The rooms are modern and very clean. However, service was almost non-existent. Staff constantly sitting in the courtyard smoking rather than assisting guests. Coffee station in the foyer out of order and judging from the sign, it has been non functional for a long time.

Goed hotel, nette ruime kamer. Badkamer met inloopdouche. Goed bed en kussens. Weinig geluid in de kamer van buitenaf die zijn goed geïsoleerd Prima ontbijt, ruime keuze. Goede stadfietsen gratis beschikbaar in het hotel. Op loopafstand van de metro. Voldoende restaurants in directe omgeving.

Udemærket hotel uden at være prangende. Gratis kaffevarianter i receptionen, værelset var fint. Morgen buffet i kælderen, der dog kun var til 3 stjerner.

Her şey mükemmeldi, erken geldiğimiz halde odamız hazırdı. Odalar temiz günlük temizlik yapılıyor. Lobi de sabah 07:00 ile 20:00 arası çay, kahve, sıcak çikolata ücretsiz şekilde alabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel. Hotel mariahilferstrasse çarşı sokağına yürüme mesafesinde ve hemen yakınında markette var. Metro U3 durağına da yürüme mesafesi konumu harika. Biz çok beğendik ve memnun kaldık.

Personal: Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Lage: Mitten in der Stadt! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar. Zimmer: Eher nüchtern und schmucklos. Kein Art-Design. Aber dafür sauber und ruhig! Zimmer-Ausstattung: TV, Fön, kostenloses Wlan. Im Foyer kostenlos Kaffee und Tee! Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

This place was average in all respects. Clean enough, but stains on the carpet and scuffed up walls, places where a picture had obviously fallen Etc. Nothing to turn me away but was obviously steadily declining from neglect over time and lack of upkeep. The room was ok, bathroom was cramped but the room itself was larger than you’d expect from an eu hotel. There was only one English channel on the tv - sky news, but you’re not coming to Vienna to watch tv. I paid for breakfast included and when checking in they said as much, but the next morning I was not on the list and had to pay for a dismal breakfast. Save yourself and don’t pay for breakfast here, plenty of cafes within a few blocks that have much better food. I disputed this charge when checking out and the clerk was very uncooperative. Left a very bad impression as I checked out, this review would probably have been a lot better if they’d waived the charges. Location is ok, there are restaurants and cafes around, and a main shopping street a couple blocks up you can follow to the main tourist area, about a 25 minute walk. Overall this is a passable hotel at an ok price, but I’d expected a bit better.

Our superior bedroom had hugh bed and very comfortable to sleep on. Quiet location and local supermarket "Billa" is within 5 minutes walk. Walking distance to underground. But the room carpet is disgusting with lots of stain and greasy around dressing table. Luckily I bought a pair fitflop to walk around. The shower head is broken, riser can't adjust the height. The most disappointed is breakfast bar. We had Sunday leftover fresh fruit because pineapple and apple turned brown. Cucumber was dry. Not enough mini bread or crossiants but the waitress was friendly and helpful. She told the kitchen staff and cooked more at 9:30am. All the cakes were dry on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday served the same food but more quantity because they had a large group came in. Definite not worth £16 breakfast. We felt they are on tight budget and not many option to choose. Only served 1 choice of slice bread. Not fresh juice, they are cheap squash. All cakes are not honemade. No English tea in restaurant, no decaffeinated coffee or non dairy milk option. No kettle in the bedroom.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung allerdings recht simple gehalten. Frischkäse gab es zum Beispiel nicht. Das Zimmer hatte viele Flecken an den Wänden und dem Teppich zudem waren Föhn und Abzug im Badezimmer nicht gut. Unter dem Bett wurde nicht sauber gemacht!! Als wir ankamen lagen dort noch benutzte Taschentücher als auch viel viel staub der sich schon zu kleinen Hügeln anheufte. Das Personal, gerade am Empfang, war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist in Ordnung nochmal würde ich es jedoch nicht buchen.

Leider war der Aufenthalt nicht wie gewünscht. Trotz mehrfacher vorheriger Anfrage war das Zimmer zur Strassenseite gelegen. Hier wird auch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung in den Bedingungen angegeben. Vor Ort steht dann es nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird. Bitte ändern Sie dieses auf Expedia. Entsprechend dreckig war der Teppichboden und auch starke Kalkflecken auf dem Badezimmerboden. Das Frühstück war leider auch viel schlechter als erwartet. Dunkler Frühstücksraum im Keller mit sehr abgegriffenen Kunstlederstühlen. Die Qualität war na ja. Obstteller der eigentlich schon drüber war usw. Für mich leider nicht ausreichend.

The room was clean with a modern bathroom and great wifi. My main issue was that although it is stated that the room is airconditioned, the air-conditioning was in fact turned off. When I asked about this I was told that it was because summer was over, despite it being a warm Autumn. The personnel at reception where able to find a fan for me but it would not work, I informed of this the following day, they got me another fan which also did not work! I tolerated the stay with the windows open, but the noses from the street is considerable. Luckily I had early morning appointments so the noise acted as an alarm clock. Although everything else about the hotel was good, I believe the switched off air-conditioning system constitutes false advertising.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da müsste einiges erneuert werden. Vor allem das Schließ/offnung Mechanismus für die Key-card war ser fragil. Ich musste sogar Zimmer wechseln weil die Offnung nicht funktioniert hat. Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Sogar das Omlett war sehr schmackhaft. Und Preislich auch akzeptabel. Alles in Allem war alles in Ordnung.

Struttura comoda, attaccata alla metro. Non ci è piaciuto che nessuno parli italiano, la televisione in camera con 16 canali nessuno italiano. Stanza confortevole, ma carente di pulizia e servizio: mancava il bagnoschiuma e le salviette in bagno ed abbiamo dovuto andare a chiederle, perché in camera non c'era il telefono, ma un tablet. Ho mandato un messaggio, e dopo 40 minuti, sono andata io giù. La colazione...il personale attaccato al cellulare, che neanche ti bada. Si è rotto il tostapane, e dopo 5 giorni non era stato sostituito.
Struttura comoda, attaccata alla metro. Non ci è piaciuto che nessuno parli italiano, la televisione in camera con 16 canali nessuno italiano. Save yourself and don’t pay for breakfast here, plenty of cafes within a few blocks that have much better food. I disputed this charge when checking out and the clerk was very uncooperative. Left a very bad impression as I checked out, this review would probably have been a lot better if they’d waived the charges. Location is ok, there are restaurants and cafes around, and a main shopping street a couple blocks up you can follow to the main tourist area, about a 25 minute walk. Overall this is a passable hotel at an ok price, but I’d expected a bit better.

We stayed in what seemed to be a different building from the "real" hotel elaya, we had to take a corridor to the back of the building for a lift to our room. The room was branded with another hotel name, clearly a 3-star hotel given the condition of the furniture, lack of amenities and the poor service (2 days wait for an iron). This place was average in all respects. Clean enough, but stains on the carpet and scuffed up walls, places where a picture had obviously fallen Etc. Nothing to turn me away but was obviously steadily declining from neglect over time and lack of upkeep. De fleste fælles områder i hotellet fremstår nedslidte Morgenmaden var ud af mine sidste 50 rejser i Europa nok den dårligste. Der var kun et absolut minimum af tørre boller en smule pålæg, kaffe og juice. Æg og bacon var decideret utiltalende, og man havde prøvet med en automatisk pandekage maskine hvilket resulterede i opbagte pandekager. Efter en rengøring på mit værelse havde man glemt at lægge håndklæder. Mine gardiner på værelset var ved at falde ned og kunne ikke trækkes ordentligt for. Personale virkede søde og imødekommende men på grund af morgenmaden vil jeg helt sikkert ikke besøge dette hotel igen

Our superior bedroom had hugh bed and very comfortable to sleep on. Quiet location and local supermarket "Billa" is within 5 minutes walk. Walking distance to underground. But the room carpet is disgusting with lots of stain and greasy around dressing table. Luckily I bought a pair fitflop to walk around. The shower head is broken, riser can't adjust the height. The most disappointed is breakfast bar. We had Sunday leftover fresh fruit because pineapple and apple turned brown. Cucumber was dry. Not enough mini bread or crossiants but the waitress was friendly and helpful. She told the kitchen staff and cooked more at 9:30am. All the cakes were dry on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday served the same food but more quantity because they had a large group came in. Definite not worth £16 breakfast. We felt they are on tight budget and not many option to choose. Only served 1 choice of slice bread. Not fresh juice, they are cheap squash. All cakes are not honemade. No English tea in restaurant, no decaffeinated coffee or non dairy milk option. No kettle in the bedroom.

Leider war der Aufenthalt nicht wie gewünscht. Trotz mehrfacher vorheriger Anfrage war das Zimmer zur Strassenseite gelegen. Hier wird auch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung in den Bedingungen angegeben. Vor Ort steht dann es nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird. Bitte ändern Sie dieses auf Expedia. Entsprechend dreckig war der Teppichboden und auch starke Kalkflecken auf dem Badezimmerboden. Das Frühstück war leider auch viel schlechter als erwartet. Dunkler Frühstücksraum im Keller mit sehr abgegriffenen Kunstlederstühlen. Die Qualität war na ja. Obstteller der eigentlich schon drüber war usw. Für mich leider nicht ausreichend.

Hotellets lobby minder mest af alt om et værkstedslokale oplyst af neonrør, der absolut ikke skaber nogen hyggelig stemning. Receptionspersonalet virkede temmelig uoplagte, og ikke særligt imødekommende eller informative. Værelset var ok men ikke specielt hyggeligt indrettet. Møblerne var skræmmede og belysningen ikke specielt hyggelig. Badeværelset er mørkt - et par spots mere i loftet ville have gjort underværker. Det var umuligt tage brusebad uden at hele gulvet blev vådt. Afskærmningen til brusenichen burde være længere eller også må der hænges bruseforhæng op.
