you are out of luck!

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of four! The apartment was super cute, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It stayed nice and cool, which was especially appreciated after long days exploring Venice, and the beds were very comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful and made our mornings and evenings even more special. The staff was incredibly friendly, communicative.
