For a Sheraton hotel this is disappointing. The staff were ok but didn’t offer good service or go out of their way. The rooms are dated and weird - lots of wooden cupboards a unit between bathroom and bedroom was odd - don’t know which door to go through! The bed was comfy. The pool was uninviting.

The stay was super easy and comfy! I might have missed it, but it would be great if they could advertise on listing that they have a gym and swimming pool. I’m not sure if the hotel has multiple wings, but I had to take a long way to get to the gym—not complaining, but it felt like a treasure hunt! 😜

The staff are amazing. Very helpful even with the language barrier. The rooms are dated though. Needs a refresh. A lot of wear and tear. Our maud was an angel. The bed was comfy. The location was great right next to the metro and a huge mall. The mall has a great food court. 20 minute metro ride to Nanjing road.
