We stayed here 6 nights Sadly the lift was out of action the whole of our stay. We received three different explanations as to why the lift was out of order. Together with the lack of shelf space in the room meaning that we had to lay out our clothes on the floor led us to question whether we should have been paying £100 per night. Reception staff were pleasant but could not help with these issues or avoid the need to knock on our door on two nights in the early ours because a smoke alarm played up.

Great location, really close to the train station, it was a convenient room size, just to sleep. I would recommend to add another towel for the shower or a matt as the space becomes too slippery. The lift wasnt working for all of our stay and made it difficult for my parent to climb the stairs.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The lift was out of service, which was especially frustrating given the high price. With a minor leg injury, climbing stairs was a real struggle and made my stay much less enjoyable. For the cost, I expected better amenities. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless you can confirm everything is working properly.

Needed a cheap room for night for a Concert in Glasgow, apart from being 1/2 an hour from the Venue it was spot on. Small Room with comfortable Bed, ensuite quite small but room enough, you can sit on the Toilet, wash your feet in the Shower & brush your Teeth all at the same time 😂😂 Very clean room & a comfortable temperature as well. No Windows but as I say it was ideal for the 1 Night I needed. Would highly recommend this Hotel on Hill Street Glasgow, Overnight Parking is straight across the Road from the Hotel & upon checking out a member of Staff 'stamped' my Parking Ticket & I was charged £8 for my Car. All in all it's a win win 👍

Rooms are small and very basic but was ideal for my 1 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only down side was the lift was out of order when I returned in the evening, that wasn’t so good for my legs going up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

It was in a great location. The nearby car park was reasonably priced at 8 per 24 hour period with hotel stamp on ticket. Very compact but we just needed a bed and bathroom. Good value.

First time in budget hotel and I was impressed with value for money. Super clean, very helpful and friendly staff, well maintained. Big downside was out of service lift which wouldn’t have mattered had my case not been ridiculously heavy! Staff tied to find lower floor but computer said ‘no’!

We didn't stay because when we looked in bedroom there was pubic hairs and toe nails in the bedding and on the pillow. There was no headboard just a bed next to window no chair no mirror and no tv. There wasnt anywhere to hangnyour clothes for a disabled room it was disgusting. That wasnt the worst bit the whole corridor stunk of weed and cigarettes. That is why we had to book another hotel for the night and the next day we had to drive around to find somewhere stay for the next two nights. Because of all this and also a bike race in the city it was hard for us to find somewhere dueto roads been shut of.

Outside the property was dirty, the stairs cases had rubbish on them. Room was dusty, grubby, the sheets in bed were stained, there was hair in the shower tray, plaster dust on the floor from behind the radiator. There was a smell of smoke on a night time, no sure if people in rooms either above or next door were smoking and the smell was drifting through.

The hotel is barebones, but that is reflected in the price. It is about what I expected for the price (though we were assigned an accessible room, so there was more space than the average room). The room was mostly clean, though there was definitely the beginning of some mold in the bathroom. The area immediately around the hotel is a little shady, but you dont have to walk far to get the main areas. If you are looking for cheap, you cant really get better, but you certainly aren't getting a memorable stay.

Room was clean and tidy, bed was soft enough for decent nights sleep. Sadly pillows weren't all that comfortable a little flat for my liking. As for the TV it's a bit too high up the wall. Other then that a decent 2 night stay, with the city centre about 10 minuet walk. Staff were friendly.

I didn’t realise the basic double bed was too small, no shelf or desk to keep hand bag or laptop. No window. Felt claustrophobic. Not even a bottle of water provided. However, the reception staff and the house keeping are very polite, friendly and helpful. They tried their best to help. Location was excellent- the station, bus stops, shopping malls, entertainments- all within walkable distance.

Nice and central, but quiet. All the staff were lovely. Wifi was poor and the bathroom floor was a slippery death trap when damp. Apparently rooms do not get cleaned till after the fourth day. That was ok, but they needed to empty the tiny rubbish bins every day, or get bigger bins.

Average room. Very very small. Approx 3metres x 3 metres. Much smaller than expected. No window as expected. Shower basically touching the toilet. No room to get changed in the bathroom. Everything gets soaked when in the shower as curtain isn’t the best. Comfortable bed. Noise from ventilation kept me awake. Very hot room and air conditioning very noisy and the light on it was bright. Staff were brilliant and very friendly.

Pretty basic, minimal storage, no 2nd night stand, paper-thin walls, bed is pretty hard. Also shower curtain is a nightmare - you're supposed to slide the curtain through the curvy rail, but there are screws poking from the top of the railing, making it extremely difficult to close the shower. As I said if you are looking basic stay in the room that you won't spend much time in, it's ok, as you'll save 20 quid a night. If you can afford those £20 extra, there are better hotels in better location

Staff on reception were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is clean. The room itself was very very small, having booked a twin room for two adults, there really was insufficient space to move and less than one foot between the beds and walls. The beds were comfy although there was one thin pillow provided. The toilet/shower combo was also odd with there being little to no room and it almosr felt like youwere standing in the shower whilst using the facilities. The room itself was clean and tidy but there was no real ventilation, ie the window couldnt be opened to let some air in. Yhe noise coming from other rooms could clearly be heard, especially when other rooms were showering - it sounded as if someone was using our showe it was that loud. With checkout being at 10am I'm not sure why we had cleaning staff repeatedly knocking on our door at 9.30am when we still had 30 mins left - it made us feel rushed and unwelcome. I know people will say "you get what you pay for" but having paid just short of £60 for one night i think its far from value for money.

The property was so filthy that i couldn’t stay and have requested a full refund. staff were rude when i tried to ask for assistance on the smell, noises and stains in my room and they replied with snarky and rude comments. it was the worst hotel experience i have ever had and caused me to do a 5.5 hour drive home on top of the 5.5 hours drive there because i couldn’t stay on the hotel

Just an overnight prior to linking up with a tour group. The inside room was small for 2 older adults but perfect for catching up on sleep from international flight. We dropped bag, walked city center then slept.

Location in the centre, probably within walking distance to most points of interest. Fairly typical easyhotel only the room felt even smaller and more crammed than other hotels of this chain.. Just above a road where local buses frequently run so quite noisy as well.

Nice and easy check-in, it was late in the evening when I arrived 11.40pm and was greated by very pleasant chap on the desk who helped me to use the coffee machine in reception as it didn't like my thumb for some reason. My only gripe would be there was there was no complementary brew stuff in your rooms but I get the reason as to why this is, I just like to make my own brews 😁

The hotel is in a great location for the Conservatoire and easy access to the City Centre. Bed was very comfortable too. Bathroom was very compact but perfectly usable, shower was hot. Appreciate that it is a budget hotel but tea making facilities would have been appreciated, also another pillow would have been good and a small table to put things on would have been useful.

Wanted inexpensive to attend an event, fitted our needs there is no kettle in rooms, which was a big loss to me, but a drinks machine in reception. There are plenty of eating places very near. The bathroom was tiny. Room very clean and staff excellent.

As long as it has a bed and 4 walls... I'm happy. Room was clean.... Small but I was happy with it. The only disappointment was there was no kettle(teabags,milk etc) in the room. I had a double bed, with 2 pillows. The Pillows were thin. Could of done with another 2 pillows. But other than that, it's plain and simple.

These rooms are exceptionally tiny--think a train compartment with an airplane bathroom. They are clean and functional, but there is no closet, no desk, and one cannot stand in front of the sink when the shower is in use. So, a fine safe place to sleep, but not so good if you need to work in your room. The common room is better for that, and has decent view. Even the coffee costs money, however, and there is no breakfast. So, you basically get what you pay for here--great for backpackers and people who are out all day. The Chinese restaurant and The Bucket List cafe, both below the hotel, are quite serviceable.
