Sousse City And Beach Hotel

The pool was disguising the electricity went out for a whole night the security staff was rude sent pictures and assaulted me then we were sent to another hotel which was very inconvenient. I am really not happy with the service.

I would not recommend it. Spend more and find a better hotel if you are someone who is on tight budget and don’t mind how the rooms and bathrooms are then book this hotel. Firstly the check in was great the entrance is nice, the outside garden is beautiful leads you straight to the beach, the balconies do have nice view of the beach and the staff are lovely but that’s the only thing nice about this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are old to the point where everything is rusty. The bath is old where paint is coming off looks like dirt, the floor tiles are disgusting rust everywhere the water from the taps will just randomly stop and then will randomly come back. There’s no AC in the rooms, the light bulbs will randomly flicker and stop and then come back on don’t bother getting breakfast they don’t have much they only have boiled eggs, croissant, bread and dips and coffee machine THATS IT in a huge dinning hall that’s all they have. MOST IMPORTANTLY this hotel is next to clubs and also has a lounge/club attached to it downstairs where THEY WILL BLAST SONGS AND I MEAN BLAST LOUD UPBEAT SONGS FROM 11:00pm ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT which is very inconsiderate and absolutely disgusting because there’s no AC we had to sleep with the balcony door open for some air therefore YOU WILL NOT SLEEP TRUST ME. IF I CAN UPLOAD VIDEOS HERE I WILL. I was staying on the 5th floor and honestly the music sounds as if it was next door. Very disappointed as this hotel has so much potential& lovely staf

I checked in twice. The first time it took me over an hour to check in. Then they said that there was only one reservation in order to try to get more money. They did it again the second time as well. Then the first day there was no water pressure. I had to use a water bottle that I had to get shampoo out of my hair. I had no towels. I asked for an iron, they said I would need to ask in the morning. They asked for money for the tax, then did not give me the change. They said they did not have change, for me to get it later. They did this because I am American. Then one of the receptionists kept hitting on my fiance, and he asked me where we were going that night. I said some place. He said your fiance is very beautiful call me so I can meet you guys and see if she has a sister as beautiful as her. Then he told me he is the handsomest man at the hotel and not me, so I should be jealous. The massage facility was not open. The food was not meant for a dog to eat. I only came here because everything else was booked and there is no way I will ever come to this place again. You could not pay me to stay again. They are crooks and thieves here.

Overall we had a great stay, the only issue was it was all inclusive but alcohol was not included! The food wasn't that great but there are places to go out of the hotel to eat and drink and it's not expensive! There isn't enough sunbeds around the small pool and most of them are damaged! Staff are very friendly

Si vous etes sourd et aveugle allez dans cet hotel musique a fond vers piscine jusqu a 2h musique a fond dans la rue derriere bar alcool prostituees ds la rue moto a fond voiture a fond donc nuits blanches bruit ds les couloirs piscine et tobogans sous loues pour des jeunes de l exterieur avec musique de zoulous donc nos enfants ne peuvent y aller une honte pour cet hotel la tete du personnel nous decrit l ambiance donc passez votre chemin

Le personnel était accueillant et souriant. Dommage que Les toboggans étaient fermés et qu’il y avait des travaux. Mise à part ça, nous avons passé un super séjour.

Worst stay ever...when we complain we get ignored...verrrrry loud music untill 4 am and we can't even attend if we wish since it's private and need reservation which they refuse if you don't have the requirements...foood is terrible with no many options...roooms are dirty ...draps are dirty and nothing to cover at night...beds are uncomfortable....can see the dust all over the walls...waters shuts down at night...not only we cannot sleep but can't even use washroom...elevators don'twork properly.....not family friendly at all...wouldn't recommend

Hotel ignoble avec un personnel malveillant . Le directeur des réservations quand t’a lui est un escro , le buffet est horrible il font du recyclage avec la nourriture pas manger la veille il vous la mélangerons avec celle du lendemain des fuites d’eau , les bar à coté qui ne vous laisse pas dormir , votre chambre n’est pas nettoyer tout les jours , il n’y a même pas de draps house . Les toboggan et la piscine ont des horaire 8h/10h et 14h/17h nul avec des coupure d’eau tout les soirs bref je déconseille fortement prenez un autre hotel il ne mérite 0 étoile CATASTROPHE

Absolutely dirty. Moldy rooms. Horrible mattress and bedding sheets. No towels in the bathrooms. It was last minute booking since it was late and tired to continue driving for another 3 hours ….

No star hotel Expedia should not book for any one old room out side need remodelling no ac no refrig no iron very dirty hotel no ac in elvatour no ac in loppy no cold water very bad hotel I suggested Expedia to break contract with hotel

Bonjour Hôtel respect pas ses clients trop de bruits jour comme nuit j'avais pas la télé pendant tout mes séjours

J ai porté une réclamation car je n ai pas reçu le all inclusive que j ai payé, de plus nourriture infeste, pas de télé dans la chambre...et surtout bruit jusqu à 5h du matin dû a une soirée privée donc impossible de dormir.

hotel tres simple petit déjeuner je conseil de le prendre a l'extérieur les lit pas confortable pas de tv

No es habto para vacaciones tranquila. No he podido dormir durante los diez días hasta las casi tres de la madrugada por el ruedo de la musica de una local justo debajo de mi habitación. El personal es horrible y con pocas atenciones para los clientes.No lo aconsejo a nadie.

Au lieu d’avoir une chambre triple que j’avais réservé, il m’a été attribué une chambre double, au niveau du service pour les repas en pension complète, impossible d’avoir une assiette pour pouvoir manger, mais je directeur dans l’impossibilité d’honorer nos attentes minimum correspondant à notre réservation. Rapport qualité-prix =0 et le prix payé pour les services et prestations obtenues, n’en vaux même pas la moitié.

Personnel tres serviable, literie et nourriture bonne, par contre l'établissement a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.

Nicht zu empfehlen wegen der Umgebung, die Gäste waren extrem laut und unfreundlich, das Frühstück war sehr schlecht ... die Mitarbeitern waren nett
