The hotel room was clean and pleasant, the staff was very good. The only problem was with the pool area, the cement floor needs painting and the hot tub was barely warm and definitely had crumbling cement. The location near the shopping district was excellent and if it wasn’t for the poor pool conditions I would highly recommend it

Staff is excellent and make your stay very pleasurable. Hotel and room was nice and clean. The hot tub did not work properly and the pool area was not clean, in need of repairs. The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast itself was good.

Our stay was for 4 nights. First two nights we could barely sleep due to a loud humming sound. We notified them right away and nothing was done until day 3. They state they provide housekeeping every 3 days, no one came. Lastly, the site states they have a laundry room...it's out of order. The staff was nice.

The room was clean. Breakfast the first day had no fruit. And the pool was cold and hot tub was lukewarm with only 1 jet working. The pool room meds the floor refinished. So does the hot tub as the surface is rusted and missing paint in places

The location was good, but the Hotel is very dated and could use a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. The pool was dirty and the paint is peeling off in it and in the hot tub. There was so much chlorine in the hot tub it wrecked my shorts.

Staff not very friendly or helpful seemed like we were being a inconvenience the entire time. Stayed for 4 nights room wasn’t cleaned once even though stated rooms cleaned every 3 days, no clean towels and when asked took 2 hours to get any seemed like one guy was doing everything from cleaning rooms to do laundry and managing front desk. Signs stating pool closed but staff watching people swimming in there?

Filthy hotel. It was stinky, dirty, and unsafe. The beds weren’t made neatly. The carpet was horrible and it smelled like B.O. It was not close to meeting our expectations.

Upon check-in our room had very old filthy carpet with several stains and the room had a very strong odor of cologne or air freshener. Almost like they were trying to mask an odor. We asked about a better room and were shown 3 by a friendly staff member who mentioned they’d been recently inspected and it was recommended that carpets be replaced throughout. All of those rooms also had stained carpets but we chose one that was somewhat better and it was a larger room which was nice. Staff member also mentioned that they no longer allow pets because of the carpet stains, which wasn’t a great thought to have. Hallways were dark, needed renovation and also had dirty carpets. The beds in all rooms were not made very neatly, bed skirts were a mess like someone was rushing to make them. However, bed linens were clean and beds quite comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very poor, but bathroom cleanliness was alright. Hotel was very quiet at night. Continental breakfast was satisfactory but we arrived within the last half hour and there weren’t many choices. Overall this property is in need of a complete interior renovation and would not stay here again in its current condition. The exterior is deceiving as it looks much newer than the inside.

Shower had a used washcloth in it. We were only in room for about 7 hours and only I showered. Shower grime was thick. Carpet looked like it could be vacuumed better. Heat got stuck on high during night. Made it miserable on our short stay. Great service when checking in!

Was no one at the desk when I arrived (mid afternoon). After ringing the bell a couple times, the desk attendant arrived (probably close to 5 minutes). No apologies or acceptance for the delay at all. This was the norm whenever I walked by the desk throughout my visit... no attendant in the area to be seen. when there was no customer at the desk being assisted. My room had food crumbs in a couple different areas on the carpet as well as a clump of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The rest of the room seemed clean. Finally, I was given a room next to the "Electrical Room". At 10:00PM there was something in that room tumbling/banging on and off for about 10 minutes. Then it would do it again at 4:00AM. I thought maybe a washer/drier that was unbalanced... something like that. I've stayed at this location twice before and this was easily the least pleasant visit I've had. My understanding is that there is a new Hyatt House in Minot that matches the Government lodging per diem rate. I will probably be staying there the next time I visit.

Checked in, Neither the TV or the Fridge worked, a lot of stains on the carpet. Called front desk. Staff was very courteous and friendly. He attempted to fix TV, then asked if we would be willing to change rooms. No problem. No issues in second room. Morning breakfast, all three coffee carafes were empty. Milk was empty. Only 3 others eating breakfast during that time. By the time coffee was ready we were done eating. Again, staff very courteous and friendly. They seemed to have their hands full and were having to cover multiple areas.

I felt bad for the manager as the internet service failed and nothing she could do corrected the issue. This was beyond her control but is an issue to guests who depend on WiFi.

I have stayed here before and have always had friendly service and a clean room. The only issue I had this time was the lock on my door. My key card would not work at all on my last morning and they stated it was an ongoing issue. I hope they get it fixed soon as it caused their desk clerk a lot of extra work to keep letting me back in.

The room was nice it seems it was remodeled recently as they were still working on other rooms on the same floor. My only complaint was the pillows. They appear to be big and fluffy but when you lay your head on it it goes flat and has no support. I will stay here again for sure but i will bring my own pillow.

Did not like that the cooling system did not work! Unacceptable!

we have stay here a number of times over the years to visit family in Minot. our room was ok carpets are getting worn . looks like a update is needed soon.

The room was huge, the pillows really top-notch, and the staff amazing. I loved the layout of the building, as well, and yay for a water bottle refilling station, too. The only things I didn't love were that it was a bit noisy, and that when I turned the cold water on, it turned hot before it got cold. Once I figured that out, you just had to wait a minute. I'd consider staying here again when I'm next in town.

The beds and pillows were terrible.

Overall, happy with this stay. Nice breakfast selections. Room very clean. Some minor dings on the walls in hallway. Big negative was at checkin. He gave me the feeling he was inconvenienced to check me in.

The location is very good with Kohl's across the street and restaurants nearby. The beds, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly except the man who checked us in who was not friendly or helpful at all. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is showing its age but the owners are in the process of upgrades and doing it in a way that it does not interfere with your staff. Staff is great, friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is in a great area for shopping! Everything is nice and close. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and happy to help if we had any questions or concerns.

Location was great. Breakfast was not that great as most of the items were really cold, scrambled eggs, bacon sausage etc. Had to reheat in microwave. Didn’t really appreciate that the room service was every 3 days. Had to get clean towels every day from room cleaners, but they were extremely pleasant and very helpful .

The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well maintained, rooms were clean, and the amenities were fine. They served an average continental breakfast. It was OK but the sausage was cold both mornings that we were there. Overall this hotel was great. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay here again.

This was our 1st visit to this hotel and were very happy with the size of our room, it's cleanliness, and best of all we enjoyed the breakfast. There were many options for hot food as well as the standard continental breakfast items. On the downside, when we arrived there were what appeared to be 3 employees visiting by the front desk but they did not offer to help us but eventually called someone else. The grout in the bathroom needs to be updated around the shower area.

Friendly staff, lovely lobby. Room was not the best. Carpet was overly stained which just ruined the whole feel of the cleanliness of the room. Bare minimum of towels supplied. Breakfast was a lot of prepackaged foods or day olds. For the rating of this hotel and the cost, I was disappointed and would not stay there again. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels with better breakfast for cheaper. Ratings were not accurate.

The hotel was a decent value, and was clean and quiet. The reason I chose it was the reviews about the very good breakfast. I was disappointed in the breakfast, as it was almost all packaged and processed foods, and there was no fresh fruit. There are a few good restaurants and stores near by, and it is only a minute or two drive to the mall. It is right off of the highway, but noise wasn’t an issue, and it’s fairly easy to access.

The lighting in the bathroom needs upgrading because it was very poor and the shower never had hot water just luke warm the coffee machine had no plug in near it and wouldn’t plug in to the desk top plug ins had to plug it in on wall plug in setting the coffee machine on the floor and the breakfast the first day had bacon in the tray but nothing else need the other items refilled once empty as people were standing around waiting for it to be done

The breakfast wasn't great, in fact an employee told me that the breakfast wasn't good.
