This is an inexpensive hotel with very small room and bathroom. Adequate but simple facilities i.e. hang clothes on hook on wall. Main issue was early morning noise of moving trash cans in alley behind my room. However comfortable bed

Clean but very basic property. Comfortable bedding. Shower - not able to get any hot water. Nice staff. Rooms in the basement will have noise and vibration of the tube trains running around every few minutes. Main benefits are location and comfortable bed.

There was hair on the beds and in the bathroom; they definitely need to pay more attention to cleanliness. Also, when we wanted to leave our luggage, they charged 3 pounds per bag, which is completely ridiculous. It's already an expensive hotel, and charging for bags is unacceptable.
