Fab location for events at the 02 arena. There's a direct bus to and from the hotel, that runs throughout the night too. There's plenty of shops and amenities nearby and the underground station is only a 5 minute walk away. The staff were great, really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We'll be staying there again.

The hotel was a building site, the room was dirty and incredibly smelly, the carpet had a large stain of human fluids and it was not possible to open the window to change the air. When I asked staff if I could change the room, I was threatened and told that they would call the police!

Stayed on the 2nd floor and the room smelt like rotten food! The shower and toilet smelt of urine, the bed sheets had dirt all of them, dirt on the cups and floor. Tried to ask to switch rooms but nothing was available The staff then decided to knock our door at 10am to ask when we will be leaving. I will be trying to get a refund
