Very new and clean hotel. Room was comfortable and clean, no smells. Rainforest shower in the bathroom was soothing. We enjoyed full English breakfast in the morning and the food was first class. Bar and restaurant were stylish and had a hip design. Just a couple of minutes walking distance to the mall and restaurants. I'm normally very picky but in the case of this hotel I have no complaints and I only have praises.

Ridiculously small carpark for quite a large hotel. Which you have to "prebook"... how exactly remains a mystery. The rooms are VERY small but well equiped. Shower doesnt drain fast enough so you have to be careful youre not floding the bathroom.

Despite being a best western and I've stayed in some questionable ones, this Best Western by Sadie was very nice. There is private parking at rear for £15/night. The rooms were very modern, lots of things you would like in your own house! I had eve meal and breakfast, both ere very good with a range of choices, service was good too. The best bit was finally finding a pillow that was comfortable for me, after the all the hotels I had stayed in!

The hotel is in a prime position next to the train station,bus station and Luton City Centre, the hotel itself is quite new clean and tidy the service we received was great and the bar area is quite big and relaxing,the car park is quite tight however it is very secure with an automatic gate which is good the only thing that I would mention is the rooms are quite small however it would not stop me booking to stay there again.

My partner and I stayed at your property on Saturday, 24th May, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, we did not feel particularly welcomed. The two staff members at reception seemed more engaged in a private conversation than in assisting us, which set an uncomfortable tone for our visit. We were also frustrated to find that the car park was closed, with no prior notice provided. This added inconvenience made our check-in experience even more stressful, as we had to find alternative parking at short notice. When we got to our room, our disappointment only deepened. The room was much smaller than advertised, and we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues: marks on the walls, a dirty remote control, unclean areas of the floor, and a large crack in the sink. The curtain was also ripped and stained, and the bathroom was extremely cramped—making it difficult to use the toilet comfortably. Additionally, there was no shower gel provided, which we would expect as a basic amenity. Given the price of the stay, we had higher expectations and felt let down by both the service and the condition of the room. Sadly, based on this experience, we do not plan to return. We wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it will help improve future guests’ experiences.

Really pleasant hotel, modern and very clean feeling. Ideal location in Luton right in the town centre but not on a noisy street. Walking distance from everything you need in the centre and spitting distance from the train station. Will definitely be back.

In my 30+ years of staying in hotels for business i have never come across such terrible pillows, too hard too low and 2 together was too highg. Absolutely awful and woke up with a cricked neck!!!! Will never stay in a Best Western again! and it was boiling hot without the heating on. Terrible

Well as a 6’4” male I ordered a king size bed and I seem to have got a double bed which of course had a double quilt. I personally have a king size quilt on my double bed. That way my feet & shoulders STAY warm. The reviews are right about the pillows. I was in room 107. The fridge didn’t seem to be working and the noise coming from the cars was a bit loud.

I stayed one night for football. An easy 20 minutes walk to the ground. A good pub, seemed a home pub, 10 minutes in the other direction. Room was good. Had all i needed. Bed, TV, shower plus everything else you could need. Issues. The toilet left very little leg room before hitting a wall. A larger sized lady was complaining about that when i checked out. I had to pay £15 for parking. It was secure but seems a lot for the 16 hours i was there. Breakfast promised a lot but even though i was first there, the bacon was cold, the tomato and hash browns tepid,the sausage and baked beans acceptable. I didn't complain as i had to get going. I will stay there again though as the benefits of it outweighed the issues.

Property was fine and room was comfortable and well appointed, but we did find the double room a little on the small side. Could at least provide a few biscuits with the coffee-making. No food available until 6pm. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Didn't like having to pay £100 deposit in case of damages - not sure why they insist on this.

Difficult parking with a very difficult location of the hotel. Very noisy outside due to the bus stopping. Very warm rooms but you can open the window however the noise outside wasn’t great.

The hotel was 'ok'. The parking is very limited and the hotel is surrounded by red routes so you can't stop anywhere to even unload or get out of the car. On arrival i rang asking where i can stop to let passengers out and park the car, i was told by the man at reception to 'Google it'. I've never experienced such poor standards of hospitality training in my life. The area around the hotel is run down, dirty and dodgy. Won't be back!!

Can't fault it! just a walk away from luton town cente. Few issues with parking but got sorted. Staff were helpful and freindly. Wouldn't recommend going in the town centre after dark, quite an uncomfortable experiance.

Is close to bus and train station. When we booked in front staff need to be more welcoming and actually speak to guests. After given room card went to room to find that it was the wrong one as we booked in for a multiple bed room but was given a double bed room.. Went back to front desk and was given a twin and was told that they don't have the room which I booked .room as ok the walls had a few marks on them. We only stayed 1 night as it was close to the train station.

Fantastic location hotel. Staff couldn’t be more attentive. We stayed here the night before a flight and will certainly be back. We decided to eat in the hotel and oh my am I glad we did. Fantastic meal and again the service from the two ladies was first class. They only gripe was the room was rather warm and the aircon would not go lower than 19 degrees. Given we had a very early start I didnt complain or ask for help. Maybe it was me

What a lovely clean hotel. Located perfectly in Luton next to St George's Square. With Luton point shopping centre right around the corner. There is also ten pin bowling and a cinema for the kids or adults. Breakfast was lovely. Luton Airport is less than ten minutes drive. The staff were amazing. I would definitely stay there again..

I've never experienced such poor standards of hospitality training in my life. The area around the hotel is run down, dirty and dodgy. Won't be back!!

Difficult parking with a very difficult location of the hotel. Very noisy outside due to the bus stopping. Very warm rooms but you can open the window however the noise outside wasn’t great.

Really pleasant hotel, modern and very clean feeling. Ideal location in Luton right in the town centre but not on a noisy street. Walking distance from everything you need in the centre and spitting distance from the train station. Will definitely be back.

Arrived late Sunday evening and left early the next morning for a flight. Even though it was a very short stay, I was really impressed with this hotel. So convenient for the train station and there is a bus stop to the airport within 50m of the hotel. Decent coffee in the room and a really good shower. Excellent value compared to the other hotels closer to the airport and just as convenient.

I stayed one night for football. An easy 20 minutes walk to the ground. A good pub, seemed a home pub, 10 minutes in the other direction. Room was good. Had all i needed. Bed, TV, shower plus everything else you could need. Issues. The toilet left very little leg room before hitting a wall. A larger sized lady was complaining about that when i checked out. I had to pay £15 for parking. It was secure but seems a lot for the 16 hours i was there. Breakfast promised a lot but even though i was first there, the bacon was cold, the tomato and hash browns tepid,the sausage and baked beans acceptable. I didn't complain as i had to get going. I will stay there again though as the benefits of it outweighed the issues.

Despite being a best western and I've stayed in some questionable ones, this Best Western by Sadie was very nice. There is private parking at rear for £15/night. The rooms were very modern, lots of things you would like in your own house! I had eve meal and breakfast, both ere very good with a range of choices, service was good too. The best bit was finally finding a pillow that was comfortable for me, after the all the hotels I had stayed in!

Fantastic location hotel. Staff couldn’t be more attentive. We stayed here the night before a flight and will certainly be back. We decided to eat in the hotel and oh my am I glad we did. Fantastic meal and again the service from the two ladies was first class. They only gripe was the room was rather warm and the aircon would not go lower than 19 degrees. Given we had a very early start I didnt complain or ask for help. Maybe it was me

Staff was very friendly on check in and quick. Provided full information and answered all questions. Room was excellent, sparkling clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, tasty and very nice spread.

Lovely hotel, would stay again. Parking is handy but quite tight. The breakfast is amazing, but only to order so no cereal etc… Sounds picky but in some ways I’d prefer a small buffet with the offer of made to order if you’d prefer… Staff super friendly and room was clean and modern. Beds were very firm.
