Stayed 2 nights

Our bedroom of three individual beds was terrible, it seems to be a balcony with windows and curtains. There is no closet to store clothes or luggage, one electrical plug for 3 people. This shack is next to a kitchen where they start to prepare breakfast at 4:00 am in the morning, moving tables, chairs and preparing food. We had a terrible stay at this hotel and would advise anyone to stay away from here.

The entire stay was excellent. The host Carlos, at the front was incredible. He was so helpful. Besides checking us in quickly, he gave us helpful tips on things to do, history information, and even walked my family twice to two incredible restaurants. Over the top a great guy. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was wonderful. The ladies working in the kitchen, the maids were all wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel!!!

We stayed here due to an emergency. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a water leak and the staff were rude and not accommodating, even though we were very tired. At breakfast, there was no flexibility when we slightly exceeded the time limit, and the tone was unfriendly. Nice location, but we would not return.

Very friendly staff and great free breakfast. They even allowed us to store our luggage for several hours.
