I stayed at the Z Hotel Victoria for 2 nights for a work trip. The hotel rooms are small and basic but still have everything you need for a quick trip I stayed in a basement room which even for one person felt quite enclosed. I'd probably choose a bigger room next time. The staff are amazing, very helpful, friendly and kind. I added breakfast which was good value, fresh and tasty. If I needed to stay in the Vicyiria are again I'd definitely look to stay here.

Rooms too small. Only get out of bed one side. Know windows, know phone, TV , AC , on a timer. TV switched off and you couldn't here it. I feel my room was a safety issue if there was a fire. I felt I was in a coffin. Shower floods whole bathroom. Location wasn't bad so we stayed.

Excellent location close to Victoria station, staff were extremely friendly and informative. With such a small room important that air conditioning was adequate and it was. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked lovely laid out in reception.
