Stayed here one night on a road trip. Staff were pleasant, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Hotel was two minutes from the highway, but was still quiet. On the down side, some repairs were needed to the facility (e.g., a bathmat covering a hole in the elevator floor). Most concerning, there was no coffee available at breakfast because the machine was broken. They could have at least obtained some instant coffee and hot water for needy guests like myself.

DO NOT STAY HERE First impression - leak in front foyer being held up with, I’m not joking, PRINTER PAPER. Elevator sounded on its last leg and panel being held by ONE SCREW. Late check out was 20$ an hour, which is crazy but reasonable if the hotel wasn’t a ghost town. All ice machines in the entire hotel were broken- had to call front desk 5 times to get anyone, breakfast buffet had multiple signs that they will charge you if they find food in your room- why are there microwave and fridges? Poorly patched holes in walls of room. Entire floor smelled like an ashtray-no app worked on TV AT ALL. Mattress was itchy and not quality. Desk/coffee area covered in layer of dust.

The room smelled pretty bad. Almost like mold or mildew. Had to open the window to air it out. There was a pair of dirty socks next to the bed. The side enterance didnt work with our key card. Which is where we had to park at night. The air worked thankfully & the front desk girl was nice.

This property was well maintained to a certain extent. It was newly renovated and the room was nicely appointed. Our room had a window seat that was very comfortable and provided another sitting option. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked properly. The hot breakfast was well stocked with the exception of the coffee machine being out of order (on the second day a coffee maker was in use.). We did have an odd happening. About an hour after we were settled in our room, two guests came into the room using their key card. We all were taken aback by the event as key cards are generally secure. I am sure they returned to the front desk and informed them of the error. I had a similar incident the following day. I went to get ice and when I returned my key card wouldn't work. When I went to the desk to have it reactivated the employee wasn't very apologetic and couldn't tell me why it happened, she only worked there... we might stay again if we are in the area, but I don't know that I would recommend it.

The property could definitely use a good deep cleaning in the lobby, elevator, and the rooms. The room i had had so much hair on the bed and floor from previous guests, the tv didn't work at all. Very disappointing for the price, I didn't complain much because it was a one night stay. But I wont be returning.

This is a nice,clean hotel to stay at. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the building was clean. The complimentary breakfast was great with lots of options. Good value for the price. Would recommend this one.

I will not be coming back. The room was moist with a funky smell. You could tell the shower curtain had not been washed by the build-up of mildew. Mold thickly coated the dinghy off-white ceiling of the bathroom, and excrement was prevalent upon gazing the toilet. Room was not very clean. The breakfast was okay.

Cockroaches in breakfast buffet area and at hotel front door. 3 Bags of trash left outside front door by trash can probably doesn’t help this problem. Saw cockroach on the wall and spit out our food and immediately checked out. Very loud neighbors. Barefoot customers eating in food area

Cramped and dirty. The sheets were dirty, with hair on the pillows. Mold/mildew in the shower, and needs a remodel. Tub has a big chip out of the enamel. Tight space for two beds.

Room was small and clean. Bed was comfortable. Little to no hot water and the toilet would not stop running. Couldn’t turn the sink on all the way because the faucet would hit the frame of the mirror. But, this is probably what should be expected at a hotel for around $100 a night.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The complimentary breakfast was not great, but also not notably worse than typical for hotels in this price range. We had two problems, however. First, several of the electrical outlets in our room did not work, which I discovered after the first night when I found that my phone had not charged at all. Second, the hot water in the bathroom was never better than lukewarm. I don't know if other rooms had the same electrical problems, but the water issue was apparently widespread.

Smallest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. There was blood on the cover to the bed that we did not notice until we were leaving in the morning. Breakfast wasn’t bad; several options including DYI fresh waffles. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Absolutely amazing check-in was a blast. Mika was amazing. She rolled with the punches of our card not working two or three times realize she had to reset the system gave us great ideas for food. It was amazing. We will come again.

We were happy we chose the Sleep Inn for a family party and WMU Graduation celebration weekend. 1st the staff was great and I met several of them. They could confirm all our rooms reserved at different times and different ways. Then they were great about efficient checkin. Breakfast hit the spot. Price was reasonable for a busy weekend. They were always friendly. We will stay here again!

Front desk staff were amazing! The room was clean, as was the entire facility. Would definitely stay here again and have no problem recommending it. Didn’t partake in breakfast but have no doubt it was as good as the rest of the place. Wi-Fi was great too! And so conveniently located off the interstate. Awesome place to stay.

It was everything we hoped it would be for our one night stay for a nearby concert. They were helpful getting us directions to the Wings Event Center and later to join the rewards program. Breakfast was a delicious send off meal before heading home.

The desk person on staff was amazing. I booked through a third party travel site and there was some kind of mix up. I had a prepaid reservation and they had no record. She jumped through hoops at 1230am when we arrived trying to get it figured out and when that wasn’t possible, she checked us in anyway so we could figure it out in the morning with the site manager. Not many places show that kind of dedication and trust anymore.

Great location right off I94, not super close to many stores but very quiet. Hallway decor had me concerned since it was dated and smelled a bit. But room was updated, comfy bed and pillows, felt safe as I was traveling alone. Recommend this one!

The hotel looks super cute on the outside, but once inside is pretty standard, neither good not bad. The breakfast was disappointing. The first day the food was cold and had to be heated up in the microwave. The next two days they were out of coffee and some food items. The breakfast person seemed very non chalant and even somewhat annoyed when a couple of people asked about getting food refilled.
