When I went to check in, the front door mechanism malfunctioned. The hotel receptionist, who checked me in, was very polite and professional. He apologized for the door not working properly. He issued me an electronic card to access my room & to enter & leave the building. Environment ... The corridors, lifts, stairs were clean & tidy & Free of dangerous hazards. As expected, the bedding and towels were clean, to the standard expected. On one occasion I met one of the house keepers in the corridor. She greeted me, was polite & professional. The complementary hot drinks bar did not have tea bags, which was disappointing on the first morning of my stay. I LIKE A CUP OF TEA IN THE MORNING. I WENT AND BOUGHT SOME AT THE LOCAL SAINSBURYS.& took them home when I checked out. On the whole, I enjoyed my stay. It's important to say that I felt safe through out My stay . Marks out of 10!!, I would say 7. Regards. John B O'Connor

This is an excellent property to stay in if you have friends and family in the area. It is clean, accessible, good facilities around the area and very close to the trains/tube.
