Hotel was nice. Staff was nice but they gave inaccurate direction on parking and access to hotel as elevator was out of order/ Their direction led gusts to having to carry luggage up more flights of stairs than was necessary, No offers of help with luggage either.

I was very impressed with the hotel especially considering the low cost. If you can deal without a pool then this is a good clean place to stay. My only very minor mention would be that I'm not a big fan of how the shower head performs.

Loved that the hotel was on the property of the newly restored Dutton Theater, so it only took a couple of minutes to walk to the theater from our room. Their family show was pretty great too, by the way. The room was clean, quiet, had all the usual amenities and included a hot breakfast daily. Free wifi, comfy beds, plenty of hot water. Everything in good condition, economically priced, and in convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend for singles or families! Thanks to all the Dutton family!

We felt safe and people there were friendly. We would like to see a little ramp to push our luggage up from the car instead of a step. The room was great and we enjoyed the fact that it set just a little off from the main road. Certainly will book again.

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room 223 had a bathtub that was filling up with water and not draining properly. The night manager was very kind when I called about it the issue. He had maintenance fix the issue in a timely manner for us. I also told him about a noisy patron above us. The patron sounded like a drunk elephant stumbling around. I had a hard time sleeping our first night there. The property itself was outdated and the room smelled slightly of mildew. The room had carpet and furniture that looked straight out of the 80’s. Where breakfast was held was nice. The food was average. I enjoyed the waffle maker and waffles. The older crowd was quite rude. There was a lot of them coughing without covering their mouths. The sense of entitlement was out of this world. There seemed to be no consideration for anyone else around them. Housekeeping was great and provided a clean room. The hotel itself is old and in need of many repairs, but the staff is great.

The Dutton inn is always clean.. if you have an issue they will take care of it right away.. went on the off season.. but still very nice.. great showers great beds and also me breakfast..and don’t miss the Dutton Show❤️

Standard hotel microwaved breakfast fare. Beds are comfortable. Carpets are worse than FILTHY. Had to wash the children’s feet after they walked barefoot across the room. Their feet were black with dirt from the carpet. Looks like it has not been shampooed in years. Washcloths were black with filth. I took photos.

I’ve stayed at The Dutton Inn many times over the years. I am always very happy with my stays there. The staff is always friendly, welcoming & helpful. The rooms are consistently clean, beds comfortable, everything I need is provided. The breakfasts are always good, there is plenty of food available, the staff makes sure the serving containers stay filled. The motel has a friendly, warm, overall safe feeling about it. It is definitely my favorite, go-to place to stay in Branson!

The property is older and is located behind the Dutton show facilities. It is very easy to access without using Hwy 76. The motel is clean and simple. The mattresses are amazing and made for a solid night’s rest. We did not hear any traffic or outside noise, and our kids thought using an “old school key” to enter the room was awesome! The breakfast is normal and we will stay here again!

The bed and pillows were very nice. Clean, good breakfast. Nice staff. The only negative was the TV sound was terribly. Picture was good but it sounded like wind blowing in every channel.

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was decently clean just very outdated. For the price it was very adequate. Was having a great time until an emergency came up and i had to check out a couple of days early. The overnight desk clerk was extremely unhelpful. To the point of being very rude. I didnt see the very tiny box on the side of the building to drop the keys in so i knocked on the door and he acted like i was such a burden to him. He seemed upset that i made him get up out of his chair. Then when he finally came to the door he was very belittling to me and treated me as if i was a child. Ive never been treated so rudely in my life. Maybe he should find a different job if dealing with people is not his thing.

The room was very clean and quiet. The ladies who prepared and served breakfast were very nice. Only think I did not care for was the mattress on the bed. When we stayed there before the bed was so comfortable. The mattress during our recent stay, not so good. I'm only 5 ft. 3 in. and it was so hard to get into bed. Once in bed, it was so hard to get situated because the mattress was not easy to move on. If I would have had a stepstool in my car, I would have used it. Could not sit on the side of the bed--would slide right off. So, with that said, I do not believe the mattress change to this style was a good decision. The room was very clean and never heard a sound from the surrounding area. Nice!

Nice staff. Outdated room. Tiny tv. Old fixtures and old bathroom. Didnt have meat delivered on first day we were there for breakfast. Room priced a little high for what was provided. One queen bed was too soft. The other bed was decent. Pretty good location.

Like many hotels in Branson this hotel is in need of updating. It was clean, but old. Room chairs were uncomfortable and bed mattresses were horrible. Breakfast was hot, but below average. Nice people, but we won’t be staying here again.

While checking in the lady working the desk was extremely rude. Charged me more than my guaranteed reservation receipt that the Dutton Inn sent me when i purchased my tickets and room. Lady actually said she would not look at the email from Dutton Inn. I was and am very disappointed about this situation.

Front desk worker was fairly snippy and rude-the guy. The lady was more than helpful and very friendly. Would stay here again when in need for a quick place to stay. Typically we only do condos and resorts but this wasn't terrible. Breakfast not good though.

Everyone was very friendly, the place was very clean. My son has to use a wheelchair and I even got a call ahead of time. The only problem I had was the bathroom door did not close very easily.

Very impressed. Made 2 requests : no stairs and toilet seat riser. Both as requested AND toilet seat riser was ready in room! Room cleaned EVERYDAY! Quiet. Easy access to main strip. Hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Definitely staying again!

First time staying and would definitely return. The staff was nice and courteous. Our room was very clean. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious, although they probably needed more than one person running it because they couldn’t keep food fast enough and she wants to talk to everyone. lol. It’s situated in the middle of the strip, great for shopping and exploring.

If anyone is concerned about cleanliness in hotels then I will assure U Dutton Inn is where you want to stay. If we are ever back in Branson we will definitely be staying at Dutton Inn

Great for a quick overnight. We were able to get out of work earlier than expected and wanted to come down a night early. It was a very clean and standard hotel room. No frills. No thrills. Just a nice clean bed with cable TV & AC. Also conveniently located across from white water bay, where we were going the next morning. Complimentary breakfast was good as well.
