Buena ubicación, el personal muy amable, limpio y el estacionamiento está techado y seguro, desafortunadamente la televisión y el aparato para encender el sky jamás funcionó, estuve en una habitación que daba a la calle y el ruido del bar con gente haciendo karaoke fue muy fuerte y molesto toda la noche.

This hotel is well kept and maintained. They recently did a renovation to a lot of the hallways and rooms. When I stay here I always get one of the rooms with a king bed and a sauna. Can't beat having your own private sauna when you feel like getting up and sweating it out in the middle of the night. Great for after a night of drinking also LOL the hotel is centrally located, a reasonable walking distance either to the Zocalo or the angel of independence. Right off Avenida reforma. Well worth the money.

The staff were friendly and ver pleasant. The breakfast is a good price and very delicious. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. There was no view from my room, all I could see were pipes and the building next to us, but I’m not sure about the others. Overall, it was a great stay and I would come back.

I had a great experience. Staff, particularly the receptionists were great and helpful. Extending the stay by a day was also easy. Good eating options nearby. My favorite Starbucks was at a walking distance. Rooms are great and was to my liking. All in all, a well maintained property.

La verdad la estancia muy bien y cómoda, aunque las instalaciones si se nota que tienen sus años siempre todo está muy limpio. Mi único pero es que no hay buen aislamiento de sonido, escuchas todo lo que ocurre en el pasillo y en las habitaciones de los lados. Fuera de eso, todo perfecto. Además de mencionar que el personal es muy amable.

La verdad la estancia muy bien y cómoda, aunque las instalaciones si se nota que tienen sus años siempre todo está muy limpio. Mi único pero es que no hay buen aislamiento de sonido, escuchas todo lo que ocurre en el pasillo y en las habitaciones de los lados. Fuera de eso, todo perfecto. Además de mencionar que el personal es muy amable.

Stayed 7 nights. At check in time they said wifi was down but will be up tomorrow. At check out time, seven days later, still was down. In the room was big and small cockroaches, mosquitos. The shower and toilet room had a moldy, musty smell. Sirens were loud all night. There were people camp out on the sidewalk outside the hotel. On last day when I woke up I turned on the tv and was excited to see apps on the screen and thought that finally had internet just to find out that even the regular tv was down too on a rainy day

They gave me a different room from the one that i paid for. I paid for the Deluxe double room with extra-large bed and they gave me the regular room. They excused themselves saying expedia tend to use the same pictures for reference in all their option rooms, which i think its unprofessional. Because i clearly didnt pay for the cheapest one. Taking that aside, nice location, the room was quiet and clean.

The service at Exe Cities was excellent with a special mention to Yunuen at the front desk and Paty, the cleaning lady on the second floor. This is what makes this hotel truly 4 stars because otherwise it could be closer to a 3 star-establishment as it has no gym and only a small restaurant just for breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable. And the area where the hotel is located, is very nice. Walk around, you’ll enjoy it. Plenty of bars, cafes and street tacos stands around.

El recepcionista nos recibió con una pésima actitud sin la atención al cliente que debería tener al trabajar en un hotel. No tienen almacén para guardar el equipaje. Encargamos el equipaje mientras llegaba la hora de check in y nos pidieron dejar las cosas en el pasillo de la recepción. Para llegar al elevador desde la recepción hay unas escaleras así que si llevas maletas grandes tendrás que cargar las maletas para subir esas escaleras. En la misma calle del hotel había muchos inmigrantes que tenían sus casas de campaña en las banquetas porque frente al hotel está la Casa del Migrante.

Pésimo servicio de desayuno, el personal muy poco atento, trabajan sin ganas y tratan al cliente como si molestara. En verdad tienen que remediar esta situación en los desayunos, ¿no se han preguntado por qué el comedor está siempre vacío a pesar de que solo cuentan con tres o cuatro mesas?

El hotel esta en buenas condiciones, la habitacion es agradable y tiene una excelente ubicacion muy cerca de la Ave. Reforma. Sin embargo, el servicio de Wifi fue malo y lo peor fue que a pesar de que me hospede 9 dias en el hotel, al salir me hicieron un cargo extra de $550 pesos por salir 9 minutos despues de la hora limite de check out.

El hotel esta en buenas condiciones, la habitacion es agradable y tiene una excelente ubicacion muy cerca de la Ave. Reforma. This hotel is well kept and maintained. They recently did a renovation to a lot of the hallways and rooms. When I stay here I always get one of the rooms with a king bed and a sauna. Can't beat having your own private sauna when you feel like getting up and sweating it out in the middle of the night. Great for after a night of drinking also LOL the hotel is centrally located, a reasonable walking distance either to the Zocalo or the angel of independence. Right off Avenida reforma. Well worth the money.

The service at Exe Cities was excellent with a special mention to Yunuen at the front desk and Paty, the cleaning lady on the second floor. This is what makes this hotel truly 4 stars because otherwise it could be closer to a 3 star-establishment as it has no gym and only a small restaurant just for breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable. And the area where the hotel is located, is very nice. Walk around, you’ll enjoy it. Plenty of bars, cafes and street tacos stands around.

Me encantó la ubicación del hotel en la confluencia de reforma e insurgentes cerca de un gran centro comercial, el cuarto más que bien, te dejan mucha agua, hay cafetera con café a diario y el servicio de limpieza muy bueno, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería con gusto !

The staff were friendly and ver pleasant. The breakfast is a good price and very delicious. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. There was no view from my room, all I could see were pipes and the building next to us, but I’m not sure about the others. Overall, it was a great stay and I would come back.
