Exec room was disappointing. Smallest hotel bed we have slept in for probably 20 years. Cold water pressure in tap was very low and shower was very poor. Parking was expensive and when we left at 4:30am we couldn’t get out of the car park despite having paid. Using the call button on the exit barrier didn’t work despite trying for nearly 5 minutes. One of us then went back into the hotel for help, but couldn’t get back in as we didn’t have a card and reception was not staffed. Disappointing for an airport hotel. Eventually we got back in as some other guests were leaving. What we had thought would be a convenient hotel to help make the build up to our flight less stressful turned out the opposite.

We had to change rooms because the toilet seat was full of wee. We said we don’t want breakfast because we’ll leave early but they insisted we take a complimentary breakfast that we just couldn’t use. Anyway…the second room was fine though with extreme wear and tear.
