We chose a hotel with indoor hot tub/pool for my husbands birthday. When we got there we were informed the pool heater had been broken for weeks but we were never notified. It was also disgusting. When we went to the hot tub/pool area the room was full of kids with no supervision. Both nights there were kids running and screaming down the hallways and balconies until 1/2am.

Indoor pool and work out room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. View of the bay from the room at sunset was awesome! Breakfast was good and coffee avail anytime. Only two things we noticed. Our room was next to elevator and it made lots of noise going up and down. The timer on the whilrpool was not working and we had to time ourselves. But other than that, not bad at all.

We loved our stay. Loved the inside and outside pool. Room was clean. A little problem at first. House cleaning was unable to put our sofa bed back after preparing our room but maintenance quickly took care of the problem. He was very helpful. The Tiki Bar connected to the hotel had good food and drinks as well. Overall great stay. Kids wanna come back.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, breakfast had a nice variety and it was good. The only issue was the heater was broken on the indoor pool. It was just too cold to swim in February. The hot tub worked but the corners of the hot tub had a black dirty build up. We’ve contacted the hotel about the issue but no one has contacted us back. We booked a mini vacation to get away as a family and enjoy some relaxing and swimming but we were unable to swim.

Although the hot tub didn’t work and they do not have a business center or an option to upgrade WiFi for security purposes, they were accommodating with check out time, finding a crib for my daughter (when originally they didn’t have one available) and the breakfast is fantastic. Very clean and comfortable since they just renovated. Great service over all.

Hot tub was never hot. Told staff about it, still was never fixed. Breakfast wasn’t great. Staff was nice. Outside hot tub was turned into an extraction of the pool and not a hot tub anymore.

The room I stayed in could use some repairs . The bathroom door was broke and a crack in the sliding door glass to the small balcony. The view was beautiful! Lobby was always clean. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Indoor pool was closed. The railing to the outside pool was broke. Anything needed staff was helpful. Staff were so nice and welcoming. Overall not a bad stay.

Where to start...the hotel site had restaurant and bar listed. Nope. They did have a decent breakfast, however. The morning after we got there, we had noticed that on the floor of the batroom by the toilet and toilet itself, there were some spots that looked as though it may have been bodily fluid.. There was also a wadded up paper which looked like a receipt on the floor of that area. We spoke with the front desk and were told someone would take care of it. We left and when we returned to the hotel, were told there was nothing there. Sure enough, it was still there. Told them but with her attitude I said forget it! The rest of the room was clean and very comfortable although daily housekeeping was totally unsatisfactory. Pet area left a little to be desired for the extra we paid.. Except for a couple of women up front on the evening shift, staff not pleasant all. Won't be going back.

I didn’t want to stay at this hotel but my daughter’s teammates wanted to stay here. As soon as you walk into the hotel it smells like stale dogs. Our room smelled like a dog and a dirty carpet. I spray disinfectant spray and air freshener but it didn’t work. The hotel was Completely booked. The inside of the toilet looked disgusting!! It looked like it was never cleaned inside the bowl. Tragic!! The microwave sounded like it was gonna explode whenever we used it. The hotel cleaning ladies and maintenance staff were very nice and polite. My husband went to the front desk and asked for more creamer for his coffee and the front desk employee told him “you do know you can drink the coffee without it right?” He laughed because he thought she was playing but she was serious. Then she told him “oh boy you gonna make me work for my money today”. All because she didn’t want to go to the kitchen to replace it. During the complementary breakfast hotel guest were allowed to bring their dogs in the buffet line. Dogs piss and pet dander were all in the elevator. On the plus side the pool area was really nice along with the corn hole game station. Ocean city is a beautiful place to visit or have a family vacation. I would have to stay somewhere else.

Cheerleaders over ran the hotel First room was next to the elevator and the sofa had questionable stains Second room was just a few doors past the elevator and both beds were broken. Worst sleep I’ve ever had Third room was dirty and I found a towel in the toilet. Reported it the front desk at 9am. Returned 8pm and the towel was still in the toilet. .

I really enjoyed the Hotel and all the amenities that came with it. The view of the bay from my room was excellent and it was clean and quiet. My only complaint was that the staff working in the early morning around the pool area got too loud. They should be more mindful of the customers still in the rooms. I would go back!

I have stayed at MANY different hotels in Ocean City for the past 15 years. Hampton Inn has been the best one. Our room was large and bright. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. There were plenty of hooks in rhe room to hang items. Parking was easy and available. The location was close to restaurants and entertainment. Each morning we enjoyed complimentary breakfast that was attended by polite and attentive staff. I would stay here again.

Received a room upgrade which was unexpected but a nice gesture. Room very comfortable with bay view. Breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast staff were great, very attentive to everyone's needs, etc.. Have been staying at Hampton since 2018 for Comic Con and won't stay anywhere else.

I stay at this property due to its convenience (walkability) to the OC convention Center. They recently redecorated the rooms from business functional to a ("retro 70's) look which is not functional ( a round table from the Jetsons v. a large desk with USB and electrical access) The mattress was hard, the Wal-Mart pillows awful and now I have lingering back pain. The 24hr. coffee bar was great and the breakfast above average. The staff was "off the charts" especially Joe who worked the breakfast area. At over $400-night, Ocean City is outpricing itself both as a meeting site and a family vacation site. I could have gone to an all-inclusive destination for the pricing. Overall, a "BAD" experience!

Everyone at the OC Hampton Inn was excellent in customer service and professionalism. My issue was with Hotels.com because while I made the reservation, it was never submitted to Hampton Inn. Consequently, they didn’t have my reservation in their system. If it had not been for Lana, it would have been a total disaster.

Everything about this hotel was great. On my check out date, I heard a knock at the door, I told them to hang on, I was getting dressed, I had just got out of the shower, and the disregarded me and came right in, even after I yelled again, I’m getting dressed the house keeper told me at 9:04 am I was past my check out. I told the front desk and they said someone was missing. So instead of saying that, they just barged in my room, and told me I was over my stay, and then front desk had a different story. I would never stay here again! Didn’t even apologize. Just brushed it off

Heidi at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. We also thought Joe did an exceptional job taking care of all the guests at breakfast time! They both made our stay better! We haven’t had customer service like that in a while!

The breakfast workers were super friendly and even came over to take our plates that we were finished with. Also brought us some bacon on a plate to our table. A few front desk employees were very friendly and greeted us and seemed happy. but a couple of them seemed to just ignore anyone that came through the front door which I thought was rude and unprofessional. Overall a good place to stay. It was clean and a hot breakfast was served every morning.

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful our stay was. Super clean. Super friendly staff... every one of them. Great continental breakfast... hot food and waffles were awesome. Coffee bar was great. Bus stop right out front. Super walkable. Great balcony views. Highly recommend.

First and foremost, the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was kind, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. This level of service made a big difference in our stay. The property was in great condition. The rooms weee very comfortable. Check in was easy and very sweet lady checked us all in, 5 rooms were great, clean and smelled very clean. Breakfast was great, and very well stocked. Coffee 24 hours was great !! We will definitely stay again !! Thank you 😊
