The hotel is walking distances from Paddington Station which was ideal. The staff at the check in counter were very nice and helpful. They do however charge to hold your bags if your room isn’t ready. I reserved a larger 2 twin room and what we received was a very cozy 2 twin room but I think it is the larger of the two rooms. Everything worked in the room so no complaints there. The bathroom was very petite but did the job. Overall it is a nice hotel in the area we wanted to be in. The bus routes pick up directly across the street so very convenient.

My stay was okay overall. The highlight was the excellent customer service from Sam—he was very helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is great, just a short walk from Paddington Station, making it easy to get around. However, the rooms are quite small, there’s no kettle in the room (you need to go to reception for hot water), and they charge a small fee to store your luggage while you wait for your room to be prepared. Despite these drawbacks, Sam’s service and the convenient location made the experience better.

Few things that are good to know regarding this hotel. Firstly, rooms are very compact and you need some creativity regarding for example placing the luggage - In the room there is basically only a bed and a bathroom. This is not very big problem if you don't plan to spend too much time in the hotel room. The rooms seem quite modern and very clean. The location is excellent just next to Edgware road and Paddington underground stations. You can travel around the city very conveniently from here. The breakfast includes only cold dishes, mostly fresh bakery products. But overall the quality of the breakfast is still OK. The breakfast room can be very crowded during the peak hours. Definitely the best thing regarding the hotel is the very good and kind service of the hotel staff. We had some problems with the air conditioning of our room and after we let the staff know about the problem we were right away transferred to a new room. Overall the service attitude of the personnel is top class. Worth noticing was also that the luggage storage was not free of charge (3 Pounds). This is not a big money but many hotels offer this service free of charge. Overall quite nice hotel with an excellent service of the personnel and good location. Would consider staying again if the price level would not be too high.

Property was welcoming and modern. Would have liked in room coffee/tea making equipment but there are places nearby and this was available close to reception. Location is convenient for getting around but the location itself is not that special from a tourist point of view. I wasn't needing that though so it didn't affect me. the room rates are really good for London I think

The good first. Very central location. Super easy to get from Heathrow to Paddington Station. Close to Kensington Gardens and much more. The Edgware Station (very close) is 3 Tube stops away from Euston Station. The breakfast is AWESOME, all that one would want. Great coffee machine too, Lattes and more. The staff are also super nice and helpful. The slightly negative things. I could not for the life of me figure out the air system, it was either freezing cold or Off, which made it get really stuffy in the room. The other negative, I arrived at 1pm knowing that check in was at 3. For me to check in early they charged me $15 pounds. My thinking, is my room clean available, yes? Let me in early, don't take it as an opportunity to charge more. I of course paid because I just arrived from an 11 hour flight.

The Hop-On/Hop-Off bus picked up right across the street, and the hotel was close to Paddington Station. Some staffers were friendlier than others. My daughter woke up with a bite after a quick nap in the bed. There was also blood on the mattress when we inspected (should've done that when we checked in but we were both wiped out). We didn't see a bedbug, but the signs all point to that.

Å Nice hotel. Just an incident where there was broken glass outside our door, so my daughter cut her knee on the glass. Good location, nice staff. They removed the glass asap but it was a bit too late.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel- the rooms were compact but immaculate and it looks like it has been very recently done up. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and well presented. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel anywhere! The staff were also really lovely and helpful. We will return!

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in London and I've been going for a few years now. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The staff made the hotel for me, they were very professional and attentive. I had a small waiting time for my room and they brought me coffee and kept me up to date on timings. I would definitely stay there again. 😊

The location is great, walking distance to Paddington train/tube station and is surrounded by different dining options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice with good A/C just that a little dirt on the duvet and in bathroom; shower can be a bit stronger.

Hotel is in a great location for access to the tube and close to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Whilst basic, the hotel offers good sized, clean rooms and is very quiet for a great night sleep. Staff were professional and friendly. Proactively offered luggage storage on our check-out & use of facilities upon collection before our journey home. Would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone for a short stay.

I needed a small room with no frills to keep me close to the Express to Heathrow early in the morning. This location fit the bill perfectly. There isn't a ton around the location, but I found a nice pub called The Heron with some awesome Thai food nearby and a pint. The room is tight but it's air conditioned which I appreciated as a room without windows could get very stuffy very quickly. That wasn't a problem here. I did hear the subway going by in my room reguarly until about midnight which could be a problem for some people, but I always carry ear plugs when I travel now. The reception and check in was super friendly. Kudos to the hotel for hiring friendly staff which made me feel very welcome. If you need a close hotel to Paddington Station at a value price, this hotel should fit the bill.

This place is normally alright but I had a basement room this time… I could hear the Tube rumbling loudly. I’ve raised this with the hotel but no response to date…. If you get an upstairs room it’s probably ok for a night but if you end up in the basement don’t expect a good nights sleep.

Rooms are tiny. Booked a room with the window - can't even look out of the window. Not to recommend for traveking with children as their is no closet or anything to put up a suitcase or clothes. Smooth check-in, clean room with a very pleasant smell. I had booked a windowless room because they were the cheapest. The noise from passing underground trains could disturb some guests in these basement rooms. But choose a room with a window and you won’t hear the tube.

Thank you for your service, it has been a very enjoyable stay with you. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The accessible room is great, with plenty of room and fully manual wheelchair accessible. The location is good within a 7 min walk or wheel to paddington station.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in London and I've been going for a few years now. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The staff were excellent, especially Judit. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, all fresh food. The rooms were clean. Only issue is the rooms are quite small for two people.

It has exceptional access to public transportation with rail, tube and buses all within 10 minutes. Hyde Park is too 10 minutes. The room is of decent size. The lighting and ventilation control is quite puzzling and not as intuitive as it is assumed. Too bad it has no kettle and no coffee tea provided. It would have improved its rating for me if one had been provided. Also, a folding table, even one gold-down from the walk would have been nice.

A short walk from Paddington station, marble arch, Oxford street. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was small but very clean. Tesco Express and pharmacy directly across the street which is convenient. Would stay here again.

Very close to Paddington Station to het around London. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Hotel staff attentive and helpful to answer all your questions. You have a Tesco Express across the street for your grocery needs.

Lovely modern hotel close to Paddington Station. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Just be aware that rooms are very small and do not have a fridge. Breakfast was a selection of cereals, fruit, juices and pastries . No hot breakfast available however what was offered was fresh and well presented in a comfortable and clean eating lounge area.

The good first. Very central location. Super easy to get from Heathrow to Paddington Station. Close to Kensington Gardens and much more. The Edgware Station (very close) is 3 Tube stops away from Euston Station. The breakfast is AWESOME, all that one would want. Great coffee machine too, Lattes and more. The staff are also super nice and helpful. The slightly negative things. I could not for the life of me figure out the air system, it was either freezing cold or Off, which made it get really stuffy in the room. The other negative, I arrived at 1pm knowing that check in was at 3. For me to check in early they charged me $15 pounds. My thinking, is my room clean available, yes? Let me in early, don't take it as an opportunity to charge more. I of course paid because I just arrived from an 11 hour flight.
